The experience was good; the people who were here were super nice and helpful. The move-in process went smoothly, but unfortunately, I encountered issues where they don’t proactively call you if any of the information is missing or incorrect. I had to make multiple calls for updates.( + ) The area is nice and quiet, making it a pleasant place to live. While you can occasionally hear music from the other side of the complex, it’s not overly loud and usually doesn’t last long enough to be bothersome. its not everyday.( - ) It’s not really a gated community when the gates are broken and don’t close properly, but you can see other places around here with functioning gates.( - ) The only issue I faced was with roaches. Even though they said they would send someone to spray, no one came, so I took care of it myself. It would be great if they could improve pest control measures.( + ) The maintenance team is really nice and chill; they addressed the problem right when I submitted a ticket.( - ) Communication has suddenly become a problem. I understand they are understaffed and have new management, but it often feels like they are closed every day, and there’s rarely anyone to answer the phone. However, you do receive emails and texts from the office about ongoing issues.( - ) I believe that with better management and communication, this could be an even better community.__ Will update if anything changes ..

This place is night-day different from my last apartments around the corner. The Office staff are VERY nice and easy to communicate with. The maintenance staff are fast in communication and resolving issues. The apartment is spacious and a very good quality! Thankful for the affordability too.The reason I did not give 5 stars is because:There was a miscommunication and I was given an apt without a Washer/Dryer hookup (BUT the office and I have discussed a solution, just waiting for it to be resolved). - and will update!The pool has issues and remains locked around the community- very disappointing - it is only accessible through the office gate during office hours though for lounging and is beautiful! *hope next summer it is fixed.Flaws that do not hinder my star rating: there is minimal space from the door to the parking lot where the cars drive. This is dangerous if you are walking to your car, you MUST stop and look. Especially for children! *In my opinion the cars should park against the building and the driving on the other side - but that creates other issues of lights in your apt at night, fumes by the A/Cs, etc... On the long street, many speedbumps - which are needed...but I despise.I did have a night time emergency on my 2nd day here and it took almost 3hrs to get a response....I was very distraught but, while my last apt I had several night time emergencies and NO response even into the next day, here at least they did respond.If I had to do it again, I would! Feel free to use my name as a referral! ;)

Good evening to all who woud love to join the Burough Apartments @ 5700 Boca Raton Blvd Fort Worth Tx. Mrs Stephanie Mgr. her Asst. Mari and maintenance are above a scale of 10 that gets things done. I moved here in September 2023. I put in for a request to have my unit updated, all was completed. Shes one hard working straight forward individual. Now thats a winner in my book. So if youre in need of more than just an Apt. Nows the time to come to the Borough apartments because you may sign up for an Apartment: but a home is what youll receive.

The property Manager is absolutely amazing. When we have had to put a work order request in, she stays on top of it. When I have gone up to the office to follow up, Tamai, the property manager always had an update for me, and never made us feel like we were a burden to her. This is the first complex that I have lived in, where I know I can put in a request and know without a doubt, that it will be resolved, because of this, we decided to renew our lease, and will continue to do so. Here, I know we are in good hands, and we appreciate Tamai.

Dawn is the BEST ! I came to look at some units two weeks ago found the one I liked . Did my application same day literally only took 2 weeks for me to get approved . My wife and I moved in the apartments in June and we really love it here. We have a very nice upgraded apartment and the BEST Resident Manager ever! Romecca is very professional, hard working, compassionate, and AVAILABLE! She’s crazy busy but will never make you feel that you’re a bother. She doesn’t hide behind a closed office door like most managers. She’s a roll up her sleeves, property walking, hand shaking, down right great leader.When you call, email, text, or stop by the office she’s there for you. She actually greets residents with a smile and welcomes you to the office. “Grab a soda and I’ll be right with you “! You feel at home and that’s HUGE! She listens to you and really cares about all residents and her staff. She works hard and it shows.Romecca is constantly getting involved in the community and we’re actually having another resident get together tomorrow! Who does that these days? The property is well maintained and I love the big floor plans, and that pool though! My hat is off to her and the staff, they’re greatly appreciated. We all have choices in where we live, and this community is definitely a great one!As for the “Bug issues, hot water not working for 4 days”, comment. 1. Pest control cones EVERY FRIDAY! All you do is get on the list! The service is through a professional company and even sprayed my laundry room on my patio. The hot water was due to repairs that had to be done. The management CLEARLY let us know ahead with of time and continued with updates all day each day until everything was completed. Then went as far as to thank each resident for their patients and helpfulness. Don’t believe everything you read, because there are those that will review due to frustration rather than truth!We really enjoy living here, and look forward to being here for a long time to come.

I was having such a horrible morning. My apartment that I’m currently in keeps stressing me out and it’s been unbearable to live through. I jumped in my car and just started driving around. I came across the borough. I was greeted by Brittany. And when I tell u this woman is literally sent from heaven she is just that. She was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. I’m very indecisive and she didn’t complain about reexplaining things to me. She showed me 3 different apartments and there layouts. And gave me a direct tour. I filled out my app and was approved SAME DAY! And my apartment is ready for me to move in! They are soooo professional and so friendly. The customer service I received made my whole interaction with them that much greater! Def will be recommending to my family and friends! Thanks again to Brittany and the rest of the staff!

I was looking for a affordable nice apartment to move in with professional managers. As soon As I walked in Ms. April greeted me with a big Warm smile and Hello. She was so friendly and helpful. We even toured two different apartment layouts. She has made this experience so wonderful in my life. So excited for my move in date its gonna beGreat! I move in 2 weeks. Ms. April is the perfect example of what all managers should model to be like. Im excited to have a new beautiful apartment; and to have her as a manager is just the icing on the cake. She is a real sweet heart and very inviting and welcoming and helpful to all guest. I highly recommend these apartments to someone looking for a decent apartment with good friendly professional managers. This is 100!

I went to the office extremely upset about something and the property manager, Melissa handled the situation with grace and understanding. I really appreciated her proffesionalism and attitude. In general, I love this apartment community. Its quiet, all the residents are friendly and neighborly, its a decent price, and the office staff are always kind, which is a rarity for me in apartments. In other complexes, the staff have terrible attitudes and act like they dont care about anybody, but not so at Magnolia Crossing. Again, I was super impressed and grateful for the way I was treated today. I went to the office furious, and when I left I was calmed down. I really do love this community!

I am a former resident I went to live with family to help them out until they could get back on their feet financially. I just recently decided to move back to this property. The previous time I lived here for 4 1/2 years (2014-2019) and I never really had any problems. I like the large 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments they are very spacious. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks Elize and April for being so accommodating and welcoming me back as a resident!!

I have been here for 7 months now and I Love it! Ms. April was wonderful and may she be blessed! We are under new management now, and Ms. Emily in the office is very professional and helpful all the time with anything the residents need. She seems very compassionate and willing to assist residents for the best as long as were doing our part. The apartments in my opinion on the inside are just beautiful I have a small 1 bedroom apartment its like my own princess castle. Most times its quiet ,sometimes neighbors can be annoying by carrying conversations on outside at night or after hours, I have new neighbors that moved in, but other than that its a very nice place to call home and very affordable ,again I have the small 1 bedroom but its perfect and peaceful and beautiful. As long as you mind your business and your looking for a nice little home this place would be perfect for you. No one to my knowledge relly bothers anyone its laid back. Sometimes people may argue outside, but other than that it is a wonderful place to call home.. they may just need after hour security to regulate conversations. Other than that its peaceful most of the time very warm, n cozy. Ms. Emily is a great addition to the new team and very respectful to residents and our needs or concerns. I Thank God For blessing me with my beautiful little castle in wood Haven. I Love love love the inside of my apt, and the price and reasonability is unheard of these days most nice apts these days are to high but these are still very reasonable:) God Bless JESUS loves you all look at Acts 2:38 Bible and Isiah 55 Bible:) Hope this review helped someone.

I’ve lived here for a year with no problems. The maintenance team is on time with repairs. The office is always available when I need them. Romecca G. the manager is amazing. She’s so sweet and attentive to her tenants needs. They accommodate extremely well in regards to your financial and personal needs. I’m not sure where I would be in this pandemic if it wasn’t for Romecca. The community is quiet , beautiful and somewhere I was glad to call home!

From start to finish, the apartment rental process with Assistant Manager April Jones was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. With completing the application, there was a quick turn around for approval. The move in date was set, and not tentative. April even included a monthly calendar, and an attractions list including local shows, gyms, and events for Black History Month!!!!!! I love the community it’s very beautiful. I road around the neighborhood and it’s very peaceful. The agents in the office are friendly and easy going. It feels as though I’ve known them for years . Lived there Iate 2017 to late 18. Helpful office, decent size. Never had issues that persisted. When I needed matinence it was done in 24 hours. Planned on staying longer but I relocated jobs. Its not fancy or high end by any means but theyre nice, the office does their job and theyre very well priced.
