This is so lovely and its soon to be our new home! Ive been looking for just the perfect apartment for us and as soon as I met the personable manager and she took me on a lovely tour, I knew this was soon to be our cozy spot! It will be right off the pool and will be plenty big with a bedroom, den, living room dinning room kitchen, patio hand storage all for a very reasonable price! We move in soon and my excitement is getting the best of me! I cant wait!Well, sad ending.😟After having been quite content living at The Arbors for about 1 and 1/2 years, our dear manager had to leave due to health problems and it wasn’t long after her departure we lost our proficient maintenance man. Two major personnel losses and things began to succumb to mediocrity. Personnelle in the office started changing policies and rude behavior became the norm. Some residents were made to remove their outdoor furniture and plants along the front of their apartments while others, with furniture and plants along the front of their apartments were left alone. There was a definite feeling of discrimination and my husband and I didn’t like it! Would we be next? Trash cans weren’t being emptied and there was a lot more trash build up all around. The parking lot was full of food wrappers and paper cups. The lovely gas grill we had originally been so excited about was broken and we were told it would not be repaired due to expense. The pool was closed on and off. It became quite noticeable to us that our maintenance had declined miserably and the atmosphere had become dull and sullen. The worst part was the tremendous increase in rent! Our Social Security certainly didn’t increase so our now tight budget became a tremendous problem and worry. The Arbors was not the same happy, friendly apartment complex we had moved into 1 and 1/2 years before and it made us very sad. It was definitely time to leave so on April 1, 2022 we broke our lease and moved.

I LOVE my home at The Arbors!!! Not only is located close to the freeway, it is very quiet. My home feels like my home!!! It is clean and the staff is so professional and sweet.Thank you to The Arbors for making me feel at home!!!

Super awesome apartment community! I experienced great customer service from the office staff and maintenance. The staff is friendly and always helpful to all my resident needs. Maintenance is always on top of any work orders and Matt is absolutely AMAZING! Erika has listened to any concerns and Vanessa and Lilly are always greeting me with a smile when I walk into the office. Arbors on Forest Ridge has been a pleasant stay and I continue to look forward to my future stay here. If anyone is needing a great community, I most definitely recommend this apartment community. Hello Arbors on Forest Ridge Team,I have lived here for over a year and I just renewed my lease for another 12 months because I like the community that exist here. Management is always very responsive when a tenant is in need of assistance or repairs. The complex is quiet and safe. I had to move into an apartment after living in a house for 35 years, but I would like to assure you that this Team that you have on board are doing their best to uphold the standards of the BH brand. Keep up the great work and always go the extra mile, thats how I operate daily.

I love living here. The location is very convenient, despite being by the fire department it’s relatively quiet, neighbors are friendly and the people running the office are so helpful! Lilly and Hannah have helped me with any and all issues that have come up. Maintenance is also super helpful with whatever in-home services I’ve needed.With the recent move-in specials I’ve seen, you’d be remiss not to live here.

The Arbors is a good place to live. The community is generally quiet and conveniently located. While maintenance and trash have been issues, these issues have mostly been resolved. BH has made some quality of life upgrades recently by improving lighting and having registered parking spaces. Overall, generally a good place to live.

I am very pleased with the overall experience. However, there was alot of back and forth. There were various contracts drawn that had different quotes on them. Eventually I was able to get the right price and right apartment. The staff was very apologetic and stated they would make the necessary corrections. Very pleased they did. I look forward to living in this community for a long time.and hope their hard work and dedication continues.

Maintenance has been fantastic and the office has its issues but they sure do answer your questions. Have had issues with pests but they will figure out how to get rid of them. I am going to extend my lease here when the time comes.

Second time around leasing with The Arbors on Forest Ridge; the staff has been excellent! Ashley G. has the best customer service and went above and beyond to answer questions and keep me up to date throughout the leasing process. My apartment wasnt ready when I signed the lease, but Ashley let me know the minute I could tour my new space and walked through with me to address and fix any issues before move-in. Ashley, Erica, and Vanessa addressed every question and concern immediately. Maintenance has quickly responded and completed tasks within the next day or two. The property is beautifully maintained, quiet, peaceful, and a better value than my last apartment complex. Many restaurants close by around 183 and 121 area, a water park and baseball fields at Bedford Boys Ranch and located across the street from Bedford Public Library. The only issue is the trash compactor because there is only one for the entire complex, so an additional dumpster would be beneficial. Many thanks to the leasing office and maintenance crew for resolving issues and taking care of your residents.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Arbors on Forest Ridge. The staff is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Arbors on Forest Ridge for the remainder of my years in Bedford, and I strongly recommend their community to all of the incoming residents looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with Arbors on Forest Ridge, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier! Great place to live at. I’ve been here for two months and I haven’t had any issues. The staff Erika and Vanessa have been great to me. I put a work order in one day for my ac vent because one of the screws had magically come undone. Within the next two days it was fixed . Leo , the maintenance guy is also a cool guy as well. He’s always hustling when I see him around the complex. All in all, I have no issues here. There’s no rift raft. It’s a quiet place which is what I enjoy the most.

Ive lived here for 6 years. Weve had 3 managers and, by far, Kimbra is the best. Residents may not realize that a company owns the Arbors and the property manager mostly does what they want. The rent is pretty much in line with others; however, the added-on fees, which are not optional, bring it a bit higher than others. The property is well maintained. This maintenance staff is the best yet. As for the dogs, there are many with owners who dont clean up after them. That is not the fault of management. It is quiet here. I think its a nice place to live.

Me and my husband moved in 2 weeks ago and what seemed like a total nightmare of a move in day was actually handled so well and timely by the maintenance team and management. Our AC didn’t work and some of our appliances weren’t working due to an issue with wires being burnt which required an electrician that was there immediately. Ever since day one, this complex has been extremely accommodating and kind to us. The neighbors we’ve met so far have all been so nice and conversational. The valet trash service is awesome. It’s an extremely dog friendly complex! My only wish is that the laundry card would be easier to obtain and upload money to, that department is lacking in accessibility and easy user experience.

Lilly was very friendly and helpful! Self guided tour, I love this area, very quiet, I fell in love with the apartment! The application process was very quick and easy and on top of that I was quoted & caught a really good move in deal!

I lived here for 2 years in the end. Had a great time with little to no issues. Only a few work orders submitted and all taken care of quickly. Some of the units are a bit older and could use a refresh but really nothing too bad at all. In the end the only reason i left was because the price was just too much.

The maintenance staff is great! A lot of ppl dont realize stuff takes time to be fix and theyre not the only ppl who live in the community. Also, this property is not brand new. So there will be stuff to be fix often. Example if you by 1998 car vs 2018 yeah the older model vehicle will need more maintenance work. The people in the office is so amazing. Kimbra (property manager) always go above and beyond for her residents. She will listen to your concerns and ALWAYS try her BEST to full fill them. Overall there will always be pro and cons.

It a really quite place , nobody bothers you , staff is friendly, really like the staff here only bad thing about living here is the valet they don’t pick up all the time, but when you bring it to the managers attention, she make sure that they stay on track to pick up our trash.
