The before and after of this property is a complete 180. I visited here over a year ago when my mother was living here and it was fairly nice just older. It was noisy in certain areas but overall not too bad.Now it is under new management and the looks alone is amazing. I loved the newly renovated apartment and the environment the new team has brought in. Melissa helped me through the process and those go my move in date was pushed back due to the renovations, seeing the unit made it worth the wait. She was very patient and kind as well as the other ladies in the office. Each time I reached out there was always someone there to help me.

The staff is amazing! Especially the assistant manager Stephanie! These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

I’ve been living in these apts for about two years now & I have no issues at all. Any maintenance request I put in, gets fixed in a timely manner, the management is amazing they’re so professional & nice I love them. The area is quiet, neighbors are even nice in this complex. The Booker is a good apartment complex to move into when you thinking about longevity tbh. Huge shootout to my ladies Stephanie & Mellisa ❤️

My husband and I love living here. The amenities are so nice and the management is doing a great job with Covid restrictions. The pool is beautiful as well. The amenities are awesome and the Staff is very diligent and always willing to listen and help. The few times we needed maintenance, they have come fairly quickly and are always kind and professional. You really cant beat the location of this property. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Great hospitality! I would definitely recommend The Bookers and Isamar! The apartments have been renovated and they look great!

I am impressed by the changes I have seen. It doesn’t happen overnight but it’s easy to tell a difference when things are headed in a positive direction. I can tell Jessica cares about the property and residents. It’s a nice change.I have also had great experience with Dane. He is amazing too! I trust that anything that needs to be done in my home that they will take care of.

This is one of the best apartments Ive ever lived in. The staff was very helpful when we moved in and everything went smoothly. Maintenance is very responsive and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. Im very pleased with the apartment and the management as they are always there to help. I have been a resident here since 2010 and I honestly had some issues with the previous management groups but they changed out last November or so and the new team is great.The managers and the people up front. Very professional and able to help out whenever needed. They are working on a lot of remodeling and they have even started repainting the buildings. Keep up the good work.

I have been living in Wimberly Park apartments, now 800 Link apartments for 11 months and I am very pleased with my stay. The management team is the best in the business they are very professional and friendly. I cant single out any one of the staff members, because they are all great. I havent seen not one bug or one ant,of course I keep my apartment very clean. I like how you have to qualify to live there so just because you would like to live there may not be good enough. I have signed another lease, but this time for 13 months. I like the fact that they have covered parking and garages. 800 Link keep up the goodwork.

My leasing Agent Name is Chris bravo he was amazing from the time I met him, I was very upfront with him about a previous property I live at before I owe them a balance which was paid the time I applied for the apartment at 800 Links but It was still showing on my credit report they were about to make some exceptions I apologize but I dont know the managers name but they entire staff is VERY professional and kind I am glad to be a resident here..OMG and the upgrades that this apartment complex has made are amazing very tasteful and modern. The layout of the apartment is very spacious Chris showed me the two bedroom and I will be upgrading after my lease is up. I was even able to see the community and it was very clean and the up keep of the property is great as well. Chris thank you again so much for all your help....You are amazing.
