I have been here a few weeks now but so far I love it. I love my apartment and so does my son. The lady Angelica and the manager Dakota are amazing people, they helped me with everything to get my application done and got moved in seamlessly with no problem. Maintenance come and do their job every time. The property is nice and has two pools and two mails rooms. I recommend these apartments 12 our of 10. No roaches or rodents. No loud noise at night. I love the office staffs communication and dedication.

The entity Western Wealth, has finally proven to be credible. Miss Dakota and Carolina, are wonderful and understandable. They are knowledgeable, of their functions, and attentive to the residents AND Community. The last, staff was awesome, but Im focused on the present and this current duo, is dynamic. The presentation, of the property has progressed significantly. The current people, in the front office are sharp minded, wise, empathetic, trustworthy and credible. They are balanced. My apartment is in a nice and quiet area. I like the fact that they have two pools even though I don’t get to swim a lot. Maintenance guys are great and help when needed. Dakota went above and beyond helping me with my renewal! Neighbors are also friendly and look out for one another.

I have been a resident here since June 2024 and I can honestly say my time here has been awesome. Anytime I had an issue it was address within a timely manner. Right before Thanksgiving over half of my unit was leaking and suffered a lot of water damage. The incident occurred after business hours, but as soon as the office opened the next day Dakota made sure that the process to fix the damage started and she kept me updated on the progress the entire time. I believe it took less than a week to get everything back to normal. A situation like that should have caused a lot of stress especially during the holiday season, but thanks to Dakota and her staff it was like nothing ever happened by the time Thanksgiving came.

The new management team is killing it. I recently had a water leak early in the morning, everyone was so helpful. It was fixed right away, and even got a call after to see if it was done to my satisfaction. I feel like this management team is on a different level, I can already see things turning around. I’ve been living here going on 3 years. I have never felt more welcome than this week when I met the new manager, Dakota. I had a complaint that had never been resolved. A noisy disrespectful neighbor that has been annoying me and others in my building with loud bass. I don’t know what she did, but this particular neighbor has seized his loud music. Keanna in the front has always been so kind and I also enjoyed speaking with the new Assistant Manager, Ray. These people are so welcoming, warm, and the maintenance staff is also responsive and helpful nice guys. Thank you all!

I have lived here for 10 months and it has not been a pleasant experience at all. I had already given my 60 day notice to move. The old staff was rude and very unprofessional. There have been 3 managers since I moved in. To my surprise I went into the office Friday and there was an entirely different staff. Raymun and Dakota are a breath of fresh air. They were very courteous and seem to really care about the residents. Raymun took care of an issue in 15 minutes that I have been trying to get corrected for months. I even decided to stay after speaking with Raymun but told him if he leaves so am I.

Recently moved in last December; been here 3 months now and so far its great. My kids love the space of our apartment and I love the price, location, and staff. My application and move in process was smooth and everything was exactly as described and explained to me before arriving. I moved from the West Coast and this was the easiest process of my move thanks to Keanna. I haven’t had any major issues at all, any minor maintenance that I have needed the staff is quick to come out and fix like legit same day. Whitney in the office is an Angel! She has assisted me when I had my own personal things happening while trying to adjust from my move. She responds promptly enough and will help wherever, however she can. I am happy that I live at The Broadway and definitely plan to stay awhile.

Mrs Mary and the Team have helped us out a whole lot. Our tub needed resurfacing, and they got on the job very quickly. They are really nice and show quality customer service. The maintenance team is also GREAT! I really appreciate everyone at Broadway 👀🙏❤️

Im extremely pleased with the job the office has done since my last review. Every issue I complained about has been resolved. If I submit a maintenance request it is dealt with and.corrected immediately. The entrance lights are working. The landscaping around my apartment emaculate. I dont know about other residents but everything in my apartment works perfectly. The office staff are extremely courteous and professional. I think Adrianna, Cyd,& Frana are doing an excellent job. When my lease is up I would like to sign for another year and continue to reside here @ The Broadway. Hopefully it wont be too high of an increase that will be feasible with my income. If your looking for a safe peaceful place to live this is the complex for you🙂

I love my little apartment home! Maintenance is always available to make repairs or check on my concerns. The office staff is friendly, professional and 100% approachable! The property is beautiful. Most of all, I feel safe here. I love to walk my dog and have always had positive interactions. I would highly recommend the Broadway as your next home!

Love these apartments! Staff was super helpful with the move and any questions me and my roommate had. Maintenance comes in a very timely manner. Parking isnt a problem at all. Ive noticed the apartments stay quiet and cozy, which I definitely prefer. Dont plan to be moving from here any time soon!

When Exponential 1st came on property & up until recently they have had a negative, rude & very hostel attitudes to residents. I must admit that the virus crisis has shown a very different side to me. Sarah has been informative if a bit abrupt. Sundae had a wall of go away & leave me alone. They have been absolutely super. It seems that they had risen to the challenge of the virus. They also had been much better at recognizing that the residents have been here & this is their home. Not just a business. I have great hopes. I see positive motions forwardThis is my home I want to stay. I have been on property since 2001. Not in the least maintenance people are the best.

She was straight forward and responded to my concerns in a timely fashion. She kept me updated on my maintenance issue. It is great having a manager like her in the office.

Everyone has different experiences, but I really enjoyed myself here. It was peaceful at night, my neighbors were very nice. Yes, the apartment wasnt perfect when it came to the rain, but I had a good apartment staff that was willing to help. The community is good, close to major restaurants and stores. It a good first apartment.

I have been a resident at the Broadway Apts since July 2017. I have found the accommodations very pleasing, The staff here are the epitome of professionalism and I would recommend to others in a heartbeat. Christian, the apartment guru is the best! Hes always ready to take care of whatever and does so in a most efficient manner. I have no complaints! Its the kind of place where paying rent is a pleasure,,,which may sound weird but I have no problem paying for services and accommodations that suit my needs. The maintenance crew is friendly, competent and easy to work with! I LOVE THIS PLACE. I AM AT HOME!!

I have lived here almost a year and have already renewed my lease. I have lived in houses and apartments and I am here to tell you this apartment complex is not at all trash. The Maintenance Requests are timely, the office people are friendly. The pools are kept up and clean and the grounds are maintained. I had my vehicle broken into and I am telling you I will still say it is a safe and quiet place to live. Its not a gated community (we would pay way more if it was) and the person(S) that robbed my vehicle was not a tenant so therefore i was a victim of circumstance, and if you dont know and realize already, we live in a crazy time, this could have happened anywhere. The apartments are spacious and made well. The grounds are quiet and I dont hear a lot of rif-raf anywhere. The closets are big which is a plus. I am a single mom of 3, I have another in college, and I am telling safety and cleanliness are key for me. I have very nice neighbors and I live in an area where it is so super quiet. I love living here!!!

I’ve lived here since 2009 and I honestly think it’s a pretty great place to live. Respect is a 2 way street and if you give respect when speaking with staff, you get it in return, I’ve never had any issues with anyone that has worked here. The Broadway seems to retain staff for years at a time in some cases, which I feel speaks to how the place is ran from upper management and owners. I’ve lived at apartment communities where management and leasing agents would change multiple times in a 12 month period, and I only ever stayed one lease term at these other places. So 9 years at The Broadway shows that this place isn’t bad at all. I would personally recommend it and have had friends move here who I did recommend it to. Everyone has had their own experiences, but mine have been good here.

I really really love living here at Broadway Apartments! I disagree with the reviews. Ive lived here since 7/2015 to present and I have had no problems. Christian and Monique (dont really know the new property manager) are just wonderful! Best part is the prices are affordable and realistic. Keep up the good work Broadway Apartments! ;)

Monique and Chris were my saving grace on more than one occasion and couldn’t ask for a better crew to run the complex! Highly encourage for families and single mothers/fathers who are looking for a place that feels like home.Maintence were always quick to come out when needed! Which was very rare because I never had any issues!

Never left a review but lets go, I like the this place been living here for 4 5 years very close to everything( foods stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations), close to the freeway, and when a have any issues in my room they been very efficient but only thing I have to call couple times i know its not just me but if some one had any issue remember be patient you guys making the problem more bad just keep reaching the office until the fixed but overall Nice place l.
