    The maintenance team at The Augusta is phenomenal! Brian did an excellent job with refinishing the new apartment. The garage floor being painted was such a wonderful surprise! And all the lighting and fixtures are beautiful. Name thanks and I look forward to seeing him for our regular maintenance schedule!

    Brian was absolutely amazing in fixing up my new apartment. He painted the garage floor beautifully, he put in new can lighting and light switches, and finished all the little details perfectly to make my apartment feel like a home. Pablo has also been a life saver with fixing all the plumbing. This maintenance staff has such great time management, I never have to wait long for them to fix stuff.

    A top reason I love living here is Pablo, our head maintenance supervisor. He is awesome. He responds quickly and is very courteous and respectful. He gets the job done very efficiently. I have lived (and left) other apartment complexes where the maintenance was very unreliable, slow, and inefficient except for Jimmy at Avenues who was great, but Pablo keeps me here at the Augusta at Gruene. Even with the high rent!

    Brian refurbished apartment 198. He did a fabulous job. He is always so kind and helpful. I really appreciate having him around. Hope he stays at Augusta at Gruene for many years. He is greatly appreciated.

    What a wonderful place to live. Residents are so friendly. Many activities going on weekly. Office staff very caring and helpful. Maintenance is always done promptly and done right. So happy I moved here!

    I have been one happy camper at Augusta for over 2 years. Kimberly and Cari in the office are always enthusiasticly ready to take care of our needs.But today I am here to sing the praises of our maintenance supervisor, Pablo Soto. Pablo is amazing, a regular Energizer Bunnywho can be seen driving his cart through our community helping one or another of our satisfied residentsin their maintenance needs. Pablo is prompt, professional and experienced in all areas of maintenance and is always ready to provide service with a smile and cheerful demeanor. We are blessed to have Pablo serving our community. Thank you andSemper Fi and Oorah, Pablo !!

    This place is amazing. Kimberly and Kari are experienced pros in complex management. And they really care about the enjoyment of residents. At the same time, they strictly enforce the renter rules. Nobody gets out of hand here. Pablo and the maintenance team are elite. Nothing stays broken for more than a few hours. And these arent apartments. These are garden homes among beautiful old trees and gardens. Augusta is close to owning our home. Even though we are excited about moving into our new house, theres part of me that will miss Augusta. - Dan

    This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Kari and Kimberley in the leasing office are AMAZING. They made my leasing process so quick and thorough and simple, even speeding up processes with vendors so that I could move in time to start my new job. They are flexible with residents’ needs and truly accommodating.I moved from Austin— where housing is nothing short of a nightmare. I was accustomed to high rent + a gazillion extra fees + leasing offices adhering to procedure over resident needs + a general lack of safety. This complex couldn’t be any more different, I’ve never lived somewhere like this before. I am so grateful to wake up here every morning!**just a note: I’m a unique resident here, as I’m significantly younger than all of my senior neighbors. To any interested younger potential residents considering Augusta: I’d recommend looking across the street at Collection at Gruene!

    I’ve now been a resident at the Augusta at Gruene Garden Apartments for over 11 years. I feel like I’m living in a very friendly, well managed village. The residents are outstanding and supportive of each other, forming lasting friendships. Our management team is also supportive and extremely considerate of we the tenants. We have a well qualified maintenance team that quickly responds to our service requests.I am extremely satisfied with my one story, two bedroom unit with a garage, and plan to stay exactly where I am. This little community offers everything I could ever need or want.

    We’ve lived at the Augusta for almost a year now. We love our spacious 2/2 and that it doesn’t have any stairs. The community is quiet and our neighbors are so friendly. My blind dog also loves it since she doesn’t have to deal with any stairs. Maintenance is always quickly handled and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Kim, the manager, always has a smile for everyone.

    We have lived at The Augusta for 18 months. Its a great place to live with a warm community of residents, a great location and a responsive new property manager. Maintenance has responded promptly to all work orders. We hope owners will continue improvements such as fencing around the property and landscape issus.

    I have lived here over 15 years in 3 different Apts. Very safe place to live and not an apt feel due to the one story buildings and garages. Maintenance has been very responsive whenever I need them.Pet friendly.Due to the drought the landscaping has not been as nice as past years.

    Move in to augusta gruene apartments again for the eighth time.This is a great place to retire.Kim the manager knows how to take care of people.     A very nice place to live. Not like most apartment communities with apartments ramed together and stack one on top of another and Parking lots that may remind you of Disneyland. Would yo like a garage? Here you have a Choice, 1 car, 2 car or no garage. All garages are attached to the apartment they belong to, which is very practical when all the units are ground level with a lot of spare parking. Quite, clean, safe, and exceptionally well managed. The location is close to all kinds of shopping and good restaurants. We are very happy with our decision to give up our home and move here. A good place to enjoy life in our senior years.

    I lived here for a year. Nice place. They take care of their renters. We only moved out because our family grew and I wanted a backyard for my kids to play in each day. Good place to live if you dont want to do yard maintenance.
