I dont care what no one says, I love the Annex. Mrs. Latrina is great at what she does. Shes always very helpful and understanding to what someone is going through. When I made a request for a work order it didnt take long like other apartments it was fixed the same exact day. Also have to give my girl TY her props as well, she defiantly means business and make sure whatever needs to be fixed is fixed properly love yall down so thank yalll. LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEE MY HOME AND LATRINAAAAAAAA!!!!!!. Thank you Ms. Latrina for everything and cant wait to renew and transfer to something even better :) :) :) :)

I’m super happy and I greatly appreciate the fast and friendly services from Mrs. Dulsey my apartment assistant and the whole Annex Apartment Team. I’m loving the affordable rent and in my apartment I have new appliances with beautiful upgrades. I definitely recommend you to come to live at/in The Annex !👍😊🙏🙏🙏

Nice setting tucked away in Mesquite that I looked at for an apartment lease. Nycole in the office staff was very helpful. Extremely large units that look awesome. 2 pools, playground and nice fitness center.

Ive been a resident of the Annex Apartments for a year now and Ive been very pleased with my stay there, because they try to keep the grounds clean and when you have any issues or problems the staff listens to you, and try to get repairs or other problems taken care of in a respectable manner

I will say new management and staff really did their thing today. Taken the time to do these kind or things for their tenants, showing them they truly appreciate the them. They are doing more and more events, construction and just getting things done around here in a more timely manner than any other management or staff has in the past. Thank you guys.

I had a wonderful experience first time walking in felt the love from the staff. Mr Anthony is very knowledgeable and explanatory. I could tell he is very persistent on keeping the Annex community neat and clean Wich I love. I would definitely recommend anyone who likes a new, neat and clean environment this ones for you!!

Been over here for 8 years. Management has changed quite a few times but for the most part got my new keys for my big 3 bedroom today.. Dealt with Daysha and Nicole during the process. Treat these ladies how u would want to be treated and everything will work out. Thank god for them.......

I’ve been here for about a month OK a month and a half people are on here very quiet. No one messes with you. Neighbors are nice. Everything else seems very reasonable. I honestly don’t have any complaints. Actually happy where I live at.

They pay more for towing then the maintenance issues for the tenants. Its just sad... Take cover they love you till you sign that lease. Then u become just another unit...
