I’ve been living here for a year, and the entire experience has been nothing short of excellent. The move-in process was seamless, thanks to the property manager(April) , timely communication, and a welcoming attitude. They made what is usually a stressful process incredibly smooth.Throughout my stay, the property manager has been responsive and attentive to any concerns. The maintenance guy ( Alex) is outstanding – always quick, efficient, and friendly. Whether it was a minor repair or routine maintenance, he ensured everything was handled promptly and professionally.The move-out process was just as easy as the move-in, with the same level of support and transparency. It’s rare to find a place where the management and maintenance team are so dedicated to ensuring a positive living experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable home -

I have lived here for over a year, and I can’t say enough good things about the management and maintenance team. The property manager(April trevino) is always approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any concerns or questions she addressed promptly and with a positive attitude.The maintenance guy is exceptional always quick to respond and efficient in resolving any issues. Whether it’s a small repair or a more urgent situation, he handles everything with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.wonderful place to live. Highly recommend -

The Canyon Apartments are an awesome place to live. I really enjoy the fireplace on these winter nights, and the indoor swimming pool is great anytime of the year! The rent is affordable and the staff and management are very professional and provide great service and are always quick to handle maintenance needs. -

James here! I’ve been a resident of The Canyon Apartments for a few years. In my time here we’ve had some difficulties with the apartment but that was before the management changed. Since the new management took over, any and all problems we’ve encountered have been swiftly and thoroughly addressed. Also, big props to the on site property manager April because she has been beyond helpful with everything from lease renewal to maintenance concerns, as well as an amazing and prompt maintenance team. Would definitely recommend The Canyon to anyone looking for a reasonable apartment to live in! -

This place is a great place to live. Maintenance is quick to get issues resolved. Great communication between the property manager to the tenants. I would recommend this place to anyone new to town or someone that needs a place. Quiet place at night. April is great managing the complex. Kudos to the owner, property manager and maintenance for such a great place I call home. -

I have been looking for apartment from outside tje US. I was easily able to contact Kristy internationally and she turned out to be super helpful and made the application process so much easier. Not only she guided me step by step but helped me select the most appropriate plan according to my needs. I will be seeing my apartment soon and then writing a review about it too. -

I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place for serious renters, looking for a GREAT place that will even allow your fur babies. The office manager Sherry is so down to earth and easy to talk too! Its like God really answered our prayers! Thanks to Sherry for all the help and being so nice! I could have talked with you for hours!!A BIGGGG SPECIAL THANKS to Lori Nall for getting back to us in such a timely manner, meeting us and knowing exactly what we were looking!! She took her time with helping us and was eager to help us out. She had true passion for her job!This is a great team and We are so excited & looking forward to moving in. Its such a nice, peaceful, totally new inside apartment!! -

New rental Manager SHERRY started managing Green tree 9-8-2017 was her first day here at green tree we went in her office and she fixed and helped with what old Manager could not and did not want too do me and my husband were going to move out wednesday Sep 6, 2017 and when we told she said the old manager No Longer worked here she said lets figure it out dont want us to leave and after talking to us we wanted to stay here at green tree, she gave us 100% tenate satisfaction would recomment 1,000% -
