I just moved in a couple months ago and haven’t had any issues besides some loud neighbors nearby sometimes. The office staff is responsive and friendly, and the maintenance has been very quick and accurate in responding to my minor requests I’ve had like new lightbulbs, air vent getting stuck, and the screen door getting off the tracks. The apartment was very clean and updated/newly renovated when I moved in and I haven’t had any issues with bugs, rodents, heat/air problems, water issues, or anything major. Everything works great and the value is good. The only thing I would change is having more cabinet space for kitchen storage but I don’t use my dishwasher so I store my pots and pans in there for now.

Perfect size apartment for me and my 5 year old son… great starter apartment. Safe environment. Good privacy, Haven’t had any issues yet and been here almost 4 months. They are working to improve the complex so it’s just gonna continue to get better. Highly recommended

Me and my bf have lived here for a little over 2 years! The only issue is the roaches and dish washer that was never fixed. I just choose not to go anywhere near it. Filled with mold since I moved in. Other than that I’ve never seen or heard any of the stuff other reviews are saying besides fights, shootings, etc will happen everywhere. It’s rare that it’s here. Please do a thorough walk through of everything before you sign the lease!

I’ve lived here for 3 years. While they aren’t the most glamorous looking apartments (which they are upgrading now), they are affordable and spacious. My only complaints are loud neighbors but that’s also gotten better. The apartment also lack cabinet/storage space. It’s such a convenient place to live if you prefer/have to walk or ride the bus because everything’s in walking distance. If you need an affordable place to live and don’t care about it being fancy, this is a great place.

Great spot to live and so far so good. The staff is really friendly and always accommodating! Nice apartments inside and out, except the parking can get taken up quite easily, specially if your coming home at night. Friendly neighbors that always welcome you! Overall, not a bad place to live! Maintenance has kept up nicely with everything also!

Just moved into these apartments and I have nothing bad to say. Teddy in the office has been amazing helping me get into the apartment and very professional. Had only a few minor things that needed attention when I moved in and it was addressed right away. Maintenance was fast in response and knowledgeable with what needed to be done. I most definitely would recommend.

Dude we love living here… they complete maintenance requests in a timely manner, listen to the feedback we give as residents, and the location is great. Only thing is that it’s rare to catch the pool clean, even now in the summer. Besides that, great place to live in for the price and management is great.

We have been living here almost a year now and I think this place has been alright for us. The management staff here is definitely kind and helpful to us, I havent had any ugly moments with them to date. The apartment is actually really nice inside and I like the amenities offered. My two bedroom apartment has a nice balcony and patio and a good kitchen. The only issue I have is the rumors of crime in the neighborhood. I havent heard of anything in the apartment complex, thank God, but it is still a concern for me.

I have lived here for a few months- neighbors are very friendly but mostly everyone keeps to themselves. Complex is quiet at night, I do not have any noise complaints. This is a great apartment complex for the price you are paying. Apartment leasing agents are very professional and friendly. I would recommended anyone to move here, its a nice community.

We just moved in about two months ago into a one bedroom apartment. The move in went well, the apartment was ready for us when we got here and was in a nice clean state. The apartment had a few dings in it but it is not a big deal. I like that the management here is nice to us and the amenities are in great condition. So far so good, so hopefully things continue that way.

My family and I live in a two bedroom apartment unit in this complex. It has a decent amount of space and there is a nice kitchen and clean rooms. The amenities are definitely a plus in this complex, the gym is really cool and I use it pretty often. I think maintenance guys here do a tremendous job helping the tenants fix everything. This is a pretty great apartment to live in and I have been satisfied being here.

The apartment is not like a luxury hotel by any means but it is more than decent. The living conditions here are very good, I like the amenities here and the apartment complex is kept fairly clean by the cleaning people. The office staff here are genuinely nice, they are always saying things like have a great day and are extremely helpful. I think it is a pretty good place to live, the location is close to a medical center and a few shops.

I moved into this apartment in May of 2012 with my daughter into a one bedroom apartment. The apartment has changed I think for the better. The management here has gotten pretty good at keeping the areas like hallways and sidewalks clean from dog poop and trash. The amenities are nice here and good gym for workouts.

The apartment complex is pretty clean and looks awesome most of the time. The flowers are changed and look beautiful here. I like that the amenities here are nice, especially the gym area which I use pretty often after work. The location is decent, only a ten minute drive to my work and I like that this apartment is pretty quiet.

After two years of living here with my family, we are going to be moving out because I got a new job in Dallas. I have enjoyed living here, the manager here Brianna has been so kind to us and has taken care of this apartment well. This place had great people living here and the amenities were nice. Going to miss this place alot and hope that the apartment we are moving to has as good of customer service.

I have lived here for 4+ years, started my family here and love every part of the area. From the calm, peaceful neighbors to the rapid service from the maintenance team. Also the current management team is by for the most understanding and respect in years! Happy to call it home.

The only problem I have is that there always seems to be a leak some where in the complex and the water is often turned off with out notice. I also have needed some repairs taken care of in my apartment but they have not had a chance to get them. The office staff is amazing and I LOVE Corey and the maintenance staff. There has already been so many improvements since this team has taken over. I would definitely recommend living here. The only reason I will need to leave next lease is because I can not afford the one bedroom rent any more. I am currently paying $713 for 650 sq. feet. Besides that it is a nice place to live :)

I just moved in here a few weeks ago after having a lengthy chat with my husband and we both decided that we liked this apartment. We moved into a one bedroom here, it was ready when we came to move in and cleaned up. I like that there are washer and dryer connections here so we can set up laundry right at home. The location is pretty good, close to freeways and shops and a medical center just in case.

Ive read every single review in this forum and on other sites and first these apartments were Walnut Springs Apartments turned Crescent Oaks and of course under new management. So a lot of the reviews are from when it was Walnut Springs.I just moved in this year but I do have to say and I hope Im not speaking too soon but I havent had any bad experiences. They are remodeling the apartments (slowly) but they are which is making a huge difference because the older model vs the new model (new flooring, stove/refrigerator/dishwasher, countertops) is all new and is very nice. Also they are replacing the stones they had with grass :) I have children so that was exciting. They have small areas for children to play (picnic tables and BBQ pits) small dog park for your pets, and a 24hr gym that you can access with a pass for ($25) one time fee.Maintenance- They are fast! I once had my toilet flood the restroom and I called in a panic to the manager and within 5 minutes both maintence men were there. Very kind, helpful and did everything quickly. I see them constantly hustling all day and late into the evening. I see them pick up trash in the early morning and they maintain the apartment property very well.Management- Ive never had an issue with the women managing the property, we did just get a new manager, havent met him but they are kind and respectful.Crime- Honestly, I was so nervous to move to the Medical Center especially being right behind a Transit Station, so many people walking through the apartments and to the station that I was sure crime around here would be bad. I was wrong, thankfully. Its incredibly quiet! Ive seen the cops here once since Ive been here and it was to have someone taken to the hospital. Everyone is very kind, I see people walking their animals and walking over to the Golds Gym for their evening walk on the track or walking to work. I love it.Location- Close to major highways, HEB, malls, stores, gas stations, post office, they have everything, or within a reasonable distance.The (2) CONs--I am a bit weary about is the traffic in and out of the apartment complex. People drive fast. I dont know how many times I have walked to check the mail and people having to instantly stop because they arent paying attention or driving to fast. This parking lot is too small to drive that fast especially with families and children around.Also, the Swimming Pool :( during the summer thus far it has been open I think about (3) days total, so incredibly lame. I know the staff stated that the drain was sucking up Sand? And they were having someone look at it and then 3-4 weeks later they were still trying to have someone look at it. Its hot this is Texas and I think its vital to have a working pool in an apartment complex, thats what were also paying for. The swimming area is actually very nice but to not be able to utilize really sucks.These apartments arent top of the line, they are beginner apartments for a single family/small family. They have what you need nothing extra and for the price it isnt bad. There are obviously MANY apartments around Medical Center ranging in all different prices and sizes. I hope this review helps, I know not everyone has good experiences with any apartments and I may be a lucky one, but having a family and living here has been enjoyable and not stressful.

Lived Here A Few Months & it is a great starter place. The ladies in the office are very friendly & got us in quickly. Everybody stays to themselves for the most part. The grounds are kept up with & Maintenance responds in fair amount of time.

The apartment complex has its positives and negatives like any other complex but I think for the most part this apartment is on the better side of the equation. The amentiies are really nice in the apartment and everything is clean. The walkways, halls, amenities, and office is really clean and nice looking. I think management and maintenance people do a good job with this place.

The apartment is quite nice and comfortable to live in. I think the manager here is awesome and the maintenance people keep the place running pretty well. I feel pretty safe in this apartment though I have been hearing from my friends that there has been crime around here. I think everything in this complex has been fine though.

I just got this new water filter installed in my kitchen and I think like only two weeks went by and it just started not working and water came out really slow. I called the maintenance guy here and they actually came the next morning and fixed the problem. My water is coming out fine now thanks to the maintenance guy. I like the good service here.

I had a pretty tough time for a while after getting laid off work and I did not know what to do. Brianna the manager here was really understanding of the situation I was in, especially after the recession and the hard times and she actually helped me get a job, which was really kind of her. The apartment is filled with really nice people and I must say that I am very grateful to be living here.

Took my brother to look for apartments and the woman that works there Jennifer made us feel very welcome, she didn’t pressure us at all and her personality during the tour was very comfortable , I felt like I could express any concerns and questions to this individual without feeling silly , I truly admire this kind of customer service due to the rarity of being genuine Now a days thank you young lady for helping us out !
