    I have never experienced a better maintenance team at an apartment complex. I was definitely nervous when old manager Johnny left but they hired a new manager David who is clearly just as competent. Him and Jason make a phenomenal team and are very friendly and respectful. All my requests are completed in good time and they are very courteous of my large dog. Overall as a woman who lives alone I have never been more comfortable having the maintenance team having access to my home whether I’m there or not.

    I definitely have to give a five-star. The area is very clean maintenance is always doing something cutting the grass etc I love it. Its close to everything you can think of. The office staff absolutely friendly amazing I actually met them in person when I got here coming in from Florida Elizabeth hands down beautiful as soon as I walked in with my hubby she knew who I was and greeted me with the most utmost friendliness and respect thank you guys definitely recommending if anyone is looking for a property to call home in Huntsville.

    I’ve been living here a couple of years now and every time I request maintenance they respond very promptly. This morning I woke to David and Jason doing a spectacular job by completing my request within 12 hours of me submitting it, most likely an hour of them receiving it!

    I recently got maintenance work done in my apartment unit, and Im so happy with the work that Jason and David have done. We had a list of tasks to be done, and those two gentlemen came in and did every last one of them.     I lived here for a couple years before a promotion in another city had me relocate. This was the best apartment complex I ever resided. It was quiet and the staff were accommodating. The grounds were clean, and the pool was satisfying. My favorite was our maintenance staff, Johnny, who addressed any issues that rose with priority and dedication. He lived next door and introduced me to many of the residents which provided a sense of community. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a safe, quiet place with a dedicated staff.

    My boyfriend and I toured the Brazos apartment and we absolutely loved it! They were well maintained and upgraded, which exceeded our expectations.     Lived at The Brazos Apartments almost 2 months now. Anie was great making sure I had all paperwork done and turned in. Billy was very friendly when need some questions answered and don’t forget maintenance is awesome. Did a few requests and was done within days and made sure my cat was safe inside when request was done. ❤️

    Ive have lived here for awhile now, the management is very helpfully. Johnny the maintenance supervisor especially is helpfully. He is always willing to help someone out. When ever I put a request in he is there in minutes to look at it and starts working. Had a water pipe break at 2am and he showed up. The whole staff is amazing. One of the best complex Ive lived at.

    Usually, when searching for a suitable apartment, dealing with management personnel is a real pain and is only slightly more pleasurable than going to the dentist. However, that’s all changed with Billy May and the experience he provides! Mr. May sets the bar high and makes the whole process easy, enjoyable, painless and makes you feel like you’re part of the family. He’s the type of representative that all apt properties should aspire to have “up front” and serving their customers!

    Highly recommend this apartment complex!!! The area is always clean. Whenever something in the apartment needs to get fixed the crew is always there getting things done. It never takes them long to come in and take a look at things. The workers are always friendly and smiling when you go in the office. It’s in a great location and close to a lot of stores nearby. It’s always super quiet over here as well. It’s a wonderful place to live. Johnny the maintenance man is always quick to get things fixed inside my home!

    My Sister and I were struggling looking for a community we would feel happy at and when we came to tour Brazos Apartments Annie, the leasing consultant was so helpful and actually because of her we decided to move here ! Usually when it comes to looking for a community we usually don’t feel 100% convinced but Annie was so helpful and went above and beyond with our moving process and all I can say is she is the best, I have never met a leasing consultant who genuinely made me fee on welcomed and comfortable!

    I have lived in the Brazos Apartments almost 3 years now. The Maintenance department is the best I have ever seen and Johnny always comes to fix Maintenance issues as soon as possible.     When looking for the perfect place to live, so that I live so that I could be closer to my daughter while she is in school I can across the Brazos Apartments.     This was my first time checking out this apartment complex. I was very skeptical about it at first due to the pricing. But I was helped by a very friendly lady behind the desk I believe her name was Anie. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.     I’ve lived here a little over a year and have had a great experience. One Sunday in July I woke up to my A/C out. Sent in a maintenance request not expecting to see anyone until the following workday. Johnny showed up within the hour and quickly had it running again! Very appreciative of him and the team here!

    I’ve lived here for about a year and the management, maintenance and front office has been nothing but great! Everyone is very nice and approachable and are very quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests.The apartments themselves are basic normal apartments and I have not had any major issues. Anything small that pops up is quickly resolved from general maintenance to pest control.The office accepts packages for it’s residents so there are no opportunities for someone to steal it off of your porch or a delivery service not deliver it when a signature is required. It’s made that aspect very convenient.Overall I am very happy with living here.

    The office staff is exceptional. Billy works hard to take care of all of his tenants needs as well as the maintenance staff. The buildings are older, so walls are thin and you can see where updates were made in cabinetry. The water pressure is great, I never had a problem running out of hot water in the winter, & never had any broken pipes in the winter. There were occasional times when the water would be shut off for long periods of times to fix piping in order to prevent bursts. This only inconvenienced me one time. Upkeep on the property is exceptional. Parking was never an issue for me, I always found a spot open right outside my door.

    I moved with my work to Huntsville. My office is just 3 minutes away. I love my apartment. Very quiet at all times, great management here also. I really enjoy the Fitness Center, and us it in the evenings after work. Great family environment. The entire property is very well maintained and attractive. Rent is also affordable. I encourage everyone looking for an apartment to move to in Huntsville, to look here first. You will want to move here. Best of all, staff here is awesome to work with.

    Easy process, moved my son in for the 23-24 school year at SHSU, great location. Apartment was renovated, all appliances were brand new, new flooring. Everything Freshly painted. Very pleased with everything so far. Management was helpful and easy to work with.

    The management team at Brazos are so nice and very attending! A few times I’ve had maintenance problems in my apartment and they are very quick on sending someone over to help! I never feel like I’m having to wait forever to hear back from them if I have a question.

    I moved into the Brazos Apartments in early 2008. I’ve always been happy and felt safe here. Management was always quick to respond to and repair any issues. There weren’t many. Maintenance always responds quickly, and Ms. Haretha always had a smile for anyone she saw and kept the grounds perfect, and did a great job getting apartments ready for new renters.

    I lived in these apartments for two years and I really enjoyed my time there! Neighbors were really nice and the complex in general was pretty quiet. The staff always treated me well and were very amicable. If you’re an SHSU student, rent here is way more affordable and spacious in comparison to other apartment complexes in the campus area. Highly recommend!

    I recently moved but it seems that new management is taking pride in their investment.I resided their for roughly 3 years.I will not defame the new owners for things that were not in their control.I moved because the AC equipment in my apartment was in such disrepair that it was causing my light bill to exceed 400$ a month I simply could not justify living their when my light bill was nearly half of my rent. I had a second floor apartment and it was nearly impossible to keep it cool with out the ac running all day with out stoping. (This was an issue long before new management took over)That being said the staff were always great people the new owners are putting money back in to that community I saw many improvements as well as new ac units being installed I believe they will make this a wonderful place to live.As a recommendation blowing in some insulation in the attic would make a huge difference.I wish everyone their the best and I did enjoy living their I wish I could see what great things are coming but it was time for me to move on.This 5 star review is deserved and earned I would recommend the brazos it’s in a great location and has a great team.Best regards to the brazos team and new owners.

    Great affordable apartments for SHSU students. Pet friendly apartment with reasonable policies/deposits. Lived here for 3 years and had no trouble. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone student or not. Management and maintenance was great. Going to miss them for sure. If we had a problem it was resolved in a timely manner. I am going to miss living here. It was a place that I called home. ❤️

    I love living here. I have never had any problems . if something was broke or I ever needed anything management had always helped and took Care of it. Absolutely love it!!! and add for the guy who said he and a friend was threatened is a lie. The management is not like that yes they so force the rules to be followed which is understandable you probably just got told something that you didnt like and now your all in your feelings and butt hurt this complex is quiet and respectable.

    Very quiet, well-maintained community with professional and courteous staff. I have not lived in an apartment in close to 30 years and am adjusting more readily than I thought I would. I credit the staff and their maintenance of the property.

    Great community. The staff is totally AWESOME! You’ll love the spacious floor plans! Community is kept nice and clean! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great peaceful community!

    The Brazos Apts are a very nice place to live. The management team bends over backwards to accommodate their tenants. The complex is quiet and the neighbors friendly. The grounds are maintained weekly by a lawn service. I have to give props to Ms. Herietha. Every morning she goes around and does litter pick up for the complex. She even picks up after a handful of entitled tenants that refuse to pick up or take their dogs to the designated doggie doo area.I will remain at this complex as long as I live in this town. Robbie and her staff make this town a bearable place to live.
