Ive been living here with my wife for over a year. When I came here the first time to get information about the apartments the manager (Von Cook) took care of us. She explain everything in details and she was very professional. She also took care of us when we came back to sign the lease. Since we been living here we never had any problem with the management. As a matter of fact she always treat us with respect. We wish that every place that we live before had a manager like Von Cook. And also when I summit a work order the maintenance people respond in less then 24 hrs.

Home sweet Home! Thats how I see Catania! I really enjoyed my tour and looking forward to my stay.Ms. Von and Ms. Marie are so down to earth, great communication skills. Property well kept! Exactly what the doctor ordered!!

I have lived here going on 2 years July 24, 2023 to be exact. This is where God led me I’m happy to say. I have met some wonderful neighbors we even look out for each other. Lola is great she helped me with such professionalism in getting into my apartment. The grounds are well kept the rest of the staff are friendly I look forward to living here a long time. The Catania staff keep up the good work.

I am truly grateful for having the management and Catania,s work staff whom stepped up to help me in time of need when my apartment was flooded out by a renter above me. The equipment was very useful but the timing was everything,it was fast and effective and efficient.. they were fast. These are truly times when you need help and I found out it was professional. Thank you for Catania.

The management and staff are very professional and caring to your needs. The Manger Von is obviously passionate about the property. We feel blessed to live in a well managed property. The property is very clean and well maintained. Sincerely

I love living at this property and plan on living here for a very long time. The Catania is a wonderful place to live also to call home. I love that The Catania is for Seniors only, 55 and up. Its so nice and peaceful and the entire staff are wonderful. This is a large property, the office staff and, the maintenance team work very hard everyday to make the residents feel at home.

Came by this property a few weeks ago and was treated with the upmost professionalism I had received in quite some time. A young lady by the name of Trophie Douglas (I made sure I got her name spelled correctly because she said ie no Y). She was so professional and answered all my questions with so much confidence and also was even gave me some great advice about which units she thought would be roomie for grandpa and when the grandkids come and visit. A wonderful gal she is. I thanked her for the great experience then and now I want to thank her again. ThankYou Ms.Douglas

My mother moved in back in March 2022. We love it here. Her apartment is so bright and perfect for her. She drinks tea every morning on her balcony overlooking a well groomed courtyard. She gets excited about the different activities that are offered weekly because she is able to meet people and socialize. I love that she can leave her trash outside her door every other day and it is picked up by the groundskeepers so that she does not have to walk to the dumpster. Ms. Von, the property manager, was amazing to work with and got my mom into a unit that she adores. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I toured these lovely Apartments today with Ms. Von. She was extremely helpful. She listened to what I was looking for in my new place and she delivered. I decided to leave my application and she made the process so easy.I cant wait to move into my new apartment.

I would like to share my experience here at the Catania apartments: First of all I would like to commend Ms Von Cook -Manager, and her entire staff: Ms Lola-Leasing and Ms Vanessa -Asst.Manager on doing a really good job here at the Catania. And I would like to commend the entire maintenance team: Lead Maint.- Andres , Asst. Maint.- Omar and Maint.-Tech Fermin. Everyone is doing a wonderful job.

I came in for a tour of the complex looking for a place for my elderly grandparent, I was greeted by a friendly face Trophie Douglas she was also my tour guide I was pleased with my experience, looking forward to making this a new home for my grandmother.

Timely maintenance, rent and public transportation are important to me. Primrose has 4 stars in all three.I have been here 13 years and my concerns are in two areas. 1. The property is aging and this is requiring more maintenance it will only increase over time. 2. Rumor has it that the special tax abatement this property enjoys will expire soon. If thats true it remains to be seen how the changes in rent, over 55 requirement and other factors are impacted by concerns.
