I’ve been with the Atlee for about 8 months, and I have yet to have a negative experience. As soon as I have any issue arise they handle it ASAP. Maintenance is 10/10 no problem to big for them and the Leasing office treat you like family. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I took the tour couple of days ago. I love the community at Atlee and the care. I met with Richard from management and he went above and beyond. I like the spaciousness and cleanliness and probably gonna lease up when my current lease is up.

My family and I have been looking for a transition location before buying a home and we came across this complex in the location we wanted. I was really not wanting to do apartment life anymore but I gave it a go. Once I met Jackie in the leasing office and we spoke more with her I honestly felt actually good about this decision. She was and is amazing . She keeps it real ( which I love in a person ) and goes above and beyond her job ! You see the difference immediately with your experience with her that she has a passion for just helping someone feel comfortable and happy . It’s so rare to meet people like this in this industry sometimes . She’s the bomb !!!

I am going on my third lease here at the Atlee . It is my favorite complex by far. There have been a few leasing agents throughout my stay here and all of them have been phenomenal. It’s a quiet community . No one bothers you and everyone is super trustworthy. You could have a package delivered to your door and leave it out for a week and no one will touch it . Super safe and I couldn’t ask for more being that it is just my daughter and I. John at the front office has been a huge help in accommodating me into a new unit for my next lease to get a little more space for my baby girl. I definitely recommend this complex. Ask for John at the front office he is awesome !

Asst Mgr Micheal did an excellent job with us, getting our college student daughter into a 2-bedroom apt! Can’t say enough about how professional, diligent, and dedicated he was in walking us through the application process. Went above & beyond in securing the right place for our family’s needs. He is truly an asset to this company and a real pleasure to work with!

Living here at The Atlee has been such a great experience! It’s the perfect location that’s minutes away to downtown. The community is quiet which helps as I work night shift. Everyone including the staff have been super friendly and helpful! Another plus is that maintenance is quick to fix what is needed. The apartments are updated to fit our lifestyle and what we were looking for compared to others. Nothing but a positive experience living here!

Fantastic location, staff & sizable (updated) apartments. Tucked away in greenery just off Hildebrand, it has a private, yet centric feel. Staff & maintenance has been quick, responsive & friendly. The only con is there is no fitness center, but theres a 24 hour gym just around the corner that does the trick ~(Edit on the Gym - it’s best to go to Gold’s Gym at the quarry since it’s nicer & cheaper. Only real benefit of the other is you could walk there in 5-10 minutes)

My family will be calling The Atlee our home starting this month and it was a very easy decision as Luke and Gabrielle are great! They both are very pleasant and knowledgeable and we are looking forward to calling The Atlee our home. I recommend The Atlee to anyone wanting to live close to Alamo Heights but for a reasonable price! Good job you guys!

The Atlee is a great place to live because of Maria and Dwayne, the leasing office team. There have been some issues just like there is in any other complex you live, but the customer service here has made the world of a difference. I would highly recommend the Atlee over any other apartment living.

My husband and I stopped by The Atlee for a visit and we loved it! LUKE was patient and helpful, answering all our questions. Luke is an asset to your organization! The property was quiet and clean, and emergency maintenance issues were being addressed while we were there.

My family and I moved to The Atlee (at the time, Rosemont) in Feb 2018, we moved Sept 2019 for a new job. During our time we rarely had issues from the apartments. Parking can get a little crazy, but my husband and I didnt mind paying extra for a car port. They have valet trash which I LOVE and they even recycle and take your boxes, which is so unheard of in that area for apartments. The front office staff is literally AMAZING! Im talking about YOU, Dwayne and Inez! Everyone that has come thru that office has been so hospitable and informational thru our whole move in AND move out process. They really have the tenants interests in mind at all times. I very much valued having them when most front office staff and leasing agents dont have to be like that AFTER move in. Dave is also the maintenance man for The Atlee and is PHENOMENAL. He takes care of issues in a timely matter and is respectful and friendly. This really was the best place to live. Its within walking distance to two colleges but you wouldnt be able to tell with how quiet it is. Its also within walking distance to the library and some parks. Theres also the zoo and the botantical gardens super close as well. The Atlee is great for families, students, or just someone looking for a place to live. I hope you guys love it as much as we did!

Words cannot begin to express how AMAZING it was to work with Luke Durbin, at the Atlee, to find an apartment for my son. 350 students were suddenly displaced from Trinity University and had weeks to find a place to live. Luke worked tirelessly to help every single student and parent looking for housing. We were one of the lucky families to find an apartment at this beautiful apartment, thanks to Luke. I watched him singlehandedly keep frantic parents and students calm and assist them during this crisis. Thank you Luke and staff for your WONDERFUL customer service!!!

This is one of the best places I have lived at. It’s quite, you have personalized outdoor space and the staff is super. ESPECIALLY JACKIE!!! The bathroom is so big it has an echo- I don’t know if I can go back to having just one sink after I leave here. Beautiful property.

This property is beautiful. The trees are breathtaking there and walk around to the pool it is awesome (love the cadenzas such a cute private place to eat and hang out) the apartment is beautiful, I honestly asked was it an apartment it totally looks like a house. Love the spacious rooms. I can truly say this would be a comfortable place to live.
