    This place is awesome! Currently going through great renovations that really spruce up the place! The staff is also great to work with! The manager, Roxanne, came out and introduced herself while I was looking for a new home! Normally managers don’t make an effort to know you and they just lock themselves in their office. Not many people are like that and I respect it! Pricing for the area is perfect too! You get so much with the price! Great service! Beautiful community, competitive price. This is the place I want to be for sure!

    Live in a different apartment complex but checking out some places. Staff I encountered were highly professional. They knew exactly what they were doing, which is not always the case in these places. Can tell the manager is very detail oriented. Stepped out of his office to speak to people and actually didn’t let another customer wait for the agent helping me, so he gave the tour himself. Speaks volumes, when most managers would just sit in their office. I recommend checking this place out.

    I had a very good experience with Marbletree. My previous two apartments were Avalon Villas, where I had problems with cockroaches and the water turning off for several hours numerous times, and San Simeon, where I had no problems, but which was a little higher end and pricier. I applied to Marbletree because it seemed to have the best balance between price and quality that I could find in Irving online.When I moved in, I found that my apartment was even nicer than I expected. They had put in brand new carpets, and the bathroom and especially kitchen were very nice. The bedroom was spacious. The apartment was clean and there were very few bugs (though that might be in part because I lived upstairs). I also found the staff very nice and helpful. It is also in a convenient location, on N. Belt Line Rd, with Tom Thumb, Kroger, and lots of other stores just down the street.I only have a few minor complaints. First, the application process was a bit tedious, and I had to dig out a lot of information in order to complete and confirm my application. Some of this information seemed very irrelevant, such as the age, height, and weight of my parents back in New York State! I wished they had had an easier application process. Second, I did have some occasional (minor) maintenance issues. In particular, my air conditioner was functioning not with full efficiency during my last couple months, which were during the summer. It still worked to some degree and so it was tolerable, but my apartment did not get as cool as I would have liked, or as fast. The maintenance staff tried to fix it a number of times, but it wasnt of much avail.Despite these minor complaints, my experience at Marbletree was quite pleasant, and the pros far outweighed them. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

    The staff here is friendly I dealt with Wendy but also spoke to Roxanne. Wendy is very funny good sense of humor and goes out her way to help. If you are considering this complex ask for Wendy.

    We have had very great experience when we were in Marbletree Apartment.We are so thankful especially to the nice community out there.Leasing office/ Management team were very nice and helpful.I would like to thank to Nana (Manager), Brandon and Jeff who helped us so much when we were there. I would like to thank to Tim who helped us so much when we had something to repair in our apartment .They always tried to repair or take our work order ASAP possible .Overall during our stay at Marbeltree we experienced very nice community people and very helpful Leasing/Management team.Thank you one more time.

    Since the takeover the new staff has been absolutely amazing! The maint staff gets work orders done quickly and efficiently! I will definitely be referring all my friends in the area to live here!

    Super nice maintenance. Office ladies are very helpful. I have seen them get yelled at and treated bad but they still keep smiling and try to help.
