    I can really say that the customer service is really great here.. They pay attention to how they make you feel and understand what you are needing.Not only do they make you feel like family the property is very calm. Maintenance is on top of there game .     I was here before Sunridge took over and the difference is night and day! The ladies in the office and the gentleman that assist them are exceptional. As long as you communicate with them, they are very understanding and take any difficulties or unfortunate occurrences very seriously and work with you to make sure you keep your home in the event of a struggle.Maintenance is… What maintenance is in any apartment complex. There are delays and inconveniences. They work very diligently to minimize the impact on residents.The property in general has improved aesthetically 100%. The community is overall quite friendly and neighborly. Again, not any issues that you wouldn’t have in any other apartments or even renting a home in a neighborhood.

    I heard about this apartment by my friend he lives in the property. When I came in the staffof the apartments are so nice and beautiful. Vanessa, Diana, Maria are so nice and funny. But I especially want to thank Ariel for making the application process so fast and easy. She is super helpful and friendly with a smile on her face all the time. Looking forward to being a Azul resident. Definitely going to recommend my friends and community to live here.

    I have been looking for apartments for a while now. I found these online and most reviews were really good. I decided to go look at them in person and I just instantly felt like I found my new home. The staff was amazing, especially Diana. She is very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. It is people like her that make me feel like I made the right choice im choosing where to live.

    I just relocated to Dallas, Texas. I looked at many apartments - they failed at what I was expecting from the area, staff, and amenities. After almost giving up. I drove past these apartments called Azul. The beautiful blue is what caught my attention...and when I walked in. I was address by the professionalism and the welcoming of the staff. Ariel is who showed me an apartment. She is very nice and upfront about what it will take to be approve. I would suggest these apartments if you are looking for a home that is stylish, spacious, and well kept. I am satisfied!

    Just finished my first year at Azul and am currently renewing my lease with them for another 13 months. Everyone in the front office is extremely kind, and any time I have any issues in my apartment, they are able to fix it promptly. I’m super satisfied with the service they provide to me as a tenant.Ariel, Vanessa, Diana, and Adriana are all so nice and helpful!!

    Ive been bringing my clients here for a long time now and theyre all very happy. Its amazing working with them and the staff people is incredible.If you see any bad reviews be careful because the pictures wont even match their actual units, it could be very fake.     Weve been here a 2 months, and I Love our unit. Its super clean no no insects. Ive only had 2 flies in here. Ariel is AWESOME. She got us the apartment that we wanted. Its always nice seeing her and if I need any questions answered, I call here and She comes through EVERY TIME. Also, maintenance lady Annette Knows What she doing. Woo Woo. The only issue I have is the hot water. I understand that that is being worked on. I do understand it takes time. Other than that its a nice place to live. Waiting for the gym to open up.

    Shout out to the STAFF Diana, Ariel, & Vanessa & Martha they are great they came along & brightened The Azul.They always go above and beyond with all my work orders. Anytime there is an issue they get someone to go right away. Maintenance is also very professional. This is a hidden gem on Audelia Road. Happy I made it in before its too late.

    I just recently applied to become part of Azul community. I really liked the apartment from my first visit and decided this was the right move for me. I still was a bit nervous about the decision but the leasing staff Ariel Rodriguez made the transition and application process smooth and easy. She assisted me with all my needs and questions.     So pleased with the customer service of this property! Ariel and Nicole have been excellent and so welcoming and Nicole got us down for a larger 1bed1bath unit which is bigger than the unit we initially were expecting.Ariel has worked so hard with getting our application together and communicating what information she needed. It was such a sigh of relief to hear today that our application has been officially approved. We’re now even more excited to move into our new apartment in August! Moving is always stressful and the agents here helped to alleviate some of that stress and anxiety even with how busy they are with other new tenants.Thank you Nicole & Ariel!

    When I first moved into the Azul apartments it was a scary place! The first few days I was there I heard gunshots! After several managers, we finally got a good one! Imelda has cleaned the place up! Every car has a sticker so that cleaned up the parking lot. It is a lot quieter now and I feel safer. The maintenance crew always gets to my needs quickly, usually on the same day. Even though the area has a lot to be desired, Imelda and her staff have made Hugh strides with the apartments. So kudos to the staff and management of the Azul apartments. Keep up the good work!Dec. 1, 2022That post was several years ago. I have lived here for over 9 years and have seen a lot of changes. It seems to be a little quieter, however, I do still hear gunshots and would like to see security come back. Trash is still a problem around the complex. We have new management in the office. They seem nice. Ive only met one of them and talked to the manager once. Communication seems to be a bit of a problem via emails. I emailed the office at least 5 times and never got a single reply. I finally talk to the manager via phone to resolve the issue. She was very nice, however, I would have liked a reply to my emails. Overall the only real complaint is the gunshots and the trash. Quite scary!Feb. 20, 2024I wanted to give a shout out to the new maintenance man Mike. I had several issues to be taken care of and Mike came over and had them all taken care of in no time. Ordinarily when I put in an maintenance request it would take weeks if not months and several calls to the office to get them taken care of. I had only put in the request and Mike was there to take care of them. He was efficient and friendly. Mike should be in charge of the maintenance department at the Azul before someone comes along and snatches him up! Thank you Mike!!

    We just signed our lease on Monday and are excited to get moved in. Ariel Rodriguez is a leasing angel. From my first phone conversation to the signing of the lease, she has been a rock star.     Me and my girlfriend moved to these amazing apartments and let me tell you i tend to hate this whole process and all the hopes that most places make you jump through along with horrible communication but Ariel was honest so helpful, kind, and very professional!     I have been in two different apartments here in Azul since 2015. I love it here! I feel safe at night on property. I am a single woman. If things break they fix things rights away. I don’t get roaches ever. The appliances work well. They clean the property every morning of trash. Even my friends appreciate their cars being safe when they visit. It’s a quiet property too. I love it here. I’ve lived in other complexes and never felt safe. They were all nightmares. I love it here at Azul.

    2/15/23: out with the old! Asset Living Property Management (3.5 star company with only 16% response rate for BBB, which gave them an F) is no longer in control of the property. Finally!Its now owned by Sun Ridge Management Group (3 star company with 100% response rate for BBB, which gave them a B).Hopefully, our new lords will be better than the last. For now, the rating will remain the same.Well have to see how well the transfer of documentation is handled, what their price increase structure looks like, and how they handle maintenance.After that, Ill reevaluate.Cheers!5/31/2023 update. Bumping up to 4 stars. They are doing the work, making repairs, getting fire inspections done, and responding to requests. They even negotiated the lease! They were willing to negotiate! What is this, 2015?I made 3 maintenance requests this month, mostly to fix things the previous management failed to fix. These folks fixed it all before the end of the month AND did a good job! Can you believe that?Props to the office and maintenance crew. Ive met 6 of them so far, and theyre all great folks.Why only 4 stars? Scar tissue. Im gonna wait and see if I wake up from this dream or if this is reality.

    I have been at the Azul for a little over two weeks now and honestly dont have anything negative to say. I especially appreciate the kindness of both Ariel and Myra. They have both been very accommodating, understanding, and kind through and through. I can not speak for anyone else, but for me the Azul has good.

    The employees have been very helpful and friendly when it came to any concerns for setting up info and payments. Maintenance is done relatively quickly, and overall the community is quiet and peaceful. I’ve been a resident for almost a year and I’m very comfortable here, and look forward to renewing for another 12 months.

    The Apartment complex is great overall. Nice spacious apartments in a quiet and well kept environment. My second time living in this particular complex. The visitors parking has gotten out of hand because they require you to start registering visitors at 6PM Monday-Sunday and you can only register the same vehicle twice in a seven day period. Definitely not a fan of this. It use to be 9PM, which makes more sense, and the vehicle stayed registered for either 48 or 72 hours at a time. Which is way more plausible. I dont understand why they even have the towing services anyway. I have had issues with the towing guys being rude and towing cars that we already registered. The overall space and amenities are the best bang for your buck that I could find and I would recommend this apartment complex. I had a problem with bugs when i first moved in the second time, but through my own efforts and the pest control sent out, I was able to clear it out quickly.

    Ill be signing my 2nd renewal lease here shortly. My experience living here has been peaceful. Now all I need is a washer n dryer.Ground keepers THANK YOU for keeping a clean complex, its sucks some residents dont care to actually make sure their trash get in the dumpster but overall a clean and quite place to live and they have a parcel locker now a BIG PLUS, I never had packages stolen but its added security..Management response in a timely manner for me.

    I called on yesterday to get details on this community because I’m interested in relocating from Mississippi. I spoke with Shannon and so glad that I had the opportunity to meet her. I asked her a million questions and I never felt rushed or like I was annoying her as this is a big move for me. She has been phenomenal and the epitome of customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable on every question i asked her. I did my application today and received a prompt call back letting me know I was approved and welcoming me not only to their community but the state of Texas. She’s made me 10x excited to relocate and has been the best leasing representative I’ve ever worked with. Kudos to you Shannon and I can’t wait to meet you in person!!     Overall I like my apartment it’s spacious enough for me and my kids. However, the roach problem is out of hand I’ve never stayed in an apartment that had roaches. I’ve had pest control come out twice, I have even done the roach bomb myself twice. It’s like they are in the walls I can’t seem to get rid of them for nothing and it’s very frustrating I’ve only been here going on 5 months.

    I came looking for an apartment around March and this lady named Nallely took care of me, let me tell you that honestly she was the most patient and attentive, so I came back around June to do my official paperwork and she helped me through the whole process without a hesitation or being annoyed from all my questions instead she was really nice and since I moved in here I have not had the need to go to make a complaint about my new apartment if you are looking for an apartment I would highly recommend the Azul apartments ask for Nallely she is the best ps. shes bilingual

    The maintenance crew at the Azul Apts is most efficient and professional. On my recent work order request to fix my food disposal. Mr. Gustavo surprised me with his prompt response and complete solution to the problem even though he had to leave and get a part he needed. He returned in a couple minutes and finished the job.

    On 3/9/18 I moved into my first apartment at The Azul. Two ladies named Leesa Dohman and Kimberly Martinez made it a memorable experience. When Leesa showed me the apartment she was super nice and friendly. Also Kimberly provided me with paperwork when I first inquired about getting an apartment at The Azul...she was very sweet as well. They made getting my first apartment easy as possible and I’ll always remember them for that. They make a great team! I honestly feel like I have gained a personal relationship with both ladies. I can call the office and they will answer any question I have...no matter how silly it is lol. They also Know me by name which makes me feel special. All mantinence orders are resolved the same day I request them. The staff is great and they work really hard to make sure their residents are comfortable and satisfied. I recommend these apartments to anyone! I know I made the perfect decision picking The Azul as my place of residence.

    I dont know why the reviews are not higher! Really fast maintenance service!! I have lived as a resident for the past 3 years and the new ownership has really turned the apartment complex around!! If youre looking for a pest free apartment look no further!! The only con I have had since Ive lived here are really high electric bills in the cold months. Well over 250.00 if using TXU. Poor insulation

    New management took over at the end of November. We have lived here since August, but in the area for a while. They have really cleaned up the place and made it safer. The grounds have been cleaned up, the trees have been cleaned up, the grass is actually mowed consistantly, and trash is picked up regularly. The maintenance men ACTUALLY do their jobs in a timely manner and are friendly. Its nice to be treated well by the staff. Things have definitely changed for the better, and my family is happy here.

    Hmmm … where do i start. first i wanna say i’m 18 years old & i had no clue how this first apartment process was going to go. i just knew it was going to be more then headache !!!! but NO . nallely made EVERYTHING so easy for me. i was approved literally in less then a week. great communication, great attitude VERY PROFESSIONAL!! she has been by the far the best ! i had a few minor complications when i first moved in but thanks to nallely and our wonderful maintenance everything has now been addressed and fixed with ease. i officially LOVE IT HERE. i love my new home , my FIRST apartment. thank you nallely and the azul, you guys are truly the best!

    Iposted this in Nov. 2021, guess it didnt take****Ive lived in this area for almost 20 years... Between Planooad and Church and let me include whitehurst. Yuck! There may be three good apartment complexes besides the newer ones that were just built going toward Abrams on the left. The Azul apartment are one of the best older apartment communities to date. When I reach out to the management regarding any issue they always get back to me addressing any issue that I have. I mean any without haste! Just recently because of the construction it is hard to access the main arteries near our apartments. I suggested that they hold the entrance open for easy exit out of the complex. THEY LISTENED. I always tell them I love my apartment community because I do. Their maintenance crew is one of the best as well! This is my spot!!! This is my spot

    I love my apartment, no roaches kimberly and the guy at the reception are very amazing people , they just always respond nicely, not had any bad experiences yet !     I cannot deny that when it comes to this management I wasnt happy with some of the things that went out but when I thought about it with some things I did it in apartments they may not been happy with me either Miss Yvette and the rest of the management team that at the azuls Apartments are hard but fair and that comes along with the job. I believe a lot of times we hold personal feelings about the apartment complex which lead to bad reviews but overall the Azul Apartments is above 5 stars even though a lot of times management do piss me off a lot. The azuls Apartments are in a transition of reconstructing the atmosphere of those apartments cleaning out all elements of crime to make it a safe place and that takes time that does not come overnight and Ill remind everybody this management only being here one year. 2.7 is way beneath what the azuls apartment deserves and I believe everybody stays there and all that just move out if you leave your personal feelings behind you you feel the same way. Thanks to the management team for being professional and upholding standards to the place that I lay my head at.

    Im not the type of person to pass judgment on where me and my wife live. We have been residents of the azul for almost four years. The management before this group we really liked, because they held crime watch meetings on saturday mornings once a month. Now speaking about this group here i have to admit that this management has made this place a little better but I think it still needs work. Im for the most part a very quiet person until im bought into a problem that is ongoing. Here my problem my wife called the maintenance about our air conditioner wasnt blowing cold air it was blowing warm air. She called me to inform me that someone came to fix the problem, but when i returned home it was just as hot in our apartment. My wife has asthma im worried that she might have an attack. Just wanted to let this management know about this problem that occurred on yesterday, other than that this group is doing well. Thank you for listening god bless.
