    First off Im a 1st timer.. But thanks so much to Cristina it felt like a piece a cake. She was very much helpful and nice. Helped with all concerns and questions that I had. The Apex is very peaceful place and friendly neighbors.

    Sabrina , Sabrina , where do I start ? Omg she was so helpful from beginning to end , I asked numerous of questions & she answered everyone & responded every time . She literally went step by step helping me & making sure i had everything done to get things moving . I really appreciate the good customer service & the super knowledgeable person she is thank you so much 😊 I recommend 10/10 .

    The Apex Apts makes you feel Very Welcome the moment you step foot into there gates. But overall it was Christina Fletcher that had me sold with that wonderful professionalism that I’ve never experienced before. She stayed with a genuine smile and an accurate answer for everyone of my questions. She has realtor and people skills in her blood… The apex apts get 5 stars but she gets 10. Thank you for welcoming me, convincing me and showing me that I shouldn’t look no further… Thank you!!!

    I have lived on this property for quite sometime now and I must say Ruth is the best when you inform her of a problem it’s handled the work orders done pretty fast during the week. She care about her residents.. The property itself is quiet at night and well groomed. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

    Nice new apartments was just as easy getting in to a lease as getting out of it. Saved my receipts have yet to need them for anything. Wish my first apartment was this easy. If you dont spill juice on the carpet you actually will get your deposit back :3. Came in with Gloria left with Rachel I will miss the staff. This place is very easy on the eyes after a long day of work. All work orders get done pretty fast dont hesitate to say something. No unexpected visitors like surprise workers or apartment managers they give you space. 0 problems with neighbors and a cop actually lives here! Nobody messes with anyone and most of the tenants have kids so if you do they will have someone to play with. They offer extra services like e- pay and trash services just ask. There is always plenty of space to park. look for Rachel she runs the show she stays real late so getting with management is easy.

    I can honestly say Ruth made this experience simple and convenient as possible. I recently moved here from Another state and she made sure I was well taking care of before and after my move in. We Coordinated most of the transaction over the phone.Definitely a welcoming experience from beginning to end. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond no complaints so far

    Ive been living her for going on a month and its absolutely perfect! Its super quiet, clean and the just overall amazing!! Our leasing agent Gloria is the best! Shes supers sweet and definitely takes care of her clients. We love living here !

    The move in process was a smooth transition and the staff accommodated my needs for a quick move in. I absolutely love some of the premise amenities such as the outdoor sitting area and cycling room. Although I own no pets, I believe its great to have a doggie park. Rita, the manager, has always been very professional and courteous during our interactions. The layout of my apartment is very nice and I adore the appliances and flooring. The bathrooms are beautiful. I believe the prices are great and affordable particularly for the area. The premise is literally walking distance from a grocery store, parks, and plenty of shopping and restaurants.AT.

    Just left the property to inquire about a 2BR and Ruth was amazing. Although they didn’t have any units available she advised me on how to move forward and informed about their sister property. Definitely wish they had a unit, she was awesome and apartments were really nice.

    I recently been looking around for apartments for the past three months and I couldnt find one that I really like until I came across they Apex apartment... I came into the leasing office and spoke with Gloria and she told me all about the awesome deals they had.Gloria showed me around the apartment and I absolutely fell in love .I immediately filled out an application & one day later I got a call from Gloria that I was the Approved Ive been here for 1 month and Im really enjoying my stay here! Glory was very helpful and she makes you feel like family.Thank you Gloria and the apex team I absolutely love my apartment.

    Great space to live in! Martha has been best so far. Awesome experience with maintenance. He gets the job done as well as professional is always done on point. Such a great person who you can trust to be there asap to do the maintenance when you need it. I feel right at home!. Deserves a whole lot for his efforts.

    Went to look at this place, really liked the floor plan but the space was super small for the kitchen and especially the dining area. Didn’t like that when you enter the apartment you walk into the tiny dinning room and have to walk around the table and chairs everyday just to come and go. The lady at the office (I think her name was Noel??) was uber nice and had a lot of info but we just didn’t like the floor plan much and the price was HIGH for not getting a pool and shtuff on the their either. My dining table would not fit in there and then to have to get around every time we enter and leave, no thanks. Place was really clean but too pricey.

    I moved in recently and I like that its quiet, clean and the parking lot is under 24/7 surveillance. Ruth was very very helpful throughout my transition into the apartment and I feel at home!

    Awesome experience moving in! Staff is super friendly and attentive, maintenance is done quick! Also, the living spaces are great, and clean. Only con about my personal experience was the lack of a little bit of more communication the day of move-in.

    Well I must say that I Love Gloria so much! Shes just simply amazing! I love how I can come home to a brand-new home thats peaceful, quiet and cozy quite cozy! Granite countertops Garden tubs just simply amazing and great place to stay and I myself recommend anyone to move in today if so contact Gloria and come get yourself and family a brand new home today in a great gated community..I also have w/d connections inside and Vallet trash at my door! Which I enjoy not having to take out the trash nor got to a laundry- mat ...Trust me youll love this place!!! Oh yeah Im close to shopping and 1 of my favorite stores Walmart..lol ..

    Alex is very friendly and welcoming, the property looks well keep and nice. Love the way how it looks from the inside and all the attention Alex gave me!
