Finished my 1 year lease and renewed for another. They keep up with maintenance and bug express, the staff are caring and nice! Even the business they hire to do jobs around the apartments are kind, they keep it tidy and clean around the apartments and truly care about tenants. The pool always stays kept up with and has nice outside furniture to sit and layout on. They are fixing up an apartment right across from me to get ready for a new tenant and I can see the work and time they are putting into it! So far it’s been a great experience with The Annex.

Ive only lived here 2 months but every time I have put in a work order its been looked at or fixed pretty reasonable time within a day or two. I really appreciate that because in the past that other places it took weeks so Im proud to say that the staff is very eager to fix things and they have a urgency about fixing them

I reported an active wasp nest and a service ticket was created. After two days my ticket was closed but the nest is still there.Added review:I initially gave them 2 stars but the office team got in contact with me to properly fix the issue.

My experience has been amazing. Natalia has been very helpful through this whole process. I am glad I got her is my leasing agent. I’m very pleased with my apartment. It’s everything I’ve expected. I will definitely recommend the Annex and Sunset Apartments to people who are looking to move.

This complex is amazing and the staff go above and beyond for their residents. The whole staff and maintenance workers are so sweet, they take care of any issues quickly and always have a smile on their face. The size and price of the apartments are great especially in this economy. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I enjoy living here!

I personally had a wonderful experience living here. It was a quiet complex and in a great location. Staff and management are always eager to help. The few work orders that I did have were very minor upon move in and were resolved within 24 hours. Though the kitchen may seem small, there is ample amount of space for storage in the dining area, as well as a pantry for food storage. A few units even include a washer and dryer! Bug express comes monthly so there are little to no issues with pest control. I truly loved living at this complex and would highly recommend it!

I’m so happy to live in this place management and staff are so helpful and nice. The price and unit are perfect. Anytime you have Apartment emergency they happy to helping you to make you and your family happy and safe . I recommend this property to live with children very quiet. It has nearby hospitals, restaurants and loop very closed

The apartments where we live are descent. The staff is good. Communication is very good with property management. Maintianence is taken care of very well. As for as tenants around that live here its o.k. some are good Some or bad. I personally think we need more lighting where we park our cars. Saftey issue. Thats it.
