    Finding a safe, clean, and homey apartment was not easy for me, but after searching for the right spot, I feel lucky to have found The Avery.The new apartments are comfortable, and the amenities are great. The dog parks are perfect, offering a convenient and well-maintained space for my dog to play. Pool is always clean and a great place to relax. The gym is another highlight-its well-equipped and never too crowded. The nice bonus is that they have apartments with the backyards too!Overall, The Avery is a welcoming community that truly feels like home.

    Absolutely love the Avery & their leasing team! Anytime I had any concern Miranda is always willing to assist and get things done the right way the FIRST TIME! The love and care put into the community, its amenities, residents nights and dog community it’s prestigious!When I first moved here with my son (a Cane Corso) 🐾 he can can look intimidating, they showed him the same respect and courtesy as any other dog in the community complex. And showered him with love and treats! Which to me speaks volume because people can’t get the wrong impression because of his breed.Also, before moving, I did call around, and to confirm my dog breed was excepted into specific apartments. And the representative at the time went in depth with me, the dog breeds looked into his breed and informed me that he was not on the restricted breed list. So from the start, they were very hands-on and attentive to my needs and concerns!So needless to say, the decision to move into the Avery community has been the best decision for me since moving from Tennessee to Austin.🎉♥️

    I’m moving to Austin from San Marcos and this was the last place I looked at after looking at 3 others. I chose The Avery because Patrick was extremely helpful and nice. He was patient and had excellent customer service. The community was impeccably clean and very beautiful. I can tell he upkeeps it and its amenities and the spacious apartment sold me. I look forward to moving in this month. Great experience

    I strongly recommend this place it’s beautiful I had a tour with Ana and I had a great experience she makes you fill right at home, everything was well explained she was awesome a professional person and beautiful professionally dressed as it should be in a office. That’s how a person should be dressed in a suit with a wonderful smile. I personally love to see a staff member well dressed especially for this place, you hardly see a staff well dressed like Ana, keep her forever she looks fabulous. Thank you Ana, Keep up the amazing work you do, you have it in you.

    The Avery is absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the location is prime for me as far as distance from the domain and working downtown.Office staff is outstanding- Leslie, Cameron, Zoey and Emily are a great teamMy favorite thing outside of my apartment are the outdoor spaces. Since moving, I find myself out walking the community all the time and my fur babies love being in the dog park which is rare for them 🤗

    I moved into my apartment when the complex was still under construction, and I’m happy to say that after two years, the quality has remained top-notch. The management is always responsive and reasonable when it comes to any requests, and I haven’t encountered any maintenance issues during my time here. The amenities are fantastic and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing, comforting atmosphere. I also appreciate the on-site law enforcement presence, which adds an extra layer of security and peace of mind.     I’m a resident in The Avery. The house is nice, but the only negative side was that our family had problems with loud footsteps. Ana helped us with the problem that we had for several months and we were allowed to move. Overall good apartment!

    As a resident here for coming on 2 years, Ive renewed my lease twice because of my love for this community and apartment complex. I love my apartment set up, high ceilings, and spaciousness I have the largest 1 bedroom. Amenities are incredible, response time for any and all issues is resolved within 24-48hours, and ive been able to be accommodated every time I renew my lease. I feel safe and secure living here and am very grateful to be a part of the community!

    As an Apartment Locator my job is to listen to my clients needs/wants and do research to see which properties have exactly what they are looking for. My client was looking for very specific features and had several boxes he needed checked in order to be interested in touring. Mason helped answer my questions over the phone to help ensure that The Avery would make it into my clients list of top 3 properties.On the day of the tour we had the opportunity to work with Maranda who was amazing! She made sure to highlight all of the important features that my client wanted and addressed any concerns. We toured the same layout he was interested in and we were both impressed with the design features of the 1 bedroom and how clean the grounds were. Im looking forward to bringing more clients to tour The Avery and look forward to working with Maranda again very soon!

    The place is great, good amenities, renovation quality is also amazing. Moving out because my neighbors dog been howling for half a year basically everyday nonstop. Nobody can really do anything to stop it. 😅 my advice: do ask if any unit near you owns a noisy dog.

    Beautiful apartments, great amenities, wonderful staff!I am loving my new apartment at the Avery. Great location with brand new gorgeous apartments. The staff have all been so helpful from the management & leasing to maintenance. They all helped to make the move in experience so quick & easy. The Avery also has awesome amenities. There is a really well equipped gym, fire pits, beautiful pool & a clubhouse with TVs, pool table, ski ball, etc. There is also private office spaces & a large meeting room. Loving it here!

    Ive only lived here for a couple months, but its been a good experience so far. Freddy originally toured my mom and I around the complex, and was very helpful and kind! Our experience touring with him was definitely a factor in my decision to move here. Everyone at the front office has been super nice, helpful, and responsive too with varying questions or concerns. Parking is never a problem, and they clean the stairwells and elevators really regularly too.

    I have lived in a couple of complexes in Austin and I would say the Avery is the best by far. It starts with great customer service which can make or break a place and Zoey went above and beyond and still does anytime there is an issue. the whole office staff is the best. It is a pretty quiet place with great pool, fitness center and meeting areas. I feel very safe walking around day or night as it is always lit up really well. very happy here. :-)

    Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! I worked with Hailee, who helped me find the perfect apartment! She and the apartment complex were very communicative and accommodating. We had a little hiccup during the application process, and Hailee and management worked hard to ensure I was taken care of. The complex is newer and has a great location. The Avery is close to the Domain and has easy access to 35 or Mopac to head downtown! I am looking forward to move in day!!!

    My husband and I love living here! The management and amenities is spot on. Zoey and Freddy in the leasing office have been so helpful to us!     I recently moved to the Avery and have had such a positive experience! Freddy was my leasing agent and helped in every step of the process. I emailed him frequently to check in about the apartment, tour a few different ones, and discuss pricing and move in fees. Bless his heart he responded to each and every email no matter how small the question.Come move in day Freddy was nothing but helpful with making sure everything was a smooth process. When I had a hiccup in billing it was fixed within 24 hours and the two maintainence requests I’ve put in were both resolved same day.I’m on a top floor apartment but I don’t hear my neighbors at all. People at the Avery are quite respectful and I haven’t had any loud or annoying experiences to note in these first few months.

    When it came time for us to move and find a larger place we toured A LOT of locations, they aren’t in short supply in Austin. There are many benefits at The Avery; location, safety, amenities, more than a review could give justice. The one thing that set The Avery apart which no other complex could replicate, is the office staff, primarily Zoey. Zoey was the reason we chose The Avery. If you’ve lived in various apartments then you already know how invaluable a great office staff is. Do your current and future self a favor, just pick The Avery.

Hailee is a gem, she gave us a terrific tour last year and stayed in contact up to our move this year (and beyond) and has helped with all my questions/concerns. Dont miss out on this place!

    Moved into this apartment complex almost a year ago and have had such a great experience so far. It truly feels like a home. From the initial tour (S/O to the amazing Hailee), to needing to transfer units, to utilizing the amenities, everything has just been so perfect, I absolutely love it here! The only downside might be my neighbor but that’s just my luck lol. Thank you front office staff and maintenance for being so helpful & kind throughout my stay so far!

    There’s not enough to say about this place. This is a new apartment complex with all the modern amenities one could ask for (wood floors, marble/granite counters, stainless appliances and washer and dryers).Management and the team here are A++. Very friendly, responsive, respectful, and active in the community (they’ll put on events for residents to collaborate in)There is a nice event house / business center / game room here for all the residents to take advantage of with the option to rent it out for private events. Which plenty of outdoors seating, fireplaces, grills, and even an area for cornhole boards.The gym is top tier and really an underrated addition to this place. With everything from a stair-master, spin room, punching bag, to the numerous amounts of other weight equipment here. Not to mention the aromatics and the scented cooling towels.Lastly there are two dog parks, one is turfed which is nice for when the weather gets muddy and wet. There is also a pet washing station which is a huge thing when bathing your 4 legged companions.This is a MUST place to check if you’re in the market. Pricing is reasonable for everything you get, the community is friendly and all professionals, so it’s a peaceful place to call home.15 out of 10. I love this place!!!

    I lived here for one year from 2022 to 2023. During my lease, I had to transfer to a new unit in a different building because the unit that I first moved into got flooded due to broken water pipe in winter. Besides that, I liked my experience at the Avery, especially their new apppliance and well-maintained amenities.I just want to warn current and future residents if you are thinking about a month-to-month lease because I hope you dont repeat the same mistake I made. I had to renew my lease month-to-month after my 12-month lease ended because I needed a place to stay for another month before moving into a different apartment with a roomate. During my move-out process, I found out that I was still required to give 60 days notice even though I was on what they called a month-to-month term. Make sure you check your contract and dont expect the management to inform you about things like that. If I checked and confirmed it earlier, I could have saved a fortune.Update - Thank you, Leslie, for quickly reaching out to me and rectifying the situation. I received an updated move-out statement reflecting 30 day notice and was offered a refund.

    I moved here by myself after graduating from college in Colorado. My experience has been nothing but exceptional. Every staff member has been accommodating and helpful in every way. The apartments are visually appealing and are well insulated to keep any noise out. The fitness center is a huge bonus and a perfect alternative to purchasing a gym membership. Having the ability to control the thermostat as well as washer/dryer from my phone is wonderful!

    I visited the Avery last year and Hailee gave a great tour of the complex even though the weather was terrible that day. I wasnt planning on moving until this year sometime, but she kept in touch with me to answer any questions that I had, which were many. I am very happy that I moved here and Im looking forward to using all of the great amenities.

    Hailee was absolutely amazing to work with. Throughout the process she went above and beyond while I navigated a heavy work schedule (during tax season) and made sure I had support when I needed.     The process has been so smooth so far. We Applied in Early July to reserve our Apartment and got our Keys this Monday. We lived in a similar Square Footage apartment but the layout here is way more efficient. So much cabinet space, huge fridge , granite tops and large island! Everything is brand new and have zero complaints so far. Hailee has been an incredible leasing agent and made us feel at home as soon as we entered the leasing office for the first time all the way up to getting our keys. We moved farther North from where we work but so far it seems worth it.

    Outside, the place is new and shiny. The unit itself is a nice layout. Was thrown together very quick though, and some things arent exactly straight when you look closer.Maintenance is attentive and gets right to the work orders, but doesnt always fix the problem, and it takes repeated attempts sometimes to get it fixed.Ultimately, its a nice property, but if youre looking for the top of the top, might want to go for a non-CWS owned place.

    I think this property deserves more than 5 stars. The staff is nothing short of amazing and they treat their residents like family. The units are beautiful and the community is just refreshing. Roxanne, Ronnie, Joe, Hailey, and Emily have all been quick to resolve any issues and hear out any concerns, they are what make this place the beautiful community it is.

    The Avery ROCKS. Im a realtor and I took my client there. Roxanne and Brandon and Hailee are an absolute pleasure; everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Brandon took us through several floor plans and made sure he checked all the boxes for my client! The property was brand new and gorgeous, pool still being built. Will definitely be bringing more clients here!

    I went to a pool party and visited the poolhouse . The pool is super cool for adults and mid to older kids. It offers a step or 2 for the little ones. But stay close by because they can fall into deeper water. The upper level has steps down into a 3 ft deep seating area or a 3.5 ft deep standing area. The back edge becomes a waterfall for the lower deck area. Because of this, toys will float toward deeper water.The poolhouse was beautiful. It includes tables and chairs as well as a place to process foods, and keep them warm. Outside there are chairs with warming pits for cooler weather. Inside next to the dining area is a pool table room. I didnt go in there so I cant review it. My guess is its pretty darned nice.The only difficulty with any of this is the need to have keys to get past every single doorway, fence or gate. I would still go again.
