I just moved in at this property on the first of this month and I have to say from the application process to the move in has been absolutely amazing. Mrs Teena Johnson has made every step stress free and smooth. My unit had absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was just perfect. The property is so quiet and people are so friendly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home 10/10.

I recently moved in here, I have had a wonderful experience. The application process was smooth I worked Teena she took great care of me. As far as the apartment it is beautiful, spacious and so much storage!

I actually had a great experience with the women in the office; I worked with Teena and even tho I wasn’t able to get in at the time I wanted she did great with trying to work with me I can’t wait to move in and become a resident here the office staff is great

Roach nightmare. (2star)Update (11.8.22) Since my last review management has really made an effort to solve my roach problem. Ive done everything I could to get this resolved and now I believe Lynd Living and The Bammel are 100 percent committed to making experience here a pleasurable one. Thank you Sandra in the front office and her supervisors for being fair and doing whats right. I appreciate that.

Ive been a resident of The Bammel for over a year now. Never had problems or issues with maintenance. Edith and Jaayln are very helpful and reasonable.

Amanda was so friendly and inviting. The property looked cleaned and well kept while on tour. She is so welcoming and honestly makes the process smoother. I would definitely recommend her.

I’ve been a resident of The Bammel for a year now and there’s been no issues in that time. The current management is stellar. They’ve been very kind, extremely helpful, and have worked fast to assist me with whatever questions or concerns I’ve brought to their attention.

I love this place and the manager Susan is God sent. She is the most understand, loving person I know. If your looking for and apartment please come by and ask for Susan I promise you won’t regret it. The apartments are so nice.
