    Love, love, love loving there!!! The staff is extremely friendly, and easy to work with every time. They respond to emails/calls quickly, and make sure their residents are safe and taken care of at all time.

    I’ve lived at The BLVD for several years, and the management and staff are top notch! The apartments themselves are very well maintained, and are good quality (for apartments). They are getting a little spendy for an apartment in San Angelo, but still a good place to be.

    I currently live in a one bedroom apartment which I love the space is fantastic. If the rent was a little lower I would move into a two bedroom for sure so I could set up my home office space. I wish the grounds around the complex was maintained better sometimes it can look a little shabby. In May the storm broke two of my windows which have yet to be repaired. Also the front gate is always broken which has me worried about security but luckily I have fantastic neighbors who watch out for each other.

    For the past four years, my six person family has called the BLVD home. We are in a three bedroom unit overlooking the lake. We moved into The BLVD because my husband works. so. much. With four kids and one vehicle, we needed a safe and clean home, and with the amenities to keep us entertained all day. We are close to grocery stores, not too far from medical offices and a mile from a really great elementary school. I have signed 15 leases in my life, coast to coast. This is the largest floor plan for the most median price. Every maintenance issue we have had, has been answered with concern and care. Anastasia has curated a group of professionals who really care about the comfort and safety of my family, in the office, on the grounds and in our home. She has a talent for hiring warm people who are passionate professionals. The BLVD has really become home for us. I have met so many other stay at home moms and dog parents walking around the lake; I have built a group of friends out of a neighborhood. From young professionals, busy families, and retirees, our lives have been filled with interesting and diverse friends and neighbors. And while all of this is true, we also chose to rent here because the maintenance and energy costs for a home in this school district with the same square footage and age, is actually more expensive and we would lose the community, the lake and the pool. This has been doubly true during lockdown and the winter storms. As we were all forced to safely isolate, my kids were able to ride their scooters around the lake, go fishing, and go on long scavenger hunts across the community. When the storms created intermittent access to utilities, the community rallied. The office became a warming center, where residents could prepare a simple meal, charge a device, find a moment of comfort during a very difficult time. We have been so comfortable and happy here, leaving our home to start the next adventure is very bittersweet. So while this is a review, it is also a thank you note to the kind and caring staff that have allowed us to create our fondest memories of San Angelo right at home.

    My request was handled brilliantly. Every detail was seen about in a very professional and courteous manner. I had some bathroom recaulking done and I have never seen a straighter and tighter bead. I am thankful to our maintenance workers for all they do to keep things up and going.

    Overall, it has been a good experience at the Blvd. However, as of late it seems to take longer to get things accomplished. I have had a broken window from the hail storm last spring and it is still not replaced.

    The Boulevard Apartments have been an absolutely wonderful place to call home for the last 6 months. The facility is very nice and warming. The staff has been nothing short of stellar. The maintenance staff is very responsive and they seem to work around the clock. We love walking around the catch-and-release pond, and there are several dog parks for us to walk our 4-legged family member. She loves being outside. The pools are well maintained and there are 2 gyms so you can get a workout any time of day or night. Great staff and great facility! If we had it to do all over again, wed be right back here at the BLVD apartments.And a very special shout out to Cristabel. She was our first interaction with the BLVD apartments months ago. She made us feel comfortable with our move and she has provided outstanding support and customer service during our stay here.If youre looking for a place to call home, please do not hesitate to contact the BLVD apartments. Just like us, you will not have any regrets.

    Stayed here roughly a year and a half. Management is absolutely amazing and easy to communicate with. This is important because the property is huge, but the staff are super sweet. Im just going to list some quick pros/cons!Pros:-Friendly staff and maintenance-Quick response to maintenance requests-Very safe area-Parking isnt bad for the size of the complex (except summer, people throw pool parties)-Pleasant amenities and landscapingCons:-If your neighbors are loud youre really going to hear them. (I know its an apartment. But my neighbors fought each other so often I learned their names through the wall. But I understand it is an apartment!) For the most part the entire neighborhood is SUPER quiet!-Pricey, especially for the area-Tedious move out- During the summer the pool gets really rowdy and crowded. If this makes you uncomfortable you can report it. I didnt deem it necessary and just used noise canceling headphones.Just wanted to finish off that this was a lovely rental and Im glad I was able to be comfy in San Angelo. Thank you to the staff. You all are so reliable and we appreciate everything you do.

    I’m so glad I found The BLVD apartments! When I moved in, my apartment was spotless, and any minor maintenance issues I’ve had have been fixed immediately. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful. When I was in the market for an apt, I noticed there were complaints of other apartment complexes having bug problems, but I’ve not seen so much as a house spider in my apartment at The BLVD. The clubhouse decor is really modern with a good vibe for anyone wanting to play pool or hang out in the movie room, and you can’t beat having two gyms and two pools. I highly recommend The BLVD!

    We just moved out and I would’ve given 5 stars but parking can be tough to deal with sometimes. Should have rented a car port. It was quiet and nice and more than enough space. The patio size was great and plenty of cabinet space. It’s pretty, close to everything you need but most importantly it’s quiet and away from the center of things. I liked being tucked back in the corner. Plenty of amenities that I rarely used but we didn’t live there long enough to really experience everything with our schedules. Good experience. If I had to come back to San Angelo we’d stay there again but would make sure to get a garage or car port.

    I’m in the military so my wife and I have lived in a lot of apartments over the years. The Blvd is by far the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. We lived there in early 2021 and have since been re stationed, but my wife and I still reminisce about how awesome The Blvd was. The pools are really well maintained and the apartments themselves are the best you’re going to find in the area. High ceilings, big kitchen, Jack and Jill sinks, it was perfect. To top it off, the front office and the maintenance folks are all accommodating and really professional. If we ever find ourselves living in San Angelo again, we will 100% be renting at The Blvd.

    One of the best apartment complexes Ive ever lived at. The only two downsides were the pool parties and lack of parking spaces. Pool parties could get pretty wild and loud if you live nearby, but management did a great job controlling the chaos to the best of their ability. After a couple of months I opted into a paid, covered parking spot because it was always difficult to find a place to park every night. The complex is built for the people that live there, not for the popular hang out spot its become. Regardless of these two things however, I would live here again in a heartbeat. I loved the pond and the dog park, and the units have really nice kitchens. It is one of the more expensive places in town, but you get what you pay for. 10/10 recommend.

    Living at The Blvd was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I moved out Kelsey helped me and was very sweet and kind. Also, maintenance makes sure the pool is clean and ready for use. The grounds are always picked up and clean. Overall, my experience has been great!

    Staff is awesome! Units are top notch, and the property is beautiful! The residents are all so nice. Perfect for students or families, and there’s a good mix of both. I always felt safe even walking my dog at night, which is something I feel is important when picking a place to live. The pools are great and the gym is exceptional. BIG FAN!

    I stayed at The Blvd for two and a half years, and I very much enjoyed my stay. The amenities were great and the property was very well maintained. Since I have been there, management constantly made improvements to the property. Maintenance staff was very friendly and completed maintenance requests in a timely manner. When I moved to San Angelo, safety was my main concern and no other apartment complex in town satisfied my standard. It seemed that this was one of a few complexes in Angelo that is completely gated.

    I have been living in the Phase II apartments for about six months with another two months to go. The BLVD is one of the nicest apartment complexes in San Angelo. The layout and design looks great. Whenever I go to the staff to pay rent or pick up a package, my name is often remembered, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have had maintenance done in the apartment a couple of times (mostly right after moving in to have a couple things fixed/touched up), and the maintenance personnel were fabulous. Of course, there are little things that bother you regardless of where you go such as the doors slamming a little aggressively behind people entering/leaving their apartment. My biggest grievance and the reason for the four stars instead of five is the appliances. The oven seems a bit rickety, and the microwave honestly sounds like a jet is trying to take off. Everything else, however, is nice. Nice looking flooring, nice carpet in the bedroom, nice kitchen counters, and a spacious bathtub. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

    My husband and I moved into the apartments a few months shy of a year now and weve had a great experience. We live in phase II and love our apartment! Ashley is always a great help when we need anything or have any questions! The apartment layout is very spacious giving you an open feel which I find hard to come by in most apartments. I love that the front office remembers us and acknowledges us by name. Gives a more welcoming feel verses being just another tenant living here. Great apartment and staff! Would recommend to others searching for a new place to call home.

    Ive been living in these apartments for 7 months, with zero complaints. I had a plugged sink, and within an hour of submitting a ticket, my sink was unplugged and I had a note on the counter describing what was done by the repair person. Besides the sink working great and the note I didnt notice signs of anyone being in my apartment (no tracked in dirt, the sink was just as clean as it was before, etc). I recommend living in these apartments, the staff here have always been awesome/helpful/and of course friendly, Ashley and Jimmy certainly go out of their way to say hi and make me feel at home when they see me.

    The BLVD was such a great place to live. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and complex. The staff went above and beyond in being quick to fix anything that was not working. Great workout facility, pool, and walking area around the pond. Would recommend choosing the BLVD for your place to live.

    The BLVD has made my time in San Angelo an absolute delight. Moving for work and trying to find a place to call home can be tough, but here they truly made it feel like it was the spot I was meant to be. Some key features that make it such an amazing complex is the pond with its fountain, pool areas and how nicely the grounds are kept. Another great attribution to this place is its staff. Anastasia and her team (Kelsey, Alyssa and Ashley) make sure to help with any issues that may come up during your stay. They are on top of any maintenance issue and handle it in a timely manner. It saddens me to be leaving so soon but know if any coworkers or friends need a place to call home in San Angelo, I will be recommending the BLVD.

    The management team at The Blvd is very professional. The entire leasing process was smooth and the Team ensured all needs were met accordingly. Very lenient and understanding of the individual requirements of their tenants. Overall, The Blvd is modern, clean, comfortable, and appropriate for bachelors and families alike. Highly recommend.

    I love living here! Weve been here since January (coming up on 9 months), and I can safely say this is the best apartment weve ever lived in. Its new, clean, spacious and the staff is great. The people in the office and the maintenance staff are so helpful. Great apartment! :)

    One of the best apartments Ive ever lived in. Staff always made sure we were taken care of. Lawn and maintenance staff were on point. They just added several dog parts so that was a plus. The only issue we ever had was some neighbors would park in our assigned (and paid) parking spot and most of the time there wasnt anything we could do about it. If we didnt buy a house wed probably have extended our lease.

    I was an original resident when phase two opened and lived at this complex for a year and a half. The initial management company that ran this complex was less than stellar but since the new managing company has taken over this community has dramatically improved!Groundskeepers work the property daily, maintenance is quick to respond to urgent issues, and the manager is by far one of the greatest Ive ever dealt with. New flooring was recently installed in all upstairs units at phase two and that only made the beautiful units even more impeccable (again, stellar job by new management).Overall, if I had to move back to San Angelo, The Boulevard is where Id call home...provided its still under Anastasia and the rest of her management team!

    I am so grateful for the staff here who helped make my move from three states away a breeze. Everyone I came in contact with were polite and went above and beyond to get me situated in my new place. The apartments (inside and outside) are clean and easy to find.     I been at the Blvd for 2 years and i love them, it feels like home! The girls at the office are great! Anastasia is so sweet and is willing to help. I Thank them for all they do for us to feel at home! Also for letting me do a lemonade stand for my son this summer. You guys are awesome!!

    This is the best complex we stayed in. The staff is diligent about taking care of any issues and are really chill. The complex is super pet friendly and has several dog parks on the property. Tons of amenities and is probably the best place to live in San Angelo.

    We moved from Missouri to Texas the first of March. I started looking on line for a property to rent, I made several call to apartment complexes in San Angelo. When I called the Blvd and spoke with Ashley she was very helpful explaining what all their complex had to offer. I had to go online and fill out and application, I had so many problems with my internet and the on line program during this time, she was so helpful to send me the application via e-mail. We were told that we could move in the 7th of March but everything moved along so quickly for us that we were able to move in the 2, which was great for us as I was living in Missouri and my husband was living in Sonora in a motel. Our apartment was perfect, after a 12 hour drive it was so nice not to have to clean before moving in. I’m so happy with the complex, I’ve used the workout room, and have visited the pool a couple of afternoons. I feel safe as well knowing the complex is gated. Ashley was so helpful to even help me out with, where to go for a good authentic Mexican meal, as well as where to get my haircut. The Blvd has made my transition from Missouri to Texas flawless and we couldn’t be happier.

    I’ve lived at many apartment complexes, because I travel often for my work. Let me just tell you- Kelsey was seriously the most genuine, nice staff member I have EVER talked to. She went above and beyond, and even helped me move some of my stuff from my moving van to my new apartment. She gave me a tour of the whole place, and even offered me water WITH ice! Kelsey is doing something right.

    The maitence crew is very responsive every time I’ve called. Mike Brown specifically has done a great job with bug issues and wasp nests. He has also been seen fixing and maintained areas around my apartment building, very respectfully and willing to do anything to help.
