I will start by saying. This property is well deserved. I’ll start with the staff. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. Whenever I had a question. Someone was there with an answer. Maintenance: was just as great. Did not have any issues. My air unit needed maintenance When I tell that immediately on the very next day they came and fixed it. I mean it! Property and Appearance: they take great care of the property. Picking up trash daily.Noise: never had an issue in my building 9.Parking: Ample parking closer to the back. The Pools were very clean along with the gym. They do celebrate 🥳 different kinds of parties and get engaged with the people.If you are in the market for an apartment make this community as your first stop.

We have been here for an year and it’s the most convenient and comfortable place to stay. The staff are super helpful. Under the new management we are witnessing more events and gatherings. Lot of space for playing and kids gonna love it. Issues can be addressed faster but otherwise it’s a great place.

I am consistently experiencing the best residential support services from the management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The Gym is well equipped with equipment. The evenings are quiet and there is plenty of room for evening walks around the complex. The maintenance staff was very helpful and courteous. I am glad I found the The BLVD at Medical as my home in San Antonio, Texas.

First thing I’ll say is that the Front office staff is amazing. They have always been so nice and understanding and have treated me well. Maintenance is also just as great. If there is anything that needs to be resolved they always do it in a timely manner. As for the apartments. It’s nice and quiet and very family oriented. The pool is very inviting and always clean. Everyone waves to each other and is friendly from my experience. I use the fitness center pretty often. It’s always clean and they have plenty of equipment to use. There is a cute Dog park and everyone seems to be respectful of each other and their pets. I have really enjoyed living here.

The maintenance team, Freddy, Roy and Roger were awesome. They were quick to get every maintenance order taken care of right away and friendly also. Celeste was helpful and responded to any issues. It’s a great location and I felt very safe and would recommend these apartments.

The property is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. The management is wonderful, and goes out of their way to help. Celeste was an absolute dream to work with and made sure to get things HANDLED during the application process. Our move was stressful and this apartment was our first sign of hope and safety and I cant speak more highly of Celestes professionality and kindness.The unit has a washer and dryer included, the bathroom and closet is spacious and the living layout is perfect. The storage outside has a separate lock and the patio is perfectly sized. Even our dogs are happier here--their pet rates are also competitive with the market and the most reasonable we saw during our search for a new place. So far maintenance has also been kind and efficient. There are so many families here, and seeing kids play safely outside and laugh has been an absolute joy to see.

This is a perfect place to live. Well maintained property with great amenities. The management is very very helpful. Entire process starting from apartment registration to moving-in was very smooth and management staff makes sure to acknowledge every concern or request coming from the tenants. You get your maintenance request done within an acceptable duration. All together, I would highly recommend opting for apartments in this property.

Manager Celeste Sailes is very professional and good hearted person. She takes very good care about every resident whenever needed and addresses the issues asap. Clean and green community, friendly neighbors, toddlers have play area.. it would become “the best community” if it had play area for kids of age 8-13. These days kids addicted to screens and mobiles.. I prefer outdoor and physical play for kids… how I can not tell about the resort style swimming pool..frequently cleaned and maintained well.. just awesome!💟

The leasing process was very smooth thanks to Celeste, and I truly think this apartment is the best bang for your buck. The unit came with beautiful stainless steel appliances, including a brand new stove. The bathroom is very spacious. Everything looks very modern. There are many families living here, so it feels very safe and friendly! I also made a maintenance request. Maintenance came the very next morning and resolved the issue.Edit- after living here for about 9 months, I do have a few things to add. While I do appreciate a safe and family-orientated community, there are constantly people and children walking in the center of the parking lots throughout the day and night. You constantly have to dodge people. Additionally, children scream outside of my door and kick their soccer ball on my door/wall. I can hear screaming and conversations from inside my living room clear as day, very frequently. The office staff also never answers the phone. I’ve called on numerous occasions and never get a call back. However, the office manger is very quick to respond to emails. The gates have not functioned for 95% of the time I’ve lived here. However, they have gotten them up and running numerous times, yet the keypads have failed to work. However, this most recent time they have started using them again, the keypad does work. Hopefully it lasts. As stated above, the inside of the apartments nice, maintenance always responds super quickly, the valet trash service is good, and the apartments are a pretty good bang for you buck.

I have been a resident of boulevard for the past two years, and contrary to many of the reviews here, I find this apartment increasingly peaceful. All the appliances are new and in very good condition and the maintenance guys are so quick to resolve any issues that come up. Great and attentive staff who are always available during business hours and also on weekends. Special shoutout to Mr.Roy and Mr.Fred who work so relentlessly to serve the community. The Landscaping and swimming pool are well maintained and a huge play area for kids to play around. To my surprise, this is the most well-lit apartment you can find around. Adore my lovely home and most importantly, love the community, the staff, and the management who has always treated us as family !

We are staying in Ground floor apartment, we like the nature and trees around our apartment it feels so pleasant and peaceful if we sit few minutes in Balcony. Within apartment there is lot of storage cabinets which I liked the most.

It’s been more than 4 years we are staying here. All of the management and maintenance staffs are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, very close to schools, hospitals and restaurants. Specially would like to mention about Roy and Freddy for being very friendly and awesome. They are extremely responsive and always get back quickly on our maintenance requests.

It is with pleasure I write about the present management team at The BLVD at Medical Center gated community. A good understanding and the friendly nature of the staff at the Leasing Center helps residents seek their assistance for any issues within the community. A highly able and very efficient Maintenance Team, give us the assurance that issues within the apartment would be attended to very promptly. The community is well maintained and the round-the-clock fitness center is a big advantage. The washer / dryer facilities located inside each apartment is not something one finds at other apartments in the neighborhood. The recently completed Pest Control and Treatment across the community was a very welcome initiative. The repair and painting work has definitely given a face lift for the apartments and once completed would definitely beautify the look of the entire community. Keep up the great work Team The BLVD at Medical Center!!! On the whole, its a Happy and Secured Living at The BLVD at Medical Center.

I have stayed here for 3 years and it was wonderful stay for me and my family. its wonderful community with plenty of amenities and friendly management and maintenance team. Especially Freddy from maintenance team was a great help, he is always ready to help for the maintenance activity and resolve in timely manner and Ada from leasing office is very kind and helping for any queries. This is a great place to call home especially when you are away from home :) Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with THE BLVD at Medical Center.Living in this community has always been a positive experience. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and what I really like is its very near to the all essential shopping places, the School is right opposite to the community, also this place is a easy commute to travel in buses. It also offers amenities that most communities do not like Kids Play Area, Dog Park, Washer, Dryer, a fully equipped Gym which is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.Talking about the staffs here, they have been fantastic. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The Manager is very kind and good person, I recently had an issue but the way he handled it was very polite and professional. My leasing consultant Ada, she is the reason for me to come back to this community again She followed up with me regularly and ensured that we had the home we wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to our needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. Ada has always been a great help and youll be in great hands if you work with her.I would leave the spotlight to be shined on Roy and Fred (Entire Maintenance Team), they are friendly, polite and professional. I want to show gratitude and give a big thanks to the hard working team that is in front of the line caring for all families here at the community during the Covid19 Pandemic - I have no words. Great apartment complex. The leasing office is always friendly and helpful. Stellar maintenance team! Everything is fixed in a timely manner.My only issue are the roaches. My experience may differ from others. There will be times throughout the year that I’ll see them more often and times when I don’t. Sometimes it’s one or two, sometimes it’s multiple in one day. Mostly in the kitchen, but I’ve seen them in every room at least once. Oddly enough I see multiple during my last few weeks here.

First off, The BLVDs at Medical Center has been taken over by new management, any review prior to the second quarter of 2017 is out of date and really not relevant for this reason. I would name all the staff specifically, but they are ALL glowing examples of kindness, integrity and everything else you could possibly want and expect from your apartment staff, plus more. Theyll take the time to sit down with you and make you feel like youre more than just a tenant, but a person, which means the world coming from a military family and having served myself. Let me rephrase that, thats MANDATORY coming from my background, and they dont fail to live up to even military core values. Maintenance is no less stunning than management, I just recently gave them nine work orders at the same time, close to closing hours, not expecting them to be taken care of for a day or two, when I arrived back home from dinner, all work orders were complete. They are constantly looking to improve the environment and themselves and are super open to constructive criticism. They could care less about whos right, but WHAT is right. The pool looks great and I always get compliments every time I bring anyone to my apartment or to the property. Its a really safe, family oriented location and I have never felt in danger on the premises. If you still have ANY hesitation or doubt, go speak to them yourself and youll soon understand exactly what I mean.

Good afternoon,Not had one problem with these apartments. Many can say some reviews of other leasing apartments are fake. I can assure you that this review is real. Like any other situation, things get broken. BUT these apartment fix the issue ASAP. One example, we had a problem with the AC. It completely broke yesterday. Today I have a new AC system. mind you, it has not been 24 hrs. This is why Ive stayed with them for about 2 years now. Completely satisfied.

One of the best stay i would say, from leasing to maintenance all the team members where friendly and never had any complaints. I’ve been here since 2016. Haven’t had an issue. Haven’t had a regret. I was fortunate enough to be here during a transition of staff and maintenance. I can honestly say that it was for the BETTER! Ada, Nathaniel & Celeste are true genuine people whom care about the residents, always understanding but do in fact lay down the law when necessary. Last but not least, my boys in maintenance, Roy, Fredy, and Jessie, have been TOP NOTCH in ensuring all maintenance request were not only done correctly but in a timely manner, also while communicating, giving advice on how we can prevent issues going forward and working together. By far THE BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM I’ve been privileged to have by my side. Thank you BLVD!
