I am loving my experience so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They truly care about there tenants and are working hard to improve the complex. I have no complaints. The application process was very simple and easy. They made my moving in drama free. The location of my apartment was very convenient. I’ve lived here for a minute and only recently have I started to see some very positive changes. There is a fairly new manager and she with her team is obviously doing everything they can to make things better for the residents and the appearance. I will be renewing my lease when it comes around and look forward to seeing what else gets better. Five star from me! Keep it up!

An older community but very well run. My unit has been totally updated. The property is family friendly and I am surprised how quiet the property is. New management is definitely making some positive changes. Maintenance staff has been prompt on the minor issues I have reported.

So far I am very satisfied with my community. The staff is always helpful and willing to understand your situation and when things are out of order they fix them ASAP. I noticed especially recently they have been doing a lot of work to improve the property and community spaces. I’m thankful to the staff, they are always willing to go the extra mile, which makes living here a positive experience.

What a gem hidden away in Richardson! This property is well maintained and priced great for what you pay for. The office staff is always professional, especially Erica. When I had a situation come up she was genuinely interested in helping me out. The maintenance team is quick to respond and friendly. Reyes responded to my request so fast and even offered to help me with other issues I didnt even see! Ive enjoyed my interactions with this group and always share my experience with others. Be sure to check out The Beverly if youre looking for a spot in Richardson.

Pretty nice place! Spoked to asst. Jessica was able to see a one bedroom apartment very spacious. Convincing my husband on moving in 👍🏼.I’m glad for the new management change.Everyone very helpful!

We recently moved to these apartments, I am enjoying my stay so far and the staff couldn’t be more polite and helpful. The manager fulfilled her promises and went out of her way to make sure everything was done accordingly! We appreciate it so much, thanks again!

Great place to live! Maintenance is always nice and professional. Took care of my work order in a timely manner. Im excited for summer to use the great amenities and BBQ by the pool

Clean, modern, and convenient location.The new staff has really changed this place around. The front office staff are on it. Theyre always friendly and responsive. This place is in a great area with access to great restaurants, shops and Great SCHOOLS (what a plus!!!). Great pricing and location.
