I have had the best experience here. I have kiddos & feel totally safe with having one gate in and out only. Very secure here & family oriented- close to all major stores etc. Even w the rise of rent- The Bennett has kept the rent honestly at a good rate. Maintenance men are IMPECCABLE as well as the staff and TERIN is the best ever! Literally goes above and beyond! Worked with a hard spot in our time within a month or so- I’m so glad management got better bc having to be connected to the office w communication & all, it’s just truly been a nice time here. Until my house is finished- I’d stay here as long as I can 🫶🏽 Mad Love for The BENNET.

Quick and Smooth application process thanks to Ms. Harolin! She helped me with EVERY SINGLE THING I needed to do. Replied quickly to any inquires or concerns I had. Made sure everything was done in a timely manner and I was in my new place within two days! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ms. Harolin will help you with everything you need from start to finish. Extremely satisfied! 10 Stars if I could.

This places has been great so far and have enjoyed it so much. We went in to a unit that had pets with its previous tenants and the carpet was full of pet hair and stuff and the shampoo they use before we moved in made Odor that was making us sneeze/cough. Luckily though the Bennett went ahead and replaced all of the carpet along with taking care of some details around the unit that we noticed really fast. This included replacing some window screens that were damaged, a/c vent mildew/mild concern we had, and other touches just to make us comfortable. So far Harolin and her team have been great so far and very helpful. Also my robots fit perfectly on top of the kitchen cabinets to show them off which was my main attraction to living here lol.

Ive gone back and forth on how many stars to rate this place but in the end it deserves a 4. Everything you could possibly need is within 2 miles. This place is advertised as luxury but I can assure you it is not that but still nice enough. I lived here for a year and a half. The move in process was rough and I just felt like they tried to get me in that apartment as quickly as possible despite the apartment CLEARLY needed work done. The grounds were always dirty and the pool DISGUSTING and always had people from all over Baytown in it but not actual residents. The gate almost never worked. Basically a complete waste to even have it. Once new management took over things pretty much instantly got better and I thank them for that. They really did a lot to improve the complex and the grounds looked much nicer. My #1 complaint.... WHYYYYYYYY are there no cameras all over the parking lot? There should be cameras everywhere. Ladies in the office act like nothing ever goes down there which is hilarious. Even had my car broken into and my stuff strewn all over the parking lot. Cant tell you how many times I would look out my window in the middle of the night and see random people walking around the cars peering into peoples vehicles. Get some cameras. Also, the price is absolutely ridiculous for a 1 bedroom in Baytown but thats everywhere now.

It is one week since I moved in. The open greenery and the walking trail are so well maintained. Quiet & peaceful, thus far. The estate assistant manager was very helpful and made our move- in easy. Prompt response to maintenance requests by the maintenance team is greatly appreciated. Kudos!

The environment is safe and kid friendly, my son loves going to spend time in the game room at the office where they also have little snacks out sometimes. They do events for different occasions and overall it is a really nice place to call home.

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and I love it! The lady’s in the office are super nice and helpful and made the move in process very quick and easy for me. The apartment was very clean and nice when I moved in. There were a couple scratches on the bathroom/kitchen cabinets but i wasn’t bothered by that. I haven’t had any maintenance issues since I have lived here so I can’t say much about how good the maintenance department is. One thing I don’t like about the apartments is that there aren’t any cameras outside any of the buildings or in the parking lots! Another thing that’s annoying is (I’m just being picky) that the pool is closed ALL THE TIME even when they aren’t cleaning it. And it really needs to be cleaned more often so I’m confused on why it’s dirty all the time but it’s always closed? The price for a 1 bedroom is pretty high but that’s pretty much everywhere these days.. But overall, these are nice apartments in a good area, I’d recommend!

I toured the community with Jessica Martin. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the area. I felt comfortable with her. The insides of the community are well maintained. The manager came out of her office and spoke to my son and I as if shed known us forever. Its a very warming office. They make you feel welcome as soon as you come in and help you all the way through your move in. My apartment is beautiful and I love it here! Thank you ladies for all you do!

When we first walked in, we were greeted so warmly. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question we had about our possible future home. When we toured the property we were very impressed by the cleanliness and the well kept extra facilities We have access to, that we’re not use to having privileges to at our apartment complex where we were living. When we walked into the apartment, it was so open and inviting. The rooms were great inside and then I saw my favorite parts! 2 HUGE garden tubs in both bathrooms! Another plus to these apartments are the bigger size patios you get. That’s definitely a plus. They had amazing sidewalks that you can walk around the pond and swimming pool, with tables and grills for some outside fun. I Cant wait to use those! But so far so good! We love it here already! Thank you Amanda, Jessica & Linda! Your hospitality basically sold us!

The Bennett Baytown is GREAT! I have been living here for two years. I enjoy the gym so much, the pool, the trail where I like to take walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery morning & evening. Everything is always clean, up to date, & very accommodating. The staff is incredible, Linda & Amanda are so nice I always feel welcomed, & they are very attentive. Roberto & Victor from maintenance are amazing at what they do prompt, & very hardworking! Ever since they switched management I can truly say living here has gotten SO MUCH BETTER! Together as a team they truly make one feel safe, secure, & cared for!

I toured the community with Amanda and then again with Linda and then again with Jessica each one took their time and never made me feel rushed in my decision. They explained each floor plan and the benefits and helped with any questions i had. i have never in all my apartment renting years had a staff make me feel so at home and comfortable. the girls in the office called me through the entire process and helped me through my moving transition and i am so happy with my decision to move here. I have already recommended relatives to check this community out! The customer service is phenomenal!

Linda toured my partner and I through the apartments and I am absolutely in love. The apartments inside and out are gorgeous, the tubs are so deep and lovely, the laundry room inside the apartment is spacious, and it’s all for a wonderful price. She really let me ramble and let me ask all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and at home. I really do look forward to renting this place and hope everything goes according to plan. Mrs. Thomas was very knowledgeable and straight to the point no run around and gave my wife and i what she could do not what she was going to do and was willing to work with any type of time frame we had. I just recently moved into The Bennett Baytown and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE this property. I looked around at many properties in the area but when I came to see this property, I immediately felt right at home as soon as I walked into the office. I had the pleasure of working directly with the apartment manager Amanda and she was AMAZING! She made sure to give all of her attention to me and answered all of my many questions. We walked the property together and I felt so comfortable as she gave me the tour. I give my new home a 5 star review and I DEFINETELY also give the manager Amanda a 5 star review as well. I love my new apartment home and I reccommend this property to anyone looking to move to the Baytown area.

The Bennett Baytown is my first Baytown home and I couldnt have chosen a better place to live! I love my private patio for all my plants and the openness of my apartment. My neighbors are great. Roberto and Victor, the maintenance men are very nice and hard working. Jessica was so nice and pleasant. She gave me a list of local boutiques and restaurants since my husband and I are new to the area. Amanda was so sweet as well. She personally gave us our keys and welcomed us with a welcome home goodie gift bag. She made me feel at home. Thank you everyone for making my transfer much easier.

We just moved here and the grounds are gorgeous and well take care of. The front office staff is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance men are very prompt at getting work orders done. The amenities are great ( gym, pool, laundry mat). Centrally located to the main drag and the highway. It is located in Goose Creek ISD.

I am taking the time to write about my recent experience @ The Bennett Baytown because the Sweet Staff there deserve credit for their genuine hospitality. The office offered a warm and inviting atmosphere.I was greeted like a long lost relative and offered a beverage. The Manager also came from her office to meet me and joined in with the other ladies trying to close the deal. Now the down fall... There was not a nearby model nor was there a golf cart. It was quite a hike and then I, had to endure 3 flights of stairs to view what they called a Mini Model By the time we returned to the office my, bad knee was throbbing, I was out of breath and my hair was near ruined. I thanked the ladies and let them know I had one more place to view which was right next door. The communities looked similar however I was driven to a nearby model in a nice golf cart and offered a nice move in special with lower rates. The ladies at The Bennett were 1st class but I had to take the best deal.

I wanted to rewrite my review because it turns out that the new owner helps us resolve the credit issue that Oxford at country club rejected to honor it after they promised. However, there are still many issues that they disregard.
