The new management actually making good process in this apartments. Especially the new manager Sonia and leasing agent Susie theyre actually amazing and very good customer service. I absolutely love this community! Their customer service is exceptional. Julie the property manager cares about her residents and is always willing to help. The maintenance team is very polite and they complete the work-orders on time. I had an issue with pest control but it was resolve quickly after the pest control company treated my apartment. Location is great I’m in the galleria area in minutes. Very close to everything! Will definitely renew my lease contract.

I’ve been living at the Alora for 4 years now and I really like the layouts of these apartments. I’m in my second unit right now. The first unit I was in was on the side that’s closest to the school, down at the end, across from the soccer field. That side was very family oriented. There was a huge patch of grass and all the kids would play outside when it was nice. The neighbors would be out on the weekends hanging out barbecuing and drinking with each other.We moved because we wanted a bigger place with an extra room for an office and the town home we are in now is perfect! The downstairs is huge with two dining rooms. The living room is big enough for our sectional and ottoman. It also has a little bar area which I thought was a nice touch. The back patio is perfectly big enough for two to three chairs and a table. Both rooms upstairs have bathrooms inside the bedroom which is a plus if you have roommates! I’ve never had any problems with rats or mice or any bugs really but I personally always keep my home clean. Any problems I have had are usually handled the same day if not the next! The staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Alora, you won’t be disappointed, I promise!

I’ve never had any major problems during my stay at The Alora Apartments. It is a great place to live. The office and maintenance staff have always done a great job of taking care of my needs. They have always addressed issues promptly and correctly. It’s a family friendly community, but is also quiet. Everyone in the office is very nice especially the apartment manager, who’s door is always open if I have a problem. They appreciate their tenants, so much that they frequently throw Tenant appreciation events for us. Thank You for doing an awesome job!!

Let me just start off by saying the office staff is amazing! They are so helpful and professional. Been here for almost two year and it has been great. My work orders are always completed on time. The maintenance team always make sure that the property is looking nice and clean. I really enjoy living here!

Ive had a wonderful experience working with the management team at The Alora. Theyre always attentive, courteous, and professional. As a tenant myself, and a business owner also, I understand the consistent hard work that goes into developing a great reputation, and The Alora has definitely done that!!! Wonderful people and great service all around!! The tax preparation and insurance company on the end of the complex is also amazing! Ive had a wonderful experience with them as well. 5 stars for sure!!!

I called to see for apartment availability love how susie answered the phone and gave me great information! Came to check out the apartment she gave me a great tour show. She’s a good listener and very funny! I love that Also spoke to Giovanna and Yoselin they’re so great ! All the girls have great customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend them 😊

Let me first start off by saying that I am a review reader to the max. If the reviews are bad, I tend to stay away or keep looking. With that said, everyone has a different experience. So when I write this review, I write it from my personal experience and present just the facts.I am not a resident, but I am currently looking for an apartment to move in. When I came to this apartment site, I was treated very well by the ladies at the front. They greeted me and my daughter when we walked in, said that they would get to us in a few minutes and offered us something to drink while we wait. The leasing agent that was helping me was very nice, well informed, and she did not hold anything back as far as answers to difficult questions. She was very honest about everything but pointed out some of the advantages of choosing this site over other sites. And trust me, I grilled this young lady about reviews that were left by others about this site on google. Never the less she kept her composure and while acknowledging the flaws that are currently being worked on, she also pointed out the advantage of staying at this site.I left the site with a better view of the whole picture being what the reviews on google were along with my own experience thus far, then I visited other sites and I must admit, these ladies are doing their thing. I was so impressed, that I will be putting in my application to for an apartment.While my experience thus far has been really good with this site, and even though my experience may or may not change with this site over time, right now, they answered all of my questions even the hard ones and they didnt come off as just trying to sell me something. They kept it real honest with me and in todays time, that is exactly what I am looking for.

I moved in about 3 months ago and everything has being going good! Maintenance is always quick with any problems or suggestions I might have. The people in the front office are very helpful and respectful. Its a very nice gated complex. They have a very nice and clean pool and they have a nice workout room. Over all its a very good place to keep in mind and I defiantly recommend it.

I moved in a about two months ago and so far so great! They were honestly so welcoming, just walking into the office you are automatically welcomed with the greatest smiles. There are some pros and cons about the area so to speak but in all the property is kept clean constantly, the noise is Non existent I feel so at peice in my home. The two story apartments are one of the best floor plans truely. The maintenance has come for every recrest Ive ask for. There are no complaints for this amazing property.

I moved here in January of this year & I havent had any issues at all. Its conveniently located close to almost every major highway in Houston. The Apartments are spacious & nice (no pest issues). The leasing office staff has always been very nice & professional. I would definitely recommend these Apartments!

I came in for a tour last week, everyone was super helpful and very tentive to my every need. I just moved in yesterday, and my family and I are extremely thankful to find a new home in such a short notice. Julie, the property manager was very sweet and checked in with me to make sure we very settled and satisfied. 5 stars recommended for the community and the customer service, very friendly environment.

Ive lived at The Alora for a few years now. The staff is very helpful and always answers my questions in a timely manner. Maintenance is fast and efficient! Ive lived in a 2 bedroom town home and I just downsized to a two bedroom apartment. I like the area a lot, its right next to a school so its a safe area for children growing up.

I just moved to Houston, Tx about 2 months ago and I decided to move at The Alora. I really like this place. The people that work here are very friendly and they attend to you asap. I understand the property is not perfect but I do notice the hard work. The property is always clean, my friends always say something positive about that. Give them an opportunity, I will say they are not that bad.

Friendly staff, and maintenance, beautiful pool love the gym! Really enjoy the special events/resident breakfasts and get togethers. If there ever is a repair needed its taken care of quickly. Ive lived here over a year and every thing in the neighborhood is very convenient and right on the Metro line.

They are really knowledgable, warm and understanding people who get things done in a jiffy. Ive been living here at the Alora for a year now and ive been happy with my over all stay, and Im actually staying her for more years to come. Cynthia is the representative who helped me through out my journey at the Alora. From start to finish and even when I was having small issues here and there. Cynthia went above and beyond for me during my leasing experience. Answered all my questions, she even answered the same questions more then once. She stayed patient and transparent with me. She help take alot of the stress of moving away. All the beautiful ladies that work in the leasing office are extremely nice and helpful. I recommend this for anyone looking for their first apartment and dont have much guidance. They will help assist you with any questions you have.

These property stands out from ours, I swear! Its always clean and quiet. If for any reason your things dont get done quickly just talk to the manager and she dont play, she will get with her staff and demand to get the things done before 5pm that same day. When I spoke to her it made me change my whole way of thinking about Alora.THEY DO CARE!I give them thumbs up!

I dont !!The manager is slow to respond to work orders my oven hasnt been replaced in a week and counting its Friday and last Friday I reported it needed to be replaced and it took a week just for them to remove the old one off my front porch Im still waiting I been cooking from my microwave oven Im going to see if it can a rent reduction for next month for this Im not happy about it. Thanks!!!
