    I had the most satisfying experience at the Camaron Townhome. With Cathy the director in front office being of the outmost kind and friendly and very welcoming. She helped me tremendously in my time of need. Made my moving transition go very smoothly and very quickly in which I was in a bad and unsafe environment. She made it very smoothly in doing all the paperwork and in signing the lease contract. I am beyond impressed of how friendly this community is already. Blessed

    So far, what Ive seen I can say I love the house. Its feels like home. And its built like my house in victoria. And the staff are very helpful and friendly. I cant say enough of the homes.

    So the camaron townhomes are definitely a close knit community very small that’s what I love every one looks out for one another Daniel is great at his job and does everything he can due to him being only one person and I appreciate everything he does Kathy is amazing and very fast responding and definitely a great leasing manager there where lots of problems when moved in but there working to get everything fixed in a timely manner so far so good

    Overall I really have enjoyed living here. The staff is pleasant, easy to reach and prompt when dealing with any issues.My AC went out peak of summer and after I had a major surgery, I called before office hours and thought we would have to deal with the heat for the better part of the day.They came out and fixed the AC and changed my filter within two hours.It hasnt been perfect, but I that is no fault to the management of the property.I also have no issues with my neighbors, Im surprised at how little noise I hear despite sharing walls.I moved here after being a home owner for 7 years and prior to that I had only lived in single family homes. This positive experience has made renting and living in a townhome/ apartment community a whole lot less scary.

    Awesome Team at the Camaron, they work great together to get my issues take care of in a timely manner. I have lived here for 4 years and renew my lease because of them. They make this place home for me and my family.

    Just moved in love the place so far. Very quiet and relaxing. Everyone very nice. Thank you Kathy for a wonderful experience with getting everything set up.//Now its been a year and I have just moved out. Enjoyed my time here the only down fall was maintenance getting repairs done correctly and in a timely manner. Think he might be over worked and could use help. Kathy is great in office

    I loved these town homes, the management and maintenance staff were AMAZING!!! Very affordable and great community everyone was really nice, never had any issues. I would recommend these town homes!

    I loved it! I knew immediately it was the perfect place for my mom. The leasing agent was fantastic and knowledgeable. Knowing that my mom is safe and close makes me happy!?

    When I first came here I was excited. I love the floors, no carpet. I was shown an apartment with a pantry. A double garage, this 3 bedroom is expensive!! But I was going to make the best of it.It took 6 months just to get a toilet seat. There were a lot of other things that were not completed when you move in. I was in shock to find the apartment I got had no pantry, I car garage, it wasnt clean. But I thought in time it would get better. It got worse because the complex had tenants move in. When you sign contract the. They tell you anyone can park in the space next to your unit!. Too late. Arguments arose, I have to hurry home just to park next to my unit. Cant go nowhere or stay out late. You work hard for your money, then come to find someone taken your space. Great!!! I dont want to park somewhere else. I cant see my car in another location. Im not happy, just dealing with it. Theres a garbage charge $35. A month. The dumpster is right there. I carry my trash to dumpster. So right when you get comfortable, you have to move... Im not sure if Ill stay here again. Im still waiting for dishwasher and screen door to patio!! There other issues here still.

    I have to admit move in day was not at all as i expected it to be! Besides not being and to view apt prior to move, so day of move in was complete disaster ending in tears ! The apt was not ready, the moving company scammed me, took a lot of my belongings, identity stolen and now an older apt I was moving into that had me and dtr in deep depression!Management was in between positions so there really wasnt abundant anybody available which made it that much difficult for us! There are other things i can go on and on with but that experience was nothing compared to when they l finally placed a mgr who cared enough to make things right!Kathy did one by one until i was happy. Maintenance man (young guy with long hair) was just as amazing and so professional at all times! Unfortunately, during my stay there i had some unexpected issues come up and Kathy was willing to work with me , no questions ask. Not once but several timesAnd although I ended up working things out before I really needed the help , just knowing that The Camaron Townhomes&flats property management and ownership actually cared for their tenants enough to work with them(me and dtr). That means so much to me and bypasses the beginning areas of concern. Having peace of mind that I lived in a property that cared for their tenants vs only thinking with a one track mind is very valuable! In the end we ended up really enjoying our peaceful apt until the end. It is unfortunate that there wasnt another 2bd 2ba apt available otherwise i would have stayed.     This is review is solely for the maintenance man’s work (Daniel). My bathroom sink was running/leaking and he was in and out in less than 8 minutes, prepared with the parts and all. Also explained how the part that was replaced got to it’s current state. Great service

    My friend lives here so I come over quiet often. I love the way her house looks. More irtly she tells me about her interactions with the apt manager. Thats actually a big thing for me. I always have found myself in places where the apt manager was only nice just to get you in and then forgot all the things you asked. Honestly Im even thinking about moving out here just because I know that the manager works to keep the place quiet and maintain the community. Its quiet. I have no problem finding parking. Seriously I hate writing reviews but I have to give this place its props. You just got a new resident when I leave my next place .Because I love this place!!

    I had been having issues with my A/C and had several work orders but it was not getting fixed, the first or second day new management came I had to place another order, it was past 5pm and didn’t think anyone would come but they called back right away and told me someone was on the way from a sister property. Jacinto was able to fix within minutes what was not done in months and have not had any problems since!

    We have tried for the past 3 days calling to try and get some kind of leasing information to try and move in. Nobody has answered the phone and we keep getting disconnected when we try to leave a message. We have herd great things about this place and really want to come and see it and walk the grounds. Can someone please return our call. Thank you and God bless.Update: Went today to look at the Townhomes and we are very empressed and excited to start the process of moving in after our current lease is up 😊. Nice location, amazing townhomes, and very polite office staff.

    We had some problems with our front yard. I reported it to Kathy our property manager and she got it taken care of as soon as they could. Keep up the good work.

    The person who completes the maintenance requests is incredibly fast and highly skilled and responds to service requests very quickly. Definitely goes above and beyond!
