I’m new to Texas and the move in process was very quick with Lauren and she was great and has been great! Alyssia is probably one of the best office managers I have had in while. She’s been very responsive, respectful, and very helpful and understanding. I only gave it 4 stars because of the way packages are set up has nothing to with the office I know they just work here but delivery drivers aren’t suppose to leave packages on the ground there’s a note right in front of their faces but instead of following directions they just leave packages on the floor and 2 of packages came up missing . But other then that no issues and no complaints of noises or anything my neighbor are pretty cool

Went to tour this property for my son and was so impressed! Great floor plans and so many options depending on what you want to spend! I was greeted by Lauren who was so friendly and got me started with information. I toured with Maria and she answered all of my questions and made me feel like this was a safe place for my child’s first apartment! The Brandt is definitely at the top of my list!

The staff here are all very nice. I really dont have any issues with my unit. Im not sure why everyone is saying maintance is horrible. I never had an issue with them. Alyssia is wonderful and very understanding. I love the fact that they will work with you. I will say some of the fees are crazy but overall its a nice place to live

My experience has been wonderful the whole staff, especially the leasing have been so helpful. Any maintenance issues that I had they addressed immediately my moving experience was very smooth and the process was very easy. I wanted to do a tour at The Brandt Apartments, I was looking for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and I must say I received the best customer service ever. I was helped by Mr. Daniel Cazares, he went above and beyond answering every question and he made me feel very comfortable. In my search for a new start this location caught my eye en route to another viewing. I stopped in and was greeted promptly by a kind well mannered gentlewoman that generously assisted me with my inquiries. Lauren was very attentive to detail in regard to what I was needing and well versed on the property. The whole experience was informative and exceeded expectations for such a brief encounter. We didn’t have time to view a unit as I was in a rush but I’ll most definitely be making an appointment with Lauren to complete my search.

I am not a resident here, however I had an interview at this property and I loved everything about it! Their team is very organized and the energy in the room is immaculate! The property is very clean and pretty! I had a chance to meet with the property manager Tyrice and their fabulous leasing agent. All around I give my experience at this property a 10/10 and I definitely recommend this location for anyone look for an apartment or an employment opportunity! Check out the Brandt!

I love it here! I have been here 8 months but I am already planning to renew my lease. I have never renewed a lease in my life but I am happy to finally call this place home. The ladies in the office are extremely kind. The grounds are kept up. It is quiet. I have requested maintenance twice in my time here and they have come by and fixed the issues pretty quickly. My experience has been amazing. I never write reviews but I really wanted to express my feelings about my home!

Decent apartments for this side of Irving. There were frequent water shut offs and power outages but other than that maintenance was usually quick, amenities are nice. The property is clean. Didn’t have any problems with management honestly, but then again we didn’t have problems with our unit or anyone on the property either. We didn’t get the unit we asked for upon moving due to it not being ready in time but we got a good deal on the unit we had.

Lived here for a year. The leasing agents are nice and they process service requests in a fast manner. Vanessa was always very helpful. The unit was spacious and they had many amenities. The only thing I didnt like were the amount of fees/high pet deposit.

I have lived here for 5 years and can say overall there has been many positives out of it. I have built great relationships with the staff at the Brandt. Iris Flores and Vanessa Lopez are very accommodating to my requests and ensure I have a stress free living here. The property has done many upgrades since new management took over. Other than minor issues with water leaks which are normal in Irving I would recommend to stay here.

My family and I have lived here for about 2 years now. At the beginning we did have a lot of issues with the water being cut off so frequently, but that has gotten better and they do a good job at communicating to residents when and why this happens. I have really enjoyed my time living here, the complex is clean and so presentable, and the office is always having events for the residents which really make you feel part of the community. Hope to enjoy many more years at The Brandt!

When apartment hunting I pay very close attention to reviews, but sometimes forget that the disgruntled individuals are the ones who ever take the time to write one. I just recently moved in here. Staff was very friendly and helpful through the application and move in process. Maintenance was very nice and came swiftly to address any issues we reported on our initial move in sheet. This apartment complex is under new management, which seems to care about their residents and get the job done. I have no complaints, and am excited about living here!

This review is based on my initial experience because I wont be moving in for another few weeks!***The process of looking for an apartment has got to be one of the most frustrating and stressful situations to go through! However I can honestly say that The Brandts staff did an awesome job making the process go much smoother and easier; Felicia in specific!From the moment she answered the phone, Felicia has been nothing but remarkable! Both her attitude and customer service are definitely stellar. She made me feel at home almost immediately before Id even decided to move in! I had quite a few questions and concerns and she truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was well accommodated and that all of my concerns were taken care of. She even worked some magic and fulfilled some of my requests! It was an experience I am very satisfied with. Id never felt so comfortable when viewing and discussing business.Applying and getting approved was a breeze and I am excited to move in and take advantage of all the new amenities and upgrades that have been made around the complex!

I moved to Dallas over a year ago from the West Coast and found the Brandt on the last day of my house hunting trip. Talk about being blessed! The complex had everything I was looking for and more. Close to major freeways, both airports, downtown Dallas and shopping. Most importantly its gated and had covered parking. Vanessa, Jorge, Iris and the other front office staff are Amazing!! The maintenance staff respond to requests quickly and youre always kept updated on status via email. I had given notice that I was transferring with my company to another state, but was given a promotion which allowed me to stay in Dallas. Vanessa worked with me and we were able to find me a larger unit within the complex. This in itself shows the confidence, trust and satisfaction I have in The Brandt and its staff. Thanks Vanessa for all your hard work!!

The staff are very friendly and attentive, the community looks great and the amenities are open 24 hours which I love! I can already tell that my stay here will be amazing.

I just moved in here a couple weeks ago. When I arrived (likely due to complications with vendors due to COVID-19 crisis) I was missing my Washer and Dryer, and my countertops had not been resurfaced as advertised. However, Jackie in the leasing office was able to get a hold of the Property Manager and find a same day solution for the washer and dryer, on a Saturday nontheless! Iris was quick to get my countertops resurfaced and now Im home and happy. The communication with the office staff is a little strained right now, but again I assume this has to do with an overwhelming amount of calls and emails coming in while everyone works from home. So far very much enjoying it and appreciate the office staff, even though Ive probably been a little annoying for them.

Me and my husband moved in late December 2018, the application process was pretty smooth. Emergency maintenance requests are addressed fairly quickly. Office staff is also great and very helpful. Highly recommend since we haven’t had any problems.

Living in The Brant is great I love living there . The place is quite clean and noone bothers you . The leasing office specifically are so kind and helpful. Felicia and Vanessa Lopez are awesome. They were very diligent and patient in helping me resolve a very serious matter. I was especially thankful for their care and concern especially given that I no longer live at these apartments. Professional, courteous, polite, and empathy were on full display. Having been a previous resident here, both of these ladies made my stay here extremely pleasant. Had I not had to move out of state for work, there is no doubt in my mind I would still be staying here at the Brandt. If you are looking for a place to stay in Irving/Las Colinas area, do give these apartments a look. They say you can always tell the essence of a company by the type of customer service its employees provide. The Brandt is lucky to have Felicia and Vanessa Lopez on their team.

She is always returning my emails and calls within 24 hours to answer all my questions and concerns, even when I know she has so many other daily responsibilities she’s taking care of at The Brandt. Knowing that she is there and is such a reliable and courteous person makes me feel a lot more comfortable about my move and living there. Highly recommend!

Shadows of Cottonwood is a great choice if youre looking to stay in the Last Colinas area. Applying and ultimately receiving the apartment was easy, and the management, namely Felicia, was nice enough to allow me store my miscellaneous home goods during the window of my move.The dog park was great for me and my old dog and the pools were a great way to relax on the weekends. Neighbors were quiet and never had any real issues that werent resolved with in a timely manner.

Honestly, very relaxed place to live. there are lots of families and pets here, everyone is very friendly. i lived alone and felt very safe. it is a breath of fresh air in the city, old trees and landscaping which means birds and squirrels. my cats loved to sit on the balcony and birdwatch.i moved in fall of 2020, my unit wasnt quite ready but they were wonderful about accommodating - plus its a pandemic, we are all doing our best. huge unit for the cheapest ive seen in dallas.other benefits:- dog park- 3 pools- huge complex with uneven terrain (great for runs and walk but not very accessible)- large balcony/patio- mature landscaping- park across the street- bus stop

I love this complex. My apartment is under 1000 a month, the grounds are kept very clean, the pool areas are very nice, the gym is pretty good (for being an apartment gym) and the office staff are very helpful.Anytime I have filed a maintenance request (broken light switch, bathroom faucet handle, bathtub drain problem, blown fuse) they have fixed it same-day.The apartment is pretty silent, the only thing I ever hear from the neighbors is their water running. Actually the sound of them taking a shower is so loud I have to close the bathroom door to keep from hearing it in my bedroom, but other than that these walls are very sound-proof.The neighbors are friendly as well, hanging out by the pool in the summer time was very community oriented. I am white and my boyfriend is Venezuelan, and all the white, black, and latin people who live here would share their food and drinks with each other, and bbq together by the pools in the summer. Everyone who lives here seems pretty chill.There is also a really nice park across the street, and great stores just down the road. Good location!

It was a good place to live. The only problems I had were the normal issues from management companies switching. The only reason I left is because I got priced out. Rent increased $200 dollars a month each time my lease renewed.

School district is nice only complaint was the water being shut off alot but they did send notices out.

Well now new owners bought shadows of cotton wood and I been here since aril .its been good so far if I have any complaints about the apartment they go right away or next thing in the morning if its not an emergency .no roaches in my apt or I guess it depends how clean you are.my utilities was for a month and half and it was for 80 dollars no so bad I pay under 1000 dollars and I have 2 rooms one bath .the staff is very nice.I jus know who ever had these apartments before ,didnt care for them .because the new owners are repainting everything and planting new plants and redecorating to make the place look better .remodeling the gym and from what I heard new gym things are coming in.so excited cant wait.

Shadows of Cottonwood is quiet, serene and well managed, you get maintenance requests fixed quick. Overall almost never have to deal with the office. I actually hate that I have to move soon. Only con is..it gets muddy and flooded around my block and not sure they are doing anything about that soon, when I came in, they said they were gonna deal with the mud. Still muddy and flooded whenever we get rain.

I toured the Brandt on July 11, 2018 and absolutely loved it. I didnt intend on signing a lease the sane day but the unit is amazing and the layoutnis stunning. I worked with Felecia and she was extremely informational and had answers to my many, many questions.There werent any high pressure sales techniques and the unit I looked at didnt differ from what was explained to me in the office.The best part is the the Brandt is located in Cottonwood Valley and based on the maps I looked at it has an extremely low crime rate on top of being a gated community with a patrol officer onsite.I look forward to staying here for as long as the quality of the property is maintained to the extent of what I saw today.

I moved in in may and my experience here so far has been wonderful no complaints so far the maintenance is pretty fast the residents here are very friendly its just very comfortable the pricing is not too bad. Its not cheap but at the same time its not overly expensive. The complex looks nice from both outside and inside. The thing i really like about them is that they inform you about everything thats going on at the apartments wether its an emergency thing or a cool pool party events they do have good communication towards they tenants and honestly what else could you even ask for. Over its been a pretty good experience ill update my review every 3 months incase things change but overal right now everything is really good

Vanessa, Vanessa, Vanessa(she is the one who seats on the far right upon entry)...she is the best everytime I walk into there premises her smile, her warmth makes any quarries or issues melt away after she hears you and puts it down.
