    I had a wonderful experience at the Belmont Apartments. From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect—convenient for shopping and dining.A special shout-out to the leasing agent Steven, who made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. Steven was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly.

    I haven’t started living on the property yet, but service in the leasing office has been exceptional! Steve has been amazing. Very patient and knowledgeable! Definitely the nicest property I’ve seen in Grand Prairie during my search!! Get in while the prices are unbeatable!

    I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this property and their staff! Priscilla (the manager) is the sweetest, most attentive manager I have ever come in contact with in the apartment world!     Excellent touring process before applying. Looks a lot nicer in person. Steven is very welcoming and makes the tour pleasuring. The rent as of this time is reasonable along with really nice real stone counter tops with adjustable lighting. Along with obtaining my keys for move in is nice and brief. Praises for Steven.

    The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the staff is great, too. Steven greeted me when I arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.     I’ve been living here at The Belmont Apartment Homes for about 2 weeks now and all I can say is, this was one the BEST decisions I’ve made this year. When I moved in I made a few maintenance service requests and they were handled in a very timely manner. I was actually shocked at how quickly they were handled. Steven was beyond amazing. He’s one of the main reasons I chose to live here. He definitely cares about the tenants and potential tenants as well. Very hands on and step by step with everything. If you’re considering moving here…. DO IT! You won’t regret it.

    Kind of had a feeling I wanted to move into these apartments just based off the pricing and what I saw online . I had a tour with Steven Hiller and he sealed the deal. I have kids and I hate stairs yet he even had me sold on moving into the 3rd floor ! Extremely professional and thorough in his delivery on the information about the complex.     I read the reviews before I went and took a tour of the Belmont apartments. I was so amazed at how accurate and true all the comments are. Im normally writing bad reviews about my horrible experiences, so this was a delight to write. I was very enthused by Mrs Jenn who showed my son and I the different apartment styles. Mrs Jenn was so very professional and kind. She stayed upbeat and kept a beautiful smile. Our tour went longer than expected and it was passed the time for her to leave. Even then she kept her positive beautiful attitude. Its so wonderful to be in company of a great person who make amazing customer experiences.

    First let me give a S/O to Valarie she is a woman of her word. Valarie upfront and honest about everything, and I love honesty.Ive been here for two months. I wanted to be able to give a honest review. I am overly joyed with these apartment homes. I am new to Texas so this location is perfect and very close to almost everything. I feel extremely safe and comfortable and happy to call this home. The community is always clean and neighbors minds their business. Parking is easy and units are spacious.

    I just went for the apartment tour and Jennifer showed us the apartments around. She was really nice and accommodative to our requests. I’ve never had a better tour guide than her. Wonderful person and also she was very friendly, patient while we’re deciding on which unit to select. She did her best to give us all the information and was honest with the issues, if any.     Ive been here since mid-May and I love my unit mansion lol. I ran into an issue with my being charged for renters insurance when I have my own. No one wants to pay extra money when they do not have to right, RIGHT. I communicated with Jennifer and she immediately corrected the issue and ensured that going forward, my profile reflects my renters insurance and no extra charges will be made on my profile.     First of all Id like to blatantly say that these people here really know what their doing and know how to sell their product. The staff is absolutely amazing! I was there last week to view a 2 bed room and when I walked in after having viewed a few of the other apartments on the strip, I was overjoyed with how they greeted me. For me to feel welcomed, is EVERYTHING. I had the greatest encounter with Latasha and really the whole staff but she was the to give me my tour. Ive never had a conversation with someone and have all of my concerns addressed from start to finish with clear communication of whats what. From pinpointing the perfect price that works for me and move in date she was ON IT. She gave so many details I thought I was already sitting in the apartment before I had actually viewed it. Great personality. We laughed and she also introduced me to the manager there Edith and she was just as awesome! Her and Latasha made sure I everything squared away and the best part about it they are pet friendly. She even walked Dawson (my dog) around the office. Everyone loved him. I cant wait to make this my new home!

    If you are new in the area or looking for a place to relocate. You have come to the right place. Most of the complexes I sent requests to were very unprofessional, no call backs or inquiries.The Belmont was the exception, Valerie is a phenomenal, she answered all my questions, kept in contact with me and showed real concern about my apartment necessities. The apartment upgrades are beautiful. I am in love with the one bedroom floor plan. Valerie, made sure that all my needs were met. I can wait to move in, four more days to go, overall, I am excited to say this is going to be a great place to call home.

    I just renewed my lease with The Belmont Apartments. I cant believe it has already been a year since I moved in. I would definitely recommend anyone to move here. First of all, the staff is amazing. Adriana, Edith, Diana and others that I have been in contact with are such wonderful people. They are always available to you when needed. As for the apartment itself, I love it. When I come home, I am at peace. The maintenance staff is also great and so kind. They are also always available to lend a helping hand. And Ive never seen a community who cares so much about the grounds. They constantly work to keep everything looking great and in working order. Make The Belmont your home today!

    I have a perfect rating for the staff and hospitality at this apartment. My move in was easy, and the staff is very friendly and comforting.     I just moved in a couple days ago and the experience has been wonderful so far. Misty at the leasing office has been my contact person from day one and has been helpful every step of the way. She’s always been available and easy to contact. When I first moved in I saw some minor things I wanted fixed. I put the request in at 9am and Frank, the maintenance gentleman, arrived by 10am that same day and fixed everything! I was so impressed by the kindness and prompt service. I’m so happy I chose this community to live in!

    I have been at Belmont over 8 years and love it! The office staff and maintenance men are awesome! They are all so friendly, consider them like part of my family.     I’ve been here for 2 years and just signed my lease for another year and I love it here ! All of my maintenance needs were always fixed in LESS than a week ! They are always doing something to improve this community keeping the gate locked at night , fixing the parking sports redoing my balcony !But let me talk about Edith the property manager for a quick minute! She is amazing , she cares about the people living in the home and not just everyone paying their rent on time . When everyone was coming out of covid I feel like all apartment complexes were evicting for no payment but not the Belmont ! Edith sat down with me and we came up with a game plan and BOOM I’m still here with my entire past rent paid off ! Thank you Edith for not kicking me and my son out . Thank you for having the huge heart and caring so much ! It’s doesn’t matter how nice your apartment is if management is trash and The Belmont has a amazing management team !!

    During my apartment search process I have spoken with leasing office agents who seemed to be unconcerned, talked too fast and rushed me during our conversation.I was very pleased to have received such good customer service after visiting Belmont Apartments in Grand Prairie. I called and spoke with Misty. I was interested in scheduling an appointment in order to take a tour because I was in the area but Misty had someone else scheduled at that particular time. She took my information and told me that she would call me if anything changed. Well to my surprise within a few minutes Misty returned my call and asked me was I still in the area and welcomed me to come take the tour.When I arrived she was very friendly, welcoming and polite. She insured safety measures which made me feel comfortable. She took me on the tour and was very thorough and informative. While filling out the application online I ran into some issues and had to call the office a few times. I spoke with Misty each time and she never rushed me nor got impatient with me which was very kind.Each time I have called the office Misty presented professionalism and courtesy. I really appreciate it. I spoke with Edith today for the first time. She was nice too! Thanks so much!!!Keep up the good work. 😊😉👍🏽

Apartment size is spacious with a nice floor plan, and I love the curved wall in my apartment. Office staff is always very friendly and courteous. Maintenance staff is swift and neat in completing work orders. Good proximity to many other DFW attractions. Overall, nice place to live.

    Where do I begin….when you speak of amazing, caring, lovable people you are speaking of The Belmont family. Ms. Edith and the crew honestly displayed nothing but true respectful help each and every time I needed them. Quite good people lived around me. I’m originally from Memphis, Tn and didn’t know what I was moving into. Got here and fell in love. The only reason I moved was because of a new job opportunity I got in a different part of town.     I was a prospective tenant at Belmont apartment. I was not sure where to locate the office and I approached a maintenance person and he was very helpful in giving me the direction to the office. I think he mentioned his name was Hector. I was very impressed that he has protective mask and gloves on. Also when I went to the office, the personnel there was very helpful and courteous to what I have requested.Overall I have a very pleasant experience in this property and the property was very well kept. I am looking forward to renting an apartment here soon.

    I lived here for a few months as an occupant with my cousin. We are both single guys that just started to make it out in the world without the help of our families. While I was here, the management was great. I cant give 5 stars since I wasnt on the contract and wasnt held responsible for the rent but regardless, the staff was great. I like the property and I hope to return once I am stable on my feet. I see many reviews that are bad and recent. I believe someone is out to smear this apartments for whatever reason. Thats childish.I will be back, I loved it too much here!

The only thing I dislike is that the apartments is not well sound proof, but there is nothing that can be done because was the way was built in 80s or 90s.

    Weve lived here for over a year. Just renewed our lease. Management is always so friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are so helpful as well. Always fixing things in a timely manner. The only thing Id want differently is access to the gym at any time not just during business hours. But since management is so wonderful, they are working on a solution for that :) great place to live!

    Ive been living here since February and have loved every moment, even the stressful ones. The first unit we moved into actually flooded and they moved us to a different one, but they kept our rates the exact same and were so kind through the whole process. Any issues in the apartments are handled efficiently by maintenance, and the management genuinely cares about their tenants. They communicate very well and work with you. The apartments are spacious and updated. Living off the highway youll see more cops and hear more traffic, but its nothing unbearable. Of course there are going to be different experiences per the individual, but all these 1 star ratings seem harsh. I really enjoy living here and definitely see myself renewing my lease next year!

    We have lived here for 2 years and it has been great! I found them on Craigslist and they were running a special(as always). Spacious units, huge patios, and upgraded.     Management is so friendly and helpful. Adriana and Edith are who we have been in contact with the most. We have had issues since weve moved in, but they have been so understanding and quick to help with each thing. The gate actually works and for the type of apartment this was the best price for us. The noise of the interstate traffic is annoying but you get used to it after a bit. My toddler is able to fall asleep with her white noise machine just fine. As with most apartments you can hear the steps of the people above you, but we never hear the people next to us. The washer and dryer connections are life savers. We shall see how much it is exactly to have alloted water; it is something my husband and I have never dealt with before. We have yet to use the pool or gym but they seem to be pretty standard. The trash gets a bit full but thats to be expected. Pet friendly apartments so there are the little doggie stations throughout the complex. Whether people utilize them or not is a different story. Overall, I would recommend this establishment to others.

    I have lived at the Belmont for 2 years now. I have previously left reviews about this complex. I personally have not had any problems that the staff have not addressed. I think the apartments are competitively priced. Yes, for two bedrooms they are a little steep for me, but that is because I have children, and I am in school. If I were working and had maybe one child, the amount of rent I pay would not bother me. My stay here has been comfortable. They do not charge you for anything else you wouldnt pay for at another apartment. Renting is a business, not a charity.When I have had issues with bugs the source of the roaches was dealt with, and my unit was exterminated. In fact, any time I have asked for extermination, the staff have made sure to put me on the schedule.What else? Anytime I have had a maintenance request, it was resolved promptly.It is conveniently located to the schools, stores, and the highways.The staff have always been nice, caring, and responsive. I cannot imagine a rude Adriana. Maybe straight forward, but again she is there to perform a job, not make friends. She has to balance niceties, and still conduct herself as a professional.Last, I am not paid to leave my review. I have left mediocre reviews of this property as well. I just so happen to google the apartment to access the online portal to submit a maintenance request. I got side tracked by all the negative reviews that I had to put in my two cents. I think the negative commentors have unique/uncommon experiences.

During the tour, Ms. LaTonia was very professional, knowlegable of the property and rental industry, and made herself accessible for followup questions.     I have been living at the Belmont apartments for 2 years now. I must say that it’s the best place that I lived since being here in Grand Prairie, TX. If I have any questions or need anything repaired in my apartment all I have to do is call and speak with Edith the office manager and she will do whatever it takes to make sure that whatever I’m in need of will be done in a timely manner. I recommend these apartments if you are looking for a place to live in Grand Prairie and you want a friendly, safe, quiet environment then this is the place for you!!!!!!

    Im sad to be moving out. The apartments had a nice layout and the staff was always nice to us. They promptly fixed our list of maintenance requests. Theyre personable and professional. For example, there were a few times there was a glitch with the auto pay we had set up for rent (it was optional to set it up). The draft didnt happen correctly, but we provided proof and they fixed the issue, and there werent any late fees. I thought this was fair. Another time, i found out my mail key didnt work (my roommate checked the mail) and they promptly replaced it. The gates were always in working condition.The only downfall was that the model I saw was a 1-BR and the kitchen looked a little more sharp than the 2BR/2BATH we got. I believe the difference was the color of the counter tops plus the finish of them. However, its a rental and the unique layout features (rounded wall, large balcony, shelving over fireplace, spacious floor plan) for the price was a very good deal. Id highly recommend them thus far.Im moving out. If theres anything negative to say after all is said and done, Ill definitely update, but so far its been very positive.

    Okay so I’ve been living here for 2 weeks . The place is nice ! Misty helped me move in and she was super patient and professional ! I placed a maintenance order this morning and I’m thinking it will take a minute but they came knocking literally 20 mins later (I’m literally not joking) . I don’t write reviews on apartments but this one has impressed me and I’m glad that my $1k in rent is being well spent lmao . The only thing i will say that had bothered me is the parking structure , i wish there was more of it because there is no parking and because it is open parking , people have guest and they take up all the parking so i have to park in weird areas and i can’t see my car from my apartment . Other then that this place is nice !

    At the end of last year, I was living abroad and trying to find a good place to live in DFW for when I came back.I wanted to live somewhere with easy access to the rest of the metroplex, while also being just far enough away to avoid any problems from living directly in the big city.While weighing my options, I passed on place after place due to issues regarding poor reviews, unreasonable prices, or self-destructive management teams. I was really concerned that I would have to settle or lower my standards in order to find someplace.Thankfully, that wasn’t the case for me. I eventually found The Belmont! While I was worried that it was too good to be true (a place with good size, pricing and accessibility), I’m glad to say my concerns were unfounded.If you’ve ever dealt with terrible management and felt like you’ve aged a decade after dealing with them, then you should know that The Belmont is run by the exact opposite of those people.As someone who has traveled far, often and all across the globe, I can tell you that The Belmont has been a really good place for me to call a home. My one complaint is that wasps exist, but that issue is more with God rather than the property.Going back to the management, though, there is one person in particular who stands above the rest: Latonia. She is just phenomenal. She’s utterly fantastic!Latonia is really dedicated to helping others, whether they’re a resident or an applicant, and always brightens my day! She’s also helped me handle some wasps.While I’ve jumped out of planes, had mortars impact near me, and have marched nearly 20 miles through the desert in one day, nothing could help me get over my fear of wasps.But fear doesn’t matter. Latonia, as if an angel sent by God, delivered me from the hands of those stinging, winged demons. By her command, the exterminators scoured their unholy presence from the world.Just by merit of saving me from those satanic bees, Latonia has done more for me and the world than any other apartment staff member who has or ever will live. She’s great, and the Belmont is made better just by having people like her work for them.

    Asides from their stellar customer service, the apartments are actually very nice. In most units, they have high vaulted ceilings that makes it appear much larger than expected.     Ive been here for about a month and all I can say is WOW..I AM IMPRESSED! I too was a little weary when I read the reviews, but I needed a place and decided to take a look. They showed me the exact apartment that was ready for move-in which had all the upgraded features that you would normally pay extra for in other places, as standard at the Belmont. Also, from management to maintenence, theyre motto is, If youre not happy were not happy, and I can honestly say.. when a request goes in, the next day if not the same day its taken care of.
