I highly recommend The Campbell! I’ve been living here just about 6 months and I love the security features, the timely maintenance, valet trash, and my unit. My experience has also been pleasant because of Ms.Wanda! She is professional, personable, and by the far the best agent here! She goes above and beyond to make sure her residents happy and I made my move in process seamless. However, The Campbell is currently undergoing a change management from 5th avenue to RPM. This has only been in effect for a couple days and the new management is unfriendly. I understand there is a high turnover rate in this field, but the new agent I spoke with had a very unapproachable attitude. I came in and she was busy but didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Going to the leasing office is the first impression of the apartment and as an agent it’s your job to make the experience pleasant. I had a question regarding the change in management, because residents are unable to pay rent at this time during the transition. I didn’t catch the leasing consultants name but she has red curly hair and freckles. I also feel like you should formally introduce yourself to your residents… especially coming in as new management. I liked Wanda, Paige, and I forget the others lady’s name but it started with an S. Hopefully I have a better experience with this new RPM management. Overall, I still love The Campbell Apartments, I just wish management was more consistent.

Talk about above and beyond, this has been the easiest move I have ever done Ms Shayla was really nice and informative throughout her showing me the apartment, My approval process took a little longer cause my credit wasnt so great. But Ms Wanda help me every step of the way, she answered all my calls made sure I was all set getting moved in, such as setting up cable, electric, the alarm system, and even after me telling her I was unhappy with a certain apartment layout she moved me to an apartment I absolutely loved. All the staff is nice and very attentive Especially Ms. Wanda. I never had a leasing experience this awesome. Not to mention the floor plans are very spacious.

Ms.Wanda is truly the best… She is such an amazing person! She went above and beyond to make my move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From offering helpful advice, her kindness and generosity truly made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and it’s all thanks to her warm heart and willingness to help and also the entire staff at The Campbell. She’s one of those people who makes everything easier and brighter just by being around.I’ve been in my apartment for about a month now and I truly.. truly have no complaints. She is amazing and she makes it so comfortable while sitting in her office at her desk getting an apartment.She made everything so smooth for my future husband to sign his lease and move in.The apartment is so clean and nice. With me moving from Arizona I must say The Move in process was a breeze. Mrs. Wanda was very helpful and informative. The apartment that I am leasing is renovated and very nice. I’ve been living at the Campbell for a week and the move-in process went really well. Like most apartments, the software for setting up all the utilities, registering your car, etc. is really really awful. However, my interactions with the staff were more than ideal. Wanda is a tremendous leasing agent, she made sure that each and every thing was taken care of and did not shy away from taking time to go through things with me. She put me at ease with every interaction and would even correspond outside of business hours. The apartment itself was newly renovated and clean, just some structural issues that I can ignore.

My wife, daughter, and I moved into our apartment at this complex in April, and despite it being our first time living together in an apartment, our experience has been incredibly positive. From the moment we stepped in, the property managers, especially Wanda, and the landlord treated us like neighbors, making us feel right at home.The staff here is truly exceptional. They acted swiftly on any concerns we had during the move-in process, ensuring everything went smoothly. Whether it was Wanda, Jenifer or Michelle, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and settled in.The renovations done here are fantastic, and weve truly appreciated the effort put into making this place feel like home. Michelle and Jennifer from the management team were incredibly helpful, and their professionalism and attention to detail didnt go unnoticed.I have to give a shoutout to Wanda, who made our move-in process seamless and easy. Her professionalism and helpfulness were unmatched, and were grateful for her assistance.Overall, this apartment complex has exceeded our expectations. The customer service here is top-notch, and its evident that the staff genuinely cares about the residents well-being. Not one to often review shops, but after a month here, I think its proving to be one of the better apartments in the FW area!They seem a bit short staffed, but the office crew is absolutely golden and the maintenance staff is excellent. Ill avoid names but everyone Ive dealt with have been great.Theyve put a lot into amenities and the buildings designs & layouts have a lot going for them. A good amount of green around the grounds too.

He’s very quiet and humble and he come in and do the work same day? I pray these apartments keep him the maintenance man so far.

Update to below review: now that Wendy and Mario are gone we have a new management company and so far they are terrible and unless something changes I will not be renewing my lease!……………………………………..I have been here now about 3 months and cannot express how impressed I am with the property and specifically the property manager Wendy! Thank you for making this place feel like home and always addressing any concerns promptly and fairly! It’s rare to have a property manager who truly cares about the residents as well as the property! And absolutely ask for Mario if you are looking to lease-he is awesome! Also thank you to Michelle ,Wanda and Jennifer and all the rest of the new staff for going above and beyond to address any issues and requests. I am so glad I renewed my lease and look forward to the next year with your team!!!

I got a great deal as well. The prices were great! The leases were about the same and even less than some other places. Have no fear if your moving here.

Ive never had an issue that wasnt addressed promptly by maintenance. The office staff is very professional and helpful. Amanda was my leasing agent and she made me feel very comfortable. If youre looking for something that is affordable and spacious, you should definitely check this property out. Ask for Amanda, Shes great!!!

Ive been here since October 2015. I have a newly renovated unit. Ive had a few maintenance issues, but they have been taken care of in a timely manner. Ive always had great experiences with Jessica, she has been great from the first time I toured the property to the day I moved in, and continues to make sure my experience here is a good one.

Since the beginning when I was just shopping for apartments I came in and was greeted by Alexis Zimmerman , Alexis was very inviting and helpful and very eager to assist me, Alexis showed me the model apartment, told me everything that I needed and I was still 3 months out from even getting everything together to start the process to move, every time I needed something before I was even a resident Alexis got back with me in a timely manner and was very attentive to my needs. I love my new Apartment, Ive been here for about 3 months now. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Great service. There were a lot of upgrades going on while I was living there. The leasing agent Jessica was knowledgeable and very helpful. When I lived there my AC went bad because we keep the thermostat down low. The property manager made sure we had our AC back up and running the next day before I got off of work.

I moved here in April of 2019, and I can honestly say I feel like I’m at home. The maintenance man is very helpful! My heater was out last week and maintenance came at 11pm just to fix my heat all the way from Dallas!!! Tiffini (Leasing Consultant) She has been helpful since day one. Ive lived here for years and havent had any complaints safe environment and great maintenance team. You call them and they are coming and even come when it is most convenient for you. Considerate and great customer service from management staff, who are always there to help and they definitely know their stuff. If youre confused about anything they will be sure to explain to you. This is a great place to stay.

My girlfriend lives here, but we both love it! The only concern I would have is that it can be a little difficult to get up with maintenance, but other than this place is perfectly fine. It’s conveniently located, with convenient stores, gas stations, Walmart, dollar stores, ALDI, a movie theatre, the highway, and a shopping center all located within a 7 mile radius. My girlfriend loves Tiffany, the leasing specialist. The pricing is great (for a one bedroom) and the actual apartment/building is fine as well. It is what you make of it. There’s a lot of bad reviews, but none of them apply to our case, nor did they deter my girlfriend from moving here. I’d recommend!

Weve been looking at apartments in the fort worth area and were quite disappointed until we found the Valencia Apartments. Jessica in the office greeted us with her welcoming personality and showed us an apartment and we knew after that visit that we had found the perfect place. If you are looking for a newly renovated apartment complex, then go see Jessica. She is a jewel and will go out of her way to help accommodate you.

My sister n law just moved in to one of the two bedroom apartments and it is so nice.. the woman in the office was so friendly and accommodating. They showed a 2br that was almost done and she fell in love with it then. But when she moved in to her 2br she was speechless. Brand new carpet, all new appliances.. all new everything. Wtg yall!!!

OMG, since RPM took over the property, it has been wonderful! Trash isnt just laying around! Homeless is less aggressive! I am just at awe of what is happening around our property! I have seen work actually get done. They are truly concerned about fixing the heat problems and frozen faucets. I cant wait til the summer we finally have a clean pool!!!!
