As a current resident here I must admit, the experience here, has exceeded my expectations. I am fairly new to the state of Texas in general, I honestly expected to get here and sign leases at a few apartments before I would be satisfied. After being a resident here for a while I can truly say, I have a place to call home. The pictures on the website, and the way the office staff explained everything to me towards the beginning, is exactly how things are. My apartment was literally, “move in ready.” I haven’t had any issues at all. The maintenance guy is very friendly and he always makes himself available to answer any questions I may have. The area around my apartment is always clean, the grass stays cut, and I’ve never went to the garbage and saw trash every where. Everything is clean and kept up in a safe manner. The office staff are beyond amazing. They are available to answer questions and I love how they will start small talk, when they’re not busy, just to show they recognize me and they appreciate me here as a resident. The office is always clean when I go grab a cup coffee in there. And on days I want to sit down and relax , it’s always cozy and quite. The 24 hr gym as well as the 24 hr resident’s work space are the best ideas ever. If anyone is looking for a place to call home without all the responsibilities have having a house; this is the right place to be.

I lived here for about 2 years before having to move cities. I overall loved Chelsea. I never had any big issues with the management group. It has great location and reasonable pricing at the time. The apartments are a little dated but you get what you pay for. Nothing was falling apart. I never had any maintenance issues that werent taken care of quickly. My apartment was also pretty dark because of the big trees around. That was kind of depressing. But I really liked living there because of proximity to the highway and mall.

I had a good experience living here for a year. If I weren’t moving away from Beaumont, I would continue to live here. I really liked the pool area and that the unit came with a washer and dryer. Very few maintenance issues, and when a couple of issues did pop up, the maintenance team was quick to fix the problem. Only downside, and reason for 4 stars, would be there were 3 incidences of cars being broken into in the year I lived there. I didn’t have any problems personally, but never left anything in my car worth taking. Overall, I had a good experience!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Ive never lived at a complex where the staff is always on top of things, but this place is great at it. Landscaping always looks nice, the management is super responsive, maintenance takes care of work orders within 24 hours, etc.I used to live at the Harbour Apartments right down the road and the difference between here and there is astronomical. I wish I would have known about the Chelsea Apartments when I first moved here. For this complex being one of the nicer ones in Beaumont, their prices are very reasonable. Wish I could give this place 10 stars.

Its very clean, quiet, safe, the grounds are always well maintained. Any time I have had a maintenance request the response time has been very prompt. I absolutely loved this apartment when I moved in over 2 years ago. There is new management, but hopefully they maintain the quality Ive come to expect in my time here.

Very nice apartment! Cute and quiet, the interiors might be a little outdated but they are going to update everything ( Ive heard ). Recently repainted the outside and I can tell the management is really trying to make some changes! I feel very safe and secure living here with cameras up and gated entrance. The water does go up in the parking lots but it is built that way so the houses wont flood - no complains here. Weve lived here for about 4 mos already and everything is fantastic :)

I have lived here for almost 3 years with my husband and have nothing but the best experience. Everyone who works here from the people in the office to the maintenance guys will go as far as they can to help with anything that a resident needs. I highly recommend this place whether you plan to stay short term or long term. They take care of you. Also, the neighbors are really great and friendly and Ive made so many new friends because of the close community we have here.

Chelsea Apartments is very well ran. The staff was very attentive if I ever had an issue and was quick to resolve. They were very fair with prices. This is the best place to stay in Beaumont and I will have good memories of this place. Fancy at the front desk was very fair and helpful.

My name is Nino Osani, I’ve only lived here for about a month but i must say I’m very impressed. A few days ago i got back and found there was water all over my apartment. So i immediately called Jamaine from maintenance and he did the most even though it was after hours their response time was very fast. Apparently a pipe broke under my sink and caused a leakage. This guy i think his name is Jake, he came over and stopped the water and began sucking out the water while we waited for the emergency evacuation team to arrive. The manager Kristen responded really fast, she was at the scene in like 5 mins even though she had already closed cos it was late evening and she stayed for over 2 hours to make sure everything was under control. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to live around Beaumont and i hope they keep up the good work.

If you are looking for a great location excellent staff and spacious apts this is the place.I came in 2 weeks ago to look at a apartment The manager made me feel as If I was a person. Absolutely love management. I see the turn around. I had one thing go wrong in the apartment and before I even knew a problem was going the manager was at my door to fix the problem.Maintenence are constantly working and the grounds are kept up really well.I feel safe inside my home.Love it.

The Chelsea is so amazing! Hands down!! The staff is perfection!! The manager Christy is so Professional and very nice and so inviting and the leasing agent Stormy is a breath of fresh air!! I truly recommend 10 out 10!!🤩🤩

Jenna fregia is the best when it comes to running an office and appartment complex making everything run smoothly even though she is all by her self. She takes on each task or complaint anyone could throw at her with a smile on her face! She is super nice and very charismatic all while making her residents feel right at home and like family! Couldnt ask for anyone better to run the show!

Just heart broken moving out in August I cry everyday because I dont want to move but I have to this is the best place to live I know who ever moves out here the experience will be wonderful the staff here is the best ever love this place
