    Gabriela is a wonderful agent. It is because of her I got into this apartment complex. She explain the leasing prices clearly and offer all kind of discount. She is the perfect asset for the apartment. Her skill of costumer service is wonderful. She help me through out the process of getting my apartment. She make ready my apartment on time nice and clean.

    So far so good! I have a few weeks living here. Apartment was clean, painted and reconditioned. Great appliances. Just minor details that need to be taken care of by maintenance but good job on management despite previous bad reviews. Gaby at the leasing office is super helpful and knowledgeable. Lease pricing is good as well.

    The chase apartments are a nice place to stay I have no complaints I would like to thank Gabbi she is very understanding with working with you on situations and good communication skills Miguel who part of the maintenance team is always very efficient about fixing anything that is requested always gets done at a appropriate time . Also with the new manager things are really improving. Thanks to good team that’s works together it has became a better environment.

    I can’t speak on the former management company. But the current management company that took over a few weeks ago are extremely welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. Antonio was especially helpful when I arrived for a tour. He took me on a tour of the community, showed me the apartment I would be renting and pointed out all of the amenities I’d have access to. He didn’t try to rush me through like some other apartments had been doing but took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He helped me through the application process and promised to get back with me as soon they got a response back. I would definitely recommend The Chase Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment that is properly maintained, clean and affordable.Looking forward to moving in!Kind regards,Crystalyn

    I absolutely love living at The Chase! The location is perfect, with easy access. Antonio and his staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The apartment itself is modern and spacious, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a gym, pool, and gates. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the community events are a great way to meet neighbors. I highly recommend The Chase to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

    Im new to the apartment but so far I love it. No issues with the neighbors and the change of management helps. The only issue I have is that I cant use my shower 😒 theres no way to turn it on. Other than that I like it here.

    Went here to visit with one of my friends and the property was super clean. Everyone was super friendly. There was this really nice property manager name Antonio he was very informative very helpful and kind. The property was super clean. I had the best experience in Texas and would love to come back and visit my friend. Again soon he picked a fantastic and clean and very happy place to live.

    My experience in this community has been positive despite many changes that the previous administration has had until now it has shown to have more organization than the previous one, for me in particular they have responded well, they are cordial, the maintenance is attended to in a period of Immediately, I really cant complain. I received my apartment remodeled and at an excellent price a little over a year ago and I have no complaints. With this new management it would definitely be a place I would recommend

    The reviews honestly speak for themselves. In recent months, this property has seen such a turn around due to new management. I was able to actually have a productive and informative conversation with the property manager instead of being belittled like I would be with previous management anytime I went into the leasing office. Our current lease ends mid May and my partner and I are more then likely going to renew here.

    I have been a resident at Tides for 2 months and it has been fantastic. The area is nice and quiet and have never had trouble with any other residents. Gabriela Martinez has been incredible in helping me with everything from moving in, to answering any questions or taking any requests I have.

    I was in a bit of a pinch to find a new place to live. Abraham, Taylor and Gaby in the leasing office really brainstormed to help me find a solution for the predicament I was facing. So thankful i considered living here. From initial interaction to a faster move in date… the staff was great. This will be the perfect place for me to rest my head. Am thrilled.

    I have went to many complexes on my search for new housing and I happened to stop here by chance and met with Antonio and I toured the complex and saw what was offered here and i must say I am excited to begin my application process! Kudos to the company for presenting such a fine office staff, that is not only able to answer any questions but is also very personable as well!

    I love living at Tides at Park 43. Love that my sweet and friendly pit mix is accept here. We’ve already made a few new friends at the dog park. Thanks to the maintenance team for always keeping the dog park clean.

    Tides at park 43 is mine and my girlfriend’s first apartment and we honestly couldn’t be happier so far. Gabriela M. at the leasing office was a major help to us providing any assistance, answering any questions, and making our move in as streamlined as possible.

    Ive been living here for 6 months after relocating to the area and its been a great experience so far! I love my apartment, which really feels more like a home than an apartment given its size and all the awesome features. The management team is incredibly helpful and communicates often and all of my service requests have been resolved quickly - usually within a few hours! Only complaint is that sometimes neighbors can be very loud in the outdoor stairwells, especially late at night...but what complex doesnt have that? If youre looking for a great place to live - this is it! I hope to call it home for awhile.

    I have been a resident here for nearly two years and I’m looking forward to staying for another year. The location is incredibly convenient. The pool is a gem. The office has been helpful anytime I’ve needed any help. I couldn’t be more pleased with the new team. One of the new gals took the time to help me in the Internet cafe by changing the toner, I had an emergency work deadline and thanks to the employee I was able to get my materials printed. They’ve really stepped up the level of customer service. There’s always ample open parking, which is a plus at any apartment complex. The neighbors in my building all mingle and talk, it’s a great place to live.

    Joslyn & her team is awesome! Very reliable. Leasing agent Lorena communicated with me from the start of my application to my actual move in date. Maintenance was on site & actually helped me briefly unloading my things. This staff surely went above & beyond to make this such a great experience!!!!!

    Lovely!(Update: I wrote this review when they were managed by a different company, but honestly have nothing bad to say about the new management Co. I have since moved, but even that went well. Was not charged anything outrageous after move out or anything. Lived here 2 years.)I have lived here for almost a year and I am so happy I chose to live here. Ive read a lot of google reviews of other apartment complexs management teams not being great and I can definitely say that is NOT the case here. Management, as well as maintenance, are truly wonderful people.Service requests are usually seen to same day, if not within the hour.The complex is very dog friendly and dog owners respect the property and clean up after their pets. There is even a small dog park to let your pet run around in.Amenities are nice and well looked after.The property is relatively quiet and feels like a neighborhood when walking around because you can almost always spot someone grilling, walking to the gym, or walking their dog.I feel safe living here.Keep in mind that there is only a wall between some buildings and GB Turnpike, but it really is not awful. Personally, I am sensitive to sounds and have a sound machine on to keep noise consistent while I sleep and that works great.Overall, I love this place, rent is not awful compared to similar luxury complexes, and the location is great.No one asked me to write this. Everything I wrote is genuine.

    We seem to have a new management team here who are incredibly responsive, attentive and simply, compassionate. I was unexpectedly quarantined on the East Coast for quite sometime and they were willing to check in on my unit for me and assure me that all was well. I even had a birthday card waiting on my door for me the day I got back. They are definitely putting a humanized touch into Multi Family Leasing. While I do plan to purchase my new home next year, I am happy I choose this place to live in the interim as a newbie to Dallas!#HappyResident

    Love the apartment, staff, and maintenance. We moved a little more than 2 months ago and weve had a good experience so far. Jinny and shamika have been very accommodating and approachable, and the manager is very understanding as well. We had some small maintenance issues and the maintenance staff are quick too and fixed them. The apartment is lovely and its a nice and quiet neighborhood.

    Love my place and the office staff. Moved in on July 18th. I’ve dealt with both Tiffany and Amanda and they have been very professional, nice and respectful. They’ve both went above in my opinion to help me and make sure things I needed done in my apartment were taken care of in a timely manner. Outside of the noise from my neighbor upstairs, lol, who just walks very hard, everything has been what I was hoping for. If hard walking during the day is all I have, I feel I’m in great shape. Neighbors around me are quiet overall. No drama. Happy I made the decision I did. 😊

    Moved out Oct 2015 ... I enjoyed living here. Everything was relatively and overall very quiet. After a very tiresome long-distance move to NV, my moving out of 4343 went really well, and became the least of all my worries in my trip. Kara was awesome at handling, and helping me to handle, the few little things that came up after Id moved out. Kara and the staff have always been very nice and helpful.Its really comforting knowing the staff was always there for assistance. The maintenance staff were efficient. The entire experience was restful, and I enjoyed going and being at home there. I had a cozy little 1-bedroom on the first floor near the west end, and it was almost always quiet and peaceful. Thank you to the 4343 At the Parkway staff.

    I recently moved here and I have not one thing bad to say about the apartment complex. Its a beautiful place to live, with spacious bedrooms. My neighbors are all friendly and the apartment complex is quiet. When I moved in, I had a couple of problems but they were fixed in a timely manner! The office staff followed up with me to make sure my needs were met! Overall a great place to stay and you cant beat the location!

    Met the manager and assistant manager today. They provided great customer service and were very knowledgeable about their property and the area. Would highly recommend this team and the community. For current and future residents never judge a book by its cover. Stop by the office and get top notch service.

    Yes yes yes! The property manager is amazing I watched as she handled an office full with people. She got right with me and walked me through the property showed me not one but two units both were amazing I look forward to moving in. The manager was so patient and swift even with all those folks.     Ive lived here since June of 2018 and am loving it so far. Managment has always treated me with respect even though Im younger than most residents and is always right on top of my service requests. I love the actual space of my home and all of the neighbors seem friendly enough. The only negative thing I have to say is its a little muddy. Hopefully with time they will fix this but I think the new management is doing their best with what they were given. Also I have read in several other reviews that Heather is rude? Grow a pair guys. Shes not rude she just doesnt sugar coat her personality. She has always called me back, and whenever I need help she responds urgently. In closing, I would definitely recommend living here. Ill probably be here for a while. 😊

    I visited 4343 at the Parkway on the worst weekend of my life. Due to some personal issues, I needed to find an apartment and fast. I visited the complex at 12:30 PM and explained my situation and needs to Cassidy (I think thats her name. If I am wrong, I am so sorry!!) in the front office and she was AMAZING. She was super friendly and was able to show me an apartment in my price range that was FULLY renovated on the first floor. The unit is gorgeous with hardwood floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as upgraded appliances and a Nest Thermostat. Due to my circumstances, Cassidy and the 4343 team were able to get me into that apartment on the exact same day. It really was the blessing I needed in the middle of the craziness that was happening in my life. They worked with me on everything and even filled requests to change lightbulbs ASAP, an issue that obviously isnt a very high priority. I leased the apartment on a Saturday afternoon and on Monday went back into the front office to turn in additional paper work and the Property Manager, Heather, already knew who I was by name and unit number. I love that they were so invested in making sure I was okay and that I was settling in with no issue. Thank you to the 4343 Team for making me feel welcomed and safe in my new home. It means the world to me.

    I have been living at this place 12 month over this weekend I had a leak at my apartment. I Requested maintenance guy and called the hotline but no one answer The Property manager( Felicia ) Called me on her day off Sunday (right the way ) and she got the problem solved for me she is really professional friendly and so kind and I just love the place.
