    Stayed there for two years. Never had any issues and had good neighbors. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Never had issues with management other than rent increases but they worked with me. Moved due to a new job that was too far for me to stay. Id recommend if youre looking.

    The Benton Apartments are a great place to live. They are conveniently located in NW San Antonio. Making it easy to get to work and retail stores. Everything I need is within short distances. It’s a beautiful property and they have wonderful staff.

    Everyone in the office is so nice & helpful. My apartment is in a nice & quiet location. Ive only been here for 2 weeks & dont think I will have any problems but if I do I know it will be taken of real quick. Love my apartment so far! Thank yall!

    Steve and Eddie of the maintenance team always respond within 24 hours or sooner. They are professional and definitely know what they are doing. My refrigerator went down and maintenance was dispatched immediately and repaired it. Good job guys.

    Enjoyed living at the Benton apartments lived there for 5 years. The workers were friendly and was always available. I recommend you to live there, never had issues with other tenants or the people that work there.

    The leasing Agent we spoke to, Sierra, was amazing. She was so helpful and attentive. She answered all questions and the apartment we toured had a great floor plan. Beautiful property!

    Recently came by to tour with Sierra, and I cannot recommend these homes or the staff enough. All of my questions were answered and she walked me through the application process as well. Definitely check these out if you’re relocating in San Antonio

    Had Eddie over today to take care of a fire alarm issue. Not only did he handle that quickly, he also asked about other issues I might be having. He managed to take care of a broken towel rack and a faulty power outlet. Great guy, very respectful and openly going beyond the call of duty. Thanks again Eddie!

    Ive been here for almost 2 years now and today I had my first maintenance request. A/C unit stopped working and a tech was sent immediately. Jimmy was super fast and professional. Explained why it was malfunctioning and got me back up and running in less than 10 minutes. It actually works better than it did before. Just one of the many reasons why Ive stayed. 🙏🏾Also Erica was awesome in expediting my request. Thank you!

    Let me start off by saying, sure the place is not a 5-star resorts, however, once you get past some of the first impressions you can see how hard the team works here.I just moved to the property within the past month. There was a few times since moving here that I felt i might have made the wrong choice. However, since then you can see the staff does care about the property and is making attempts to improve life for the residents.The apartments, at least where i live are quiet, and dont really hear the noises from the neighbors, and some of the units have an actual patio/yard area which is unheard of in complexes.I would definitely recommend people to stay here and give this place the chance it deserves. I feel like alot of the issues they have are due to the low residency here because of staff history issues, so they dont have the funds you see at the bigger properties. Give them a chance, and you, like me, will be pleasantly surprised.

    Serena & Anna are great! If I ever have any questions or concerns they take care of it immediately! The apartments are nice as shown! Maintenance also make sure you’re good to go. Always have events going on for all residents I would refer family & friends!

    Been living here for a couple years now, not sure why some people have reviewed so low? The management have been genuinely great, responsive to repairs, and just overall kind/attentive. The units are great for the price and I love the neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone I know and plan to stay for the foreseeable future!

    Great apartments at an affordable rate. Love the convenience to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores all within close proximity. The biggest plus side are the property managers and staff that are always friendly and helpful.

    Highly recommend The Benton apartment! The spacious and modern apartments offer all the comforts of home. The amenities are fantastic, including the well-equipped fitness center and beautiful pool area. Serena, the friendly and attentive staff member, made my move-in process seamless. Couldnt be happier with my new home!

    I love living here. The staff is great and personable. The grounds are kept up. I really havent had any issues that require maintenance, but I wanted my shower head replaced and they responded quickly.

    Location is awesome. Super close to main UT campus. The ladies ( Serena and Anna) at the front office are always friendly and professional. Serena helped me move from 4 hours away under a major time crunch and saved my sanity. Jamie is an awesome maintenance guy as well!Thanks everyone!

    As a first time renter renting and looking for my first home is definitely stressful especially doing it all alone Ana and Serena made my experience enjoyable relaxing and stress free they didn’t all the work to ensure my Process was nothing short of amazing.     WOW! Definitely best customer experience I’ve ever had. Mrs. Anna is so helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. Everyone was so professional and made me feel at home. If there’s an issue mrs. Anna will go out her way to make sure you get taken care of. I love living here. It’s so peaceful and just a beautiful atmosphere. This place is definitely rare to come by.

    As a Dog lover The Benton Apartments is a great apartment to live in. It is very pet friendly. I enjoyed playing on the Dog park with my dog right in the backyard No need to go anywhere far. They even have a Muddy Paw Pet Spa. We cant speak highly enough of our experience with the Benton Team. I highly recommend this property!

    The friendliest, most welcoming, & inviting apartment office! Serena was AMAZING and really made me feel like I was being welcomed home and not as just more money for them. Have already referred them and will continue to do so as long as Serena is there🫶🏼

    I expressed my concerns I had to to Liz and she instantly took care of everything the following week. She made sure to communicate and provide an action plan for me. I’m currently 8mo pregnant and she made sure that my W/D was successful installed and that my work orders were completed properly. Thank you Liz I really appreciate you!

    Ive had few good things to say about this place however, after new management has taken over, this place has become a much nicer place to call home.Lots of renovations and clearly, money is being spent to upgrade this community....keep up the great work.

    Love The Benton Apartments. Seen the old and currently in the new and it has been phenomenal. They take all concerns and suggestions to heart. Corina the apartment manager, Esmeralda and Rudy the assistant managers have been considerate and respond immediately to all questions. The community makes me feel safe where I’m not afraid to walk around at night or go to the pool. Price of comfort and convenience is phenomenal. I love everyone there from the contractors who work on rooms, landscaping who make the grounds look fabulous and maintenance who makes sure all amenities are met and exceeded in all expectations set upon them.

    We had an amazing move in all thanks to Genevieve. Beautiful spacious updated apartments, very professional and nice staff. Such a fast and efficient move in process. It’s been almost a month and I have zero complaints. I feel so good every time I walk around our new place, it’s so amazing 😊

    Liz and Jane have always been very attentive and supportive to me as a resident and I appreciate having a team like them at this apartment complex. The maintenance staff is very courteous and quick at resolving any issues in the residence.

    I have been a resident at the Benton for a little over a year. I would like to say that the maintenance is always been on time for my issues and if they can’t be on time, they communicate why. The staff, both in office and the maintenance is super friendly and always working. Also a big dog community which having a German Malinois is fun because she loves interacting with the other dogs. I am a military wife, my spouse is stationed away from me, so being able to build relationships with the residents and the staff has made my stay just that more pleasant.

    The staff is absolutely amazing and help me by working around my busy days. They know that I’m a student and work nights and they complete work orders promptly and quietly. Any problems I have had, they have fixed with ease. The property is beautiful and the constant renovations make it a wonderful place to call my home. The maintenance crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend living here!

    This has been my favorite property ever. The staff here really do treat you like family. The maintenance are amazing and always working so fast. The staff in the office is amazing. I love Esmeralda, she has helped me with everything and has really won my trust. This is a place for my kids and I to call home.

    I’m impressed with this apartment building. The girls at the office are very helpful but what makes this apartment building above and beyond from others would be the maintenance guys. You never see them standing around and with in a very short time of requesting something that need repaired they are on it. The Maintenance staff is exceptional here at the Benton

    I had a very good experience living here. I had to move due to financial hardship but the Corina,office manager really worked with me for as long as she possibly could. Maintenance was always very prompt to take care of work orders. I enjoyed living here and wish I didnt have to leave.

The staff is professional and most important approachable. This has been my home since 2019 and I am very happy with being here.

    The Benton apartments are awesome. I love the amenities. The building I live in is comfortable, and quiet. The walls and accent are calming to me. The people are friendly and the Matainence team is friendly. They fix everything u want to fix. I love the spacious storage. The rooms are spacious.

    Jimmy of the Benton maintenance crew did a wonderful job completing my workorder. He was thorough, professional, and very thoughtful. Jimmy made me feel as though my workorder was the most important. He definitely added a personal touch. Jimmy made me feel like a VIP!

    Ive been living here for 4 years, never had a really big issue, the previous administration did not care at all and the place got filthy but the new administration has been working hard cleaning and renovating the whole complex. The problem has been that nobody answers the phone and you can go to the leasing officce and it is locked ,no one is there, up to 3 times in the same day, so you go to our residents portal on the web site if you need something like pest control or any other issue but 2 months later you find out that they dont check that. If you are expecting a package they tell you that is not there but is is, and you have to find out 10 or more days later after you checked everywhere else and wasted time on the phone filling complaints because tou need to find your packages in any way posible.For 2 years I had a neighbor on 3rd floor extremely noisy and the admin.did nothing about it until he finally moved out.Now a couple lives there but they fight quite often in the middle of the night and that really concerns me.When I moved there the gym was in very good condition but they let it go until last year that they started renovating it and finally is ready, for someone that worksout 4 times a week that was a huge problem.

    I’ve been at the Benton for a year and happy to say I’m renewing my lease! The maintenance is very friendly and super helpful. The staff in the front office is great! My dogs love going with me to get dog treats ☺️ Happy to call this place my home 😊

    Great staff, friendly staff and always helpful. They have different sq. ft. options for all units. Lot of redesigning, upgrades going around in the premises. The only reason I deducted one star is because of their maintenance staff. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. Decent place with fair pricing, totally worth it.

    Jessica and Kim’s service is friendly. Apartment is clean, newly renovated and very comfortable place to live. I wish I could pick up Benton and move it to Florida so I wouldn’t have to leave.
