    I have to say I am extremely pleased with the professionalism, communication, and great customer service here at The Brixton Apartments. We love our new home here in San Angelo! Very quiet and clean place to live. Both Jimmy and Abigail have been nothing less than amazing! I’m very thankful and grateful for how much they have helped us get acquainted with area. Lots of Military personnel. Great place to live if you are looking for somewhere to live off base. Very close to Goodfellow AFB. Very convenient. Thank you again for EVERYTHING

    Brixton Apartments is Military friendly! The rent is fairly priced, the managers Jimmy and Olivia are very nice and helpful with anything (questions, work orders, etc.), and the community is great! Lots of Military personnel live here. Definitely recommend Brixton Apartments if youre looking for a place to live off post/base. The managers help Military personnel get the best deal on their rent, and when its time for you to PCS they will assist you in ending your lease to make the process hassle free. If you own pets, they are accepted here! The apartments are close to Goodfellow AFB making commuting to and from work a breeze; about a 10-15 min drive. If you are in the Military, consider the Brixton Apartments. Its a great choice!

    I took a tour and the service I received from all the staff was amazing! Any questions I had were answered. Jimmy took his time showing me around. He was extremely knowledgeable of the place and surrounding areas.

    Staying at the Brixton was the only positive part about San Angelo Texas. Their management is EXCELLENT, possibly the best Ive ever had as far as response time, fixing issues and working with people.Dont get me wrong, the apartment had issues, like any, sometimes something would leak, but theyd fix it that day. They were on top of things.The AC was awesome, it worked so well.Seriously, San Angelo is absolutely the worst but the Brixton made it a little better. Great apartment complex, If youre PCS here, Id recommend The Brixton 100%

    We cannot say enough GREAT things about our time at the Brixton. The staff is wonderful, and incredibly friendly. As a military family, there were lots of unknowns from move-in to move-out, and the staff was beyond understanding. They went out of their way to make sure we had a place to stay during uncertain times. We felt very safe on the property, and there was always an abundance of parking spaces close to our apartment. Our two-bedroom unit was furnished, and we were very impressed by the quality of the furniture. The maintenance staff was great as well, and completed orders on time and efficiently during our stay. Overall, we would definitely recommend the Brixton apartment homes!

    I have lived in the Brixton Apartments for a year and ten months now. I’m well please with the timeliness of maintenance, the communication from the manager, and the rent payment options. Also, they do a great job of spraying each building every other month for bugs. Very polite management and maintenance.The only downside is the size of the one bed rooms. They are small, but still very homie apartments.

    Brixton apartment was clean. Any maintenance I needed was done within the day. They actually check the fire extinguisher, change furnace filter, check smoke detector and spray for bugs on a regular schedule. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance were very friendly. The office staff were very attentive and cared about keeping the complex a great place to live. Neighbours were all considerate and kind. Also has a clean laundry facility. Highly recommend.

    Clean,quiet,safe apartment community.Leasing agent was helpful with any questions I had.The apartment complex is well lit at night,has a beautiful,large pool,modern,24hour laundromat.Clean,spacious 2bd/1bath.apartment was exactly what we were looking for!Nice place to call home!

    We have been living here since March. I can only say good things about this place. Renee and Olivia(the staff) are very friendly, helpful and always on top of everything. From packages to work orders. Jesse, the maintenance guy, has a very kind heart and always tries to get everything done within the day you filed a work order. This place is awesome! Neighbors are very friendly and nice. Clean pool. New gym equipments. Packages sure wont be stolen and the office sends you a text if you have a package and also always notifies the residents if theres something they are working on. We love this place. We love the people and staff. ♥️ Keep up the good work!

    I like the privacy of the place, excellent location for my business in San Angelo. I enjoyed the pool. Some little details could enhance the experience living there, such as tile or vinyl flooring instead of carpet, new water efficient toilet, a new kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

    Of the few apartments I have lived in over the years, the Brixton is the best. It is a very well managed place to live. I am going on 2 years now and have had zero trouble with management and/or other tenants. I have never had to wait for anything to be fixed if needed etc. A great place to live.

    I moved here a couple months ago and I have to say this place is such a friendly dog loving community!! Such as the office hosting a gift wrapping station! Had to take advantage of that so I went in greeted by Jimmy and got to meet some of my neigbors who were also gift wrapping. I was the only person to be giftwrapping for awhile and Jimmy was so sweet by making me feel welcomed and helped me with wrapping since I was having a hard time 😅. Highly recommend these apartments there always up to date with everything and always keep you updated otherwise!

    Can’t say enough about the staff! They were fabulous and very helpful. Olivia was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and followed up on everything I had questions about! Loved our experience during our stay in a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. The groundsmen were friendly and very helpful as well. They were also very military friendly!

    The fact that this place has any bad reviews is shocking. My wife and I have been here for 10 months, and we honestly cant name a bad experience to be had. The place is quiet, clean, and well taken care of. Landscapers are here weekly to make it look nice. Every maintenance issue weve had has been taken care of within a day or less. Parking spaces seem a little small, but theres more than enough of them, so you can always park away from others. You might have to drive a bit to get where you need to go in town, but its the slightest inconvenience against every positive thing the Brixton has to offer. I honestly wish we didnt have to leave.

    We absolutely have adored our time at The Brixton. Everyone that works here makes you feel you feel safe and valued. Any concern about the apartment or amenities is taken care of promptly and maintenance here is amazing. Coming from another state for a short time we were nervous about finding a place to stay, but they are flexible and work with you as best as they can to make the transition smooth/easy on you! We are confident we would stay here again if we ever have to come back to San Angelo.

    Jimmy and Olivia are excellent. My only complaint is I wish there was a playground for children. However, super pet friendly, maintenance is outstanding and the app to pay and schedule maintenance is great. Highly recommend the area as it’s super quiet and you can get the best corn dog ever across the street from de bruder’s.

    The office staff is amazing! Olivia and Jimmy are so friendly and welcoming. I chose this community because its pet friendly and my dog bishop loves the dog park. I have really enjoyed living here!

    I have been living at The Brixton for the past year and I must say that my stay has been nothing less than PLEASANT. Being a traveler from out of state; my biggest concern was getting somewhere quiet and SAFE. The Brixton has afforded me that luxury in abundance. The community is extremely quiet, as it is mainly occupied by individuals who either work or are in the Military. I pay a little over $700 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment that is FULLY FURNISHED! I have had 0 incidents where Ive felt that my person or my property was in jeopardy.Lastly, the Property Manager, Olivia, is AMAZING and has set the expectation of SUPERIOR customer service, respect, professionalism, and courtesy!! I have never had the office hesitate in addressing any of my concerns. I am grateful to have been blessed to reside here over the past year and will recommend it to my company as a place to refer my fellow traveling healthcare providers!Thank you to The Brixton Staff for giving me a comfortable place to call home this past year!!!

    Management is extremely professional, courteous and informative when it comes to any kind of services for example pool and pest services. I’ve been living here for over a year and it’s been very comfortable. Close enough to main shopping and groceries but not too close to the traffic. Peaceful location!

    As a military couple we were looking for a place that was close to the base and was furnished with utilities. This place is pretty good, location is less than ten minutes from Goodfellow AFB. The furnishing was decent and the apartment is a nice size for just the two of us. The staff are friendly and helped us when we needed it. The pool is nice although not always clean (leaves and bugs) I would recommend this apartment to other couples and would come back if ever stationed here again.

    I recommend The Brixton Apartments. It is a relaxed apartment environment. Oliva truly sets the benchmark for what she does. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had same day. The management running the show are top notch to summarize. Chuck did an excellent job fixing my AC issue and a few other work orders -- prompt, friendly, effective. it was the nature of the work that did it for me.

    Great place for great people. If you your self are quiet and considerate then its a good place. If you are loud and crazy...you will have issues. The manager knows all residents by name and runs a tight ship. Me being military I appreciate I dont have to go and complain constantly.
