They recently hosted a fantastic community event and even hired FyrePix Photos to provide a photo booth, which was such a hit with everyone! It’s clear they go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for residents.The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location in Buda is super convenient. I’ve worked with Tiffany a couple times to help get a couple units taken care of for roof damages. Every time Tiffany is very communicative and always looking out for her tenants interest! When apartment searching, there’s soo much to look into. Location, how far/close are you from the highway, are you located around neighbourhoods or shops, is the area decent etc. most importantly, is the area safe for you, your loved ones, kid friendly (park, playground) pet friendly? Clarissa was 10/10!! on customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable on the complex and whereabouts! She helped me out with the tour and I must say, the area is pretty nice and exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks again Clarissa!

My mom and i have lived here for 3 years, we decided to upgrade to a two bedroom recently and i just want to give a big thankyou to the office staff and maintenance who made this process easy for us. They helped us pick the best unit on the floor level we wanted, and the unit is everything we expected it to be. The ladies in the office are amazing at what they do, they always have the best attitude and anytime we have an open work order the maintenance team are on time with helping me getting the issue resolved. About a year ago I moved into this complex. At the time it was under different ownership. And I was unhappy with how my unit was being kept. I strongly considered taking the hit and moving complexes early. However, once this new management took over I saw a dramatic shift in this community. My issues have all been addressed timely and with much care. I am now comfortable and happy! I would like to thank the entire staff from both the office and maintenance teams for making me feel right at home! :)

Management is so nice and accommodating, anytime I need assistance or just a question answered they are always quick to assist. Maintenance is very good as well the grounds are always neat and clean and the pool is always nice and clean as well

About to start my 3rd Year living at the complex , It has been Great. Everyone keeps to themselves and neighbors are friendly. Also very well kept pool. Very close to the Highway and good midpoint between Buda and Kyle. The front office staff is always attentive and responds to work Orders sometimes same day or next. Some recent property improvements done to help with scenery.

I moved into this community a little over 90 days ago. And I must say, that this has been one of the best experiences that I have had with renting an apartment. From the welcoming atmosphere of the leasing center to my new neighbors it has been great. The Community Manager Brandon and his team is very attentive even after the initial move in day. You guys keep it up!

I have lived in a lot of different apartments. Trails at Buda Ranch is actually pretty nice. The apartment we have is spacious and has laminate floors that resemble hardwood. We have a washing machine in our unit and maintenance responds pretty quickly to requests. They are accommodating to our familys disabilities and support animals. That is nice. If you live in an apartment stacked on top of other families, you cant expect a lot of privacy, but that is to be expected. Thats just how apartments are. At least staying here, we get a pretty decent price, around decent people, and it is a relatively safe place to raise kids, which is nice because we are expecting and have kids. We are also in a decent school district and the staff is responsive and reasonable. Renee and staff are awesome! I would suggest this spot if its in your price range.

Took care of me and my Dog back in the winter of 2021. Great staff helped me move in, clean housing and play areas for my dog. Maintenance definitely helped out within 1 day of calling.Still maintaining my household as we speak. Love my 2 bed 2 bath. Able to use studio time of my own with quiet neighborhood.

We have been a resident here for 5yrs. I’m very happy with our experience that we have had here over all. The office staff have always been great to us. They are very involved with the residents and it’s always nice when they give out free food at their small events while still following safety precautions after covid. My kids love the swimming pool, it is always clean. There is always a place to park no matter what time of the day I get home after work. There has never been an issue with loud neighbors. The maintenance team are always on top of our work orders. Including the time our unit flooded during the winter storm. They accommodated us with a whole new unit that was recently renovated. Thank you Thuy, Renee, and Jennifer for making that happen as quickly as possible for us. I’m very happy we chose these apartments we are only moving because we are soon to be home owners.

I had a few issues in my apartment an i did a maintenance report online. I figured it would take a few days to even get someone to handle it since I just put the report in the day before but when I was leaving my apartment to go to the store I seen Vincent the maintenance man doing some work on the pool and so I just gave him a quick run down of my issues an within a an hour or so he showed up an he solved my issues with ease very professional guy would recommend anytime you need an issue solved.

Since we moved here in 2016 the office staff and maintenance staff has always been prompt on all of our needs. During this past winter storm the staff was so helpful to our family and we thank them for providing food and water to us. The community is well kept and they have events for the residents in the community center from time to time. The location is right off the highway close to shopping centers and downtown Buda. I would definitely recommend these apartment to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable to stay.

We’ve been living here at Trails at Buda Ranch since 2019 and it’s been good. The staff is helpful and responsive on questions and help that is needed. The location is awesome since it’s right off of 35. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we only have 1 recycle bin and a compactor and it’s not enough for the whole complex. We always have trash outside the bin and it looks dirty.

We have been a vendor for this property for years, and they really know how to maintain a well-run apartment complex! They call us the minute anything unsightly is in view of the tenants. The polite and fun personalities of the management, leasing agents, and maintenance are second to none! I felt like I have to write this review because of everything with the power and water outages of the Winter Storm. I have lived here for about 4 years and I have always appreciated the communication. However, over the past week they continuously let us know what building had/didnt have water or power and took precautions of disconnecting washers to try and minimize damage to the pipes. Out of all my friends and family in the Austin area and surrounding cities their complexs did not have any communication with their residents. All in all, i greatly appreciated it so thank you!

Ive been living at this apartment complex for 3 1/2 years now. Its a great place to live. The management has been very responsive to any repairs I have needed during that time. Dogs are totally welcome. The pool is great. The common areas are well kept up. The complex is lighted at night. There are lots of families here. If you are considering moving into an apartment here in Buda, I would highly recommend the Trails at Buda Ranch.

Im a little late on my review but I rather give it now then later. We lived here for a year and half. When we had to move out due to relocating out of state Rene was awesome at helping me thru the process. The only reason I cant give this place a full 5 stars at the time they had a real bad issue with the trash was not sure if they just had too many people and not enough container or maybe just recycle needed to be put in place. However other than that it was a good experience maintenance was quick to response when needed. Not really many issues besides a few noise complaint from a group of males that lived above us at the time.

Me and my girlfriend have lived here for almost two years, and our stay has been great! We love the city of Buda, as well as where this complex is located. Its a short drive to the main part of Buda, as well as the old downtown Buda. We live in building 13, which is right off of Robert S. Light Blvd. The street has a lot of trucks drive by, and while they are noisy, we dont mind it at all. At this point they are almost comforting. Police do speed trap right by the complex, but as long as you stay aware of your speed, you will be fine. While we never received clickers for the gate, we havent had issues with them functioning, and typing in a 4 digit code occasionally is hardly an inconvenience. The maintenance workers are very friendly while making repairs. Once our A/C went out on a Friday, and because it was Friday maintenance was unable to get the part to fix it until Monday. The gentleman was very reasonable and explained the situation while answering any questions we had. They gave us a portable A/C unit for the weekend, and Monday the A/C was fixed! Furthermore, the front office has been great to us! Both Renee and Jesse have been friendly and cooperative. We know another couple moving to the area, and because of our experiences thus far, we have decided to stay at the complex and split a two bedroom with them! The whole transfer process has been painless because of the effort these two put in. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay here at Trails!

My husband & I are retired & travel to the Buda area in our RV at least twice a year. Knowing that this might be an place where we might eventually move, we notice well kept, secure apartment options. On one evening, we pulled-up into the parking lot & saw Jaydon Pollei tending to the flags, putting them at 1/2 staff. We briefly visited & I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the property & with this young man’s attention to detail.

Living here short term while we are having a home built in Sunfield. Only apartment complex we found willing to do short term leasing which took the stress off waiting for our home to be completed. We havent lived in an apartment in years, but I must say that the Management has really been great and accommodating. Had a few things that needed addressing at the move-in walk through and again, Maintenance address everything quickly and efficiently. Have already recommended the apartments to our Gehan Homes agent in Sunfield. .

My minds eye sees this Apartment Complex since 2017 the workout place, the pool , the apartments look sophisticated professional I say my minds eye because when I seen it 2017 and its been my hope to make it MY Home as Ive been slowly recovering from awfulness( spousal violence ) I fled RGV to where Ive been alone misunderstood by family law society Brain Trauma changes personality andB-ACHiE mood Stuttering or slur as you speak gets me DWI so I isolated myself in the hill country and miss family I visited and saw Trails at Buda 17. Since then I want to visit more with my family now I want to live nearby at Buda trailsmy goal is to live at Buda Trails to reunite with family near by and exercising every morning at apt to build strength in my core now that broken back is healed and return to college to become anRegistered Nurse No Man Can take my Dreams and Mojo to Git R Done.Thanks to father God !
