I can’t express enough how much I love these apartments. My wife and I have lived here since 2020 and we could not be happier with our experience. Everyone from the office to the maintenance staff our always there and have always done everything to accommodate us whether it be a maintenance issue or a complaint. An extra special thank you to Lyndsey the former office manager who has always been nothing but kind and helpful. To the current office manager who just like Lyndsey before her has gone above and beyond to help with any issues and make us feel like they truly care. The office staff as a whole has been wonderful. Lastly to the maintenance staff who I tried to pay to help me move a large heavy headboard to the dumpster. He did it no questions asked and refused even after I insisted to pay him. If you want to live in a complex where the staff truly care about their tenants, search no further. If I could give ten stars I would.

The maintenance experience has been good for me. Marlon has come out to my residence many times and fixed my issues. My experience with the apartments as a whole has been good. Ive had issues here and there, but nothing really major. I saw a couple of bad reviews, but my experience has been nothing like that. The management staff and maintenance team listen to my concerns and address my issues. This is a good and safe place to move to.

We have been living here for the past 6 years and have resigned for another year. The staff is kind and always ready help out. Maintenance is quick to respond to our requests and they resolve the issues promptly and effectively. Clara and Shellie always greet you with a smile no matter how busy they may be, they make time for you.

The ladies, Clara & Shellie are so very courteous & professional. They both answered every question we had and we fell in love with the properties. They are bothered very knowledgeable and grounded and know their job duties well. They made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in the office. We are excited about our move. Quaint, quiet, peaceful, very clean & feels like home. Hospital and our doctors are right around the corner uncase of emergency.

We live at Arbors Central Park in Bedford, TX.I have to thank Marlon and his team, who are our maintenance staff. They are always quick to answer any issue we have. Today they came for a request about the air-conditioning. As they were here, I asked if they could fix the shelves in my pantry, which through time were slanting down and items would fall off.Marlon and his assistant finished yhe1st issue, told me they had to take care of someone else and would come back. It wasnt very long, they returned and worked on my shelves and fixed them. We didnt even turn in a work order. Marlon and his assistant, (sorry I dont remember his name) are eager to fix any problems as quickly as possible for us.Thank you!

We lived here for 7 months and we did not have any serious problem, just the normal stuff but administration and maintenance they did their best to get it solved/fixed quickly! We loved that it’s a little complex and it’s not crowded, and the main thing is that they have very fair prices compared to all the surrounding complexes! Best swimming pool ever! (See pics)

First thing I will say I really like my apartment home (it is upgraded to say the least) and the staff they do an Amazing job very friendly and helpful.But….the apartment parking lot is horrible with all these pot holes it’s ridiculous how much rent we pay to have to drive through the madness off messing up our axles on our cars. Please do something Apartment Owners/Managerment

The ladies in the front Clara and Shelly are superstars. They are really helpful whenever I have concerns or confusion. This community is very nice and I think Management does their absolute best to maintain an image and community that is inviting. Ive been here about 5 months and so far everything has been nice. I really like the promptness of the maintenance team as well. The resident app makes it so easy to just put in any request and theyre usually there that same day during the week. Marlon is the best maintenance person ever!!!

Lived here for two years on the first floor. I love it! The management is awesome and always attentive to our needs. Especially when we talk to Lindsay. Lindsay is awesome! If you need to know anything about the property she will tell you! I don’t see myself leaving until I finally get a house. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and wonderful amenities. You won’t go wrong living here.Also this is a multi family home. I live on first floor and do hear our upstairs neighbors, but the property adheres to quiet hours. We have had no problems.

She was also very kind to me, I could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the right decision with choosing a new place. The property was very nice. The fact that the actual property manager took the time to speak with me meant a lot. It showed that she cares about her property and residents present and future.

Arbors of Bedford has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to my needs. The maintenance team have been great, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. But their greatest asset is the amazing management staff. They are very human, nice, understanding and compassionate people. I love my townhome apartment, the units are very spacious on the inside and the property is very maintain. It’s a great place to live, ran by even greater people.

I have been apartment shopping for a few weeks now and let me just say...I had such a great experience here!! Mason was VERY informative and answered ALL of my questions. I was greeted by the manager & she was super bubbly and very welcoming. I was given a tour of the community & was very impressed. Although I wont be ready to move til fall I think I have found my home.

Weve lived here for about 6 months now and I felt it was time to write a review. Overall weve been generally happy living here.Maintenance requests have always been completed in a timely manner and the office staff is always courteous and professional.The grounds are trimmed and kept clean, the gym equipment is current and kept in great condition.I only have one complaint and thats the new office staff. When we first moved in Crystal was the leasing agent who helped us and anytime we had an issue she would communicate with us along the way to make sure we stayed informed and up to date. Recently there appears to have been a change in staff and the communication has lacked. No longer do we receive updates unless we call and we never even received a letter or email introducing us to the new office staff. Crystal got us used to a level of excellence and customer service that no one has been able to replicate. Hopefully this changes in the near future as the new staff gets settled in.Overall we will most likely renew our lease as long as the price is right and I certainly would recommend everyone to give this place a chance.

Love this place. I found it because I had a horrible experience trying to lease with a different community. I found Arbors of Central Park on a Friday night and signed my lease that Saturday. Ive lived here for over a year now and just renewed my lease. The office staff and maintenance team are great, they make everything super easy. Also the area is nice, convenient location for shopping and getting around, and the community is quiet and safe. The apartments are nice as well.

I dont even know where to start! This is my first time leasing and just saying that the few leasing office agents Ive spoke to have been so rude with all the question I had due to being a first time renter. Applied here and spoke with Lindsay Hollie, and all I can say at the LEAST was that she was AMAZING! Super super super sweet, explained everything in detail with me, remained jolly and joyful with all the questions I had, never made me feel bad about asking so many question, super quick and responsive, got me approved in about 15 minutes! I can say that if it wasnt for Lindsay (besides the beautiful apartment home) I probably wouldnt of leased here. She has made this process for me so exciting, smooth and pleasurable! I will be recommending these apartment and friends to all first time renters, people who are looking for an apartment, friends and family!!

This is a great place to live. Very quiet, staff is OK and they always helped. Even when I had to be late with the rent, they understood. Id say that overall we are pretty sad we have to leave. I liked the neighbors, liked the fact that there are a lot of kids around, always felt safe letting my daughters play outside. Its not a luxury apartment complex however the staff is really doing their best to get you where you want.Example: We wanted plank in our living space instead of carpet, they changed it at no extra cost, no hassles. We had our AC unit break down on a Sunday, they fixed it the same day. School is literally 5 min away, and there are great schools serving this area.Something else, these apartments have HUGE patios and they are amazing to spend time outside if you please.People, depending on their needs, will always either be happy or unhappy. If youre considering moving here, I can tell you its a good choice.

I came and looked at an apartment about a month ago and Lindsay Hollie was so awesome and has been ever since! Anytime I need anything shes been great and so friendly! I moved in last weekend and i absolutely love it! My closet is huge, my bedroom and bathroom are also pretty big i love the shelves right when i walk in, i have a fireplace and it came with a washer and dryer!!

Ive been here for a year now and by far the best community Ive lived in since moving to the metroplex 5 years ago. Anytime we have reported any issues all the staff has been very helpful at getting them resolved. The ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful and maintenance does an amazing job of the keeping the property beautiful. The pool is beautiful and lots of trees on the property. Very quiet property and love having open areas to walk our dog. Lots of good restaurants close by as well as Glade Park just up the road with lots of shopping options.

One week+ in and so far so good. When I originally started looking for a new place to call Home, the Arbors was under different management. Jennifer and Lindsay have been, in my opinion, doing the best job they can to make the transition as smooth as possible for new residents. Given the COVID situation along with the transition, I would say they are doing a great job and I have had every question answered, and trust me, I have hit them with a TON! Lindsay has always gotten back to me on every single one, and within a reasonable amount of time.

Weve lived here since February 2017. Everyone has been great. The repair men are really nice guys and get everything taken care of in a timely manner.We had a huge water leak inside one of our walls that caused a little flooding in parts of out apartment, but the guys were on it and everything was repaired and back to normal in a few days (which is pretty quick, considering they had to bust open a wall and repair it)The neighborhood is peaceful and good for kids. There are always kids playing in the playground and bball court

Arbors of Central Park is such a lovely apartment complex here in Bedford!!The overall complex is clean and so is the inside of our apartment. Lots of great amenities such as the pool, fitness room and the business center in the office. Our two bedroom one bath is large and has a nice layout.The staff here is fantastic! Mariah is always helpful, exstremly kind and always responds to questions in a timely manner. Claudia is incredible as well, very helpful! They do a lot of sweet things throughout the month; for example one morning they handed out breakfast as people left for work! Just really sweet fun stuff all year!We would absolelty live here again and will actively recommend this complex! Thanks so much for a great year!
