    I lived here for 2 years and can’t say enough good things about it. The apartment itself is updated and very beautiful. The community is in an extremely safe area with private security patrolling on some days of the week and weekend. Entry gates to buildings and Parking garage and lots are gated with restricted access to only residents.First, the entire leasing office team is amazing. They are kind, patient and approachable for any concerns related to your apartment and the community. Brittany, Liz and Kailee have just been phenomenal in helping me and addressing my concerns.Second, maintenance is just awesome as well. They are quick to fix the situation with the best possible solution. Kudos to Victor and team.I had to leave because I moved out of the area and if I move back to Austin, I will choose this apartment community once again without any doubt.

    Very beautiful apartment complex, the maintenance team is so nice and get their work done quickly. I can tell they work really hard and adequately. Overall, the amenities are always clean, especially the pool, the gym is huge! There’s always free coffee for us. It is a lovely environment.

    Quality apartments that have a classy modern design. Great/safe area and the price is extremely reasonable for the location. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and they go out of their way to help with any questions or concerns. Been a resident for around 6 months now and I plan on renewing the lease.

    Kyla was excellent and friendly. She toured me around the complex. Definitely a very unique apartment. The hallways of this complex are indoors whereas most apartment hallways are outdoors. This gave a hotel vibe, which some may like and some may dislike. The actual rooms were nice, but the reason why I did not rent was because the prices were unfavorable for me. The rent was more expensive than other apartments around town. When I expressed this to Kyla, she referred me to the sister apartment complex which was more affordable and closer to my work place. Definitely would recommend coming to tour/visit because they do an excellent job.

    Ive been living here for the past 3 and a half years now, and Ive had a great experience. The maintenance staff is exceptional and the main reason Ive stayed so long. Theyre all so friendly and extremely helpful. Omar and Victor always have my back when Im in a pinch. The leasing staff is just as great!

    I’ve enjoyed living here for several years, having been in 2 different units. I’m surprised by the negative reviews because my experience in building 1 is very different. Maintenance is quick, friendly, and easily resolves issues. Staff has always been helpful! I’ve never had issues with packages or theft, but I agree they could use more parcel lockers as packages are often left sitting on the floor in the locked parcel room. I feel safe as a woman living here. My rent increases have been reasonable and appropriate over the years. Love the look of the apartments, very modern inside and true to the photos.Like any complex, there are areas to improve. The gates sometimes break (it happens significantly less than previous years), building 1 doesn’t have an elevator which is frustrating, and the stairways could be cleaned more often (not having an elevator makes the stairways more prone to wall marks and dirt as people are moving or getting furniture deliveries). Luckily the community is always looking to improve and takes action based on the feedback surveys they send out every year!

    The staff is very responsive and the building has been adding new features such as better door access. It is nice to see the apartment complex is willing to invest in upgrades. Maintenance was always quick and the value for the apartment for the domain are was on point.

    I have been living here for three years and this place only gets better. Honestly the reason my partner and I love this place is because of the maintenance team and how professional and kind they are - its so hard to find an apartment maintenance that you can completely trust in your apartment but here I have no worries. I also really love the staff - no attitude, no snippyness, just genuinely good people. Which is so hard to find now a days. So if you are looking for a place where you can live with peace of mind, look no further and live at the Addison! Huge shoutout to Omar and Victor for being super awesome people and helping us when we need it! Keep up the great work team!

    From the office staff, to maintenance and management, this property is top notch! Every time I visit The Addison I am greeted with a smile and a hello. I visit multiple Austin area apartment communities daily and this property is one of the cleanest, and most well run communities I have seen.

    Ive lived here for 2 years now, and Ive come to appreciate a lot about this apartment complex. The location is probably the best part considering youre right next to the domain. Theres an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, and places to go for night out. Despite it being a bustling area, it has still been peaceful staying indoors too as my neighbors havent been rowdy, and theres just enough distance from the domain and stadium. The staff here are also courteous and prompt to respond to requests, especially the maintenance staff. The interior of the apartments are also nice, and honestly I have not seen many master bathrooms for other apartments this spacious and elegant. Its hard to find decent housing nowadays in Austin, but I think the Addison is a great option for people to consider.

    Stayed at the Addison for 3 years. I enjoyed my experience there. Property management was always attentive and very helpful for maintenance request. Property kept up very well, but sometime my hallway did have trash. Probably due to building that didnt have an elevator and on 3rd floor. Overall great experience.

    Really a cool place, located at the center of Austin. Easy to move in and the rents are decent. Thanks to the leasing department who were kind and friendly specially Jai Vaughnee Moreno.I appreciate her for exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond that answered all my questions.

    I lived at the Addison for 2 years, and they were so welcoming and friendly. Kailee in particular was so helpful when I first moved in from out of state. Nice facilities, great communication in regards to maintenance updates. I enjoyed my time here as my first residence moving to Austin!

    Lived here for a year. Awesome staff & maintenance. Good location & price when I was renting.Buildings 4-7 are on the south side of Esperanza and are a bit less convenient when it comes to amenities. Definitely in building 6+7 train noise will be loud & present. Train is light rail & cargo, cargo will blow at any hour (even 3-4am). Gates for south side always breaking. Community wide plumbing issues on and off w/ hot water & water pressure since winter 2022-3. Staff does a good job keeping you in the loop & actively is working to resolve completely.Would recommend, Id suggest building 1-3 though.

    Really enjoyed living here for a year. Never had problems and maintenance was always timely for air and water filter changes. Management was also flexible with my move out as well and allowed me to stay a couple weeks longer prorated even though another tenant was moving in soon after (I moved into a home). Overall, great location and great management.

It’s always clean, the pool is amazing, the complex is safe and in good walking distance to many great places.     My husband and I have lived at the Addison for almost 7 years now and we could not speak more highly of our time here! Weve lived in both the 1 and 2 bedroom units and both were updated, super bright and airy. The grounds are always well maintained, the maintenance team has always had lightning fast response time, and everyone in the office has always been warm and helpful. Its located conveniently close to The Domain shops and offices, but is tucked away enough to avoid the daytime traffic or evening noise. The Q2 Stadium being within walking distance is another fun little perk. We were also touched by how considerate management was during Covid. When the lockdown began I remember opening the door to supplies, snacks, and words of support left by the front office. They checked in with residents frequently throughout the pandemic, offering assistance wherever they could. Overall, we absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to north Austin and will be sad to leave it.

    This is a beautiful property upon arriving you can clearly see that they value their appearance! The folks in the office are amazing! The manager is so polite and the new assistant manager is a complete sweet heart!

    Liz and Kylie are the best! Great apartment with lovely amenities and fun events. There are certain things that cannot be avoided regardless of location/how nice the apartment complex is, however the office has been able to handle any concerns quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

    My husband and I loved living in this apartment complex. This is the best apartment that we have lived in so far, in terms of the quality of appliances, flooring, doors and so on. The amenities are very well maintained. I especially love the pool and the Starbucks coffee vending machine. The gym is really good and I love the atmosphere. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very responsive and make the whole moving in process very seamless. Parking is always easily available. This was the only apartment which offered short term lease (2 months). If we lived in Austin longer, I would have loved to stay in this complex for a much longer time.

    The apartment complex is conveniently located for the price; everything near here is at least 33% more expensive. The apartments are well-sized and have easy access. The amenity space has been really useful for working from home as well. The utilities all work well, and the kitchen is very functional. I used them for a 4-month stay until I found a house, and they were very flexible. The main stars to me are the repairmen, who solved my problems multiple times within hours.A few minor complaints: the apartment has 2600 and 2601 Esperanza Crossing, which can confuse delivery. The trains at Kramer Station are loud, so if you are sensitive to noise, dont come. (Dont worry about the Austin FC crowd, they are far away from the apartment buildings.) The building signs are hard to see so you really have to guide delivery. Im not building 5; Im the building on the immediate left after a car enters the gate.

    Ive lived at The Addison for 6 months now.Pros:-Very nice pools-Great apartment layouts, big kitchens with deep sinks, high water pressure, & high ceilings-I especially love having a balcony-Directly across from the Domain which is great for going out at night-Management has been very responsiveCons:-Close to the MetroRail (which is also a plus, its great for getting downtown), just be aware of train noises. They arent bad, you get used to them, but good to be aware.-Layout of the buildings can be tricky for food delivery, but theyve been putting signs up for better understanding.

    We recently relocated to be closer to downtown for my husbands work, and we miss Addison so much! We lived there for 2 years and cant say enough good things about this property - excellent floorplan with updated modern finishes, building exteriors & landscaping well kept and gorgeous pool and amenities. The management team here is excellent, Rob our leasing agent became like family and the maintenance team is super responsive - any request was tended to within 24 hours or less. Location is also unbeatable, walking distance to The Domain but far enough that youre not dealing with the droves of people every weekend.

    I’m not entirely sure why anyone would not rate this place 5/5 stars. Living here with my friends has been the highlight of my time in Austin. The pool is amazing, it’s been a great place to eat dinner and socialize with friends. The gym is great too I’ve enjoyed my workouts there.

    It’s our 3rd year living here. We love it. Maintenance is always fast. Front office staff is always helpful. Pool is awesome. Mail parcel lockers are great. Valet trash is reliable. Apartments are super nice, people always compliment the size and look of our kitchen. It’s great!

    This was my favorite apartment complex to stay in! The maintenance team was very quick and efficient. There werent really any major parking problems, and its right across the street from the domain and Q2 stadium. Of course every apartment complex has problems with noise or gates, but overall the experience is very good.

    I moved in a couple of months back and my experience has been great. The leasing staff is professional and friendly, and they are always willing to help you. Maintenance requests are processed incredibly fast, and they are always very thorough. Needless to say, I will be renewing my lease!

    Addison apartments have been one of the best I’ve lived in. The apartment is conveniently located near the domain area: just enough to be walkable but not too close to be super loud. The apartments are spacious and the amentities are wonderful. The gym is very nice and I can’t even describe how beautiful the pool area is. Hosting BBQ parties here is so much fun! The apartments also let you use a fancy coffe machine downstairs so you’re always caffeinated if you’re working downstairs. The team is wonderful. I’ve personally worked with Cassidy and she’s been nothing but helpful throughout. The small events hosted are also a very nice gesture by the team. Maintenance requests are usually handled within the day and Victor is also very helpful and knowledgeable when asked any question. I highly recommend checking out this property.

    Kailee and Rob are great, as is everyone in the front office. Overall, we love living here -- its good value for money by The Domain standards.Positives:- Maintenance keeps the grounds tidy and all common areas clean.- Both pools (when open--thanks COVID) are large with grill areas- Apartments are well-appointed with modern fixtures and appliances- Front office staff are bomb- ParcelPending lockers so you dont have to work around front office hours to pick up packagesNegatives:- We asked for maintenance on our fridge filter and the repair guy just pushed the reset button and left.- Construction to the south of the apartments is noisy and dusty (as of 2020)- The train can be loud but I havent really noticed it since week 1

    I have lived here for two years and I love it! Maintenance comes within less than 24 hours to fix issues. Apartments are spacious with modern floor plans. Amenities are brand-new and high-quality, facilities and common areas are spotless, and the staff is AWESOME! Rob is the best. I have no complaints!

    Moving from a house into an apartment was supposed to be a difficult transition. I must say, I enjoy living at Addison at Kramer station. The staff is beyond amazing, Adlinda, Rob, & Holly are just too good to be true. I feel like I am a nuisance, I receive a package almost daily, sometimes I stop by too soon which requires me to make multiple trips into the office. The team there is always helpful, they do it w/ a smile & best of all they have taken the time to remember my name (Im sure my frequent trips help).The units themselves are nice, I particularly like the fact that no one had lived in the unit I am in. I have not found one thing to complain about, other than the train, but even at that the units are well insulated & the noise is a minor issue that should not deter anyone from making Addison a place they call home.

    I love it here. Perfect mix between scenic and city life. I don’t hear the train unless I am walking my dog outside or I have the balcony/windows open. And it’s only during the daytime. Kailee is a rockstar, she handled all of my last minute paperwork that I needed. Also my skiddish dog loves her which is a big plus. Brittany is awesome too, I felt like the staff really cares about us and remembers their residents’ names. Its a welcoming community.

    I chose Addison Kramer Station as my first home in Austin, TX after a move from San Francisco, CA. I lived in the complex for the last 2 years (May 2018 - July 2020) and had a very positive experience. Grounds, amenities, service & maintenance were all top notch.Things I loved:- Staff: I worked with Rob and Adlinda, who are both very accommodating & personable. In my Covid-era move out process (July 2020), no question was left un-answered and the process was easier than expected (no unexpected charges etc).- Location: An easy walk to the Domain, Starbucks, TopGolf, SummerMoon and soon the MLS stadium. Great jogging options through the Domain!-Age: Relatively new development - no odd smells, updated appliances and most paint, interiors etc. all still look new!-Maintenance: Support is lightning FAST and efficient, I received fixes within 24 hours of making requests in most cases.-Package Lockers: 24/7 Access (free) Parcel Lockers, which remove the anxiety of packages delivered when not at home and add significant convenience if you travel or are away from home during business hours.-Amenities: Pool/Gym/Common Spaces - always kept clean and updated. The pools at this complex are especially nice!-Grounds: Very well maintained - the parking areas are maintained every single day and interior stairwells/elevators at least 1x/week. Planted areas are re-mulched several times a year. Parking is also ample.-Interior Privacy: I never really heard my neighbors and never received a noise complaint from below - something I appreciate a ton!Things I didnt love:-Surrounding noise: The Commuter Train is very close and chimes several times a day. It can be heard throughout the complex and is a minor annoyance. There has also been significant construction around the property. This is another noise disturbance that is particularly painful at 7am on Saturday mornings.-Buildings: The interior hallways of most buildings are not air-conditioned, not a big deal in the day-to-day - but it can make for a steamy move process!

    Im sharing this review after a year of living at The Addison at Kramer Station because I highly recommend the place!The location itself is wonderful becasue its within walking distance of The Domain without all of the cluttered traffic of an outdoor shopping mall. Its got plenty of parking and a nice walking area for dogs!However the real part thats worth sharing is that the management is WONDERFUL. I cant say enough good things about Rob, the leasing specialist, who initially showed us the tour of the apartment right to our last goodbye and handing off of our keys. Hes incredibly personable and easy to get a hold of and he has an amazing memory. My roommate and I went in to get paint for the aparmtnet for small scratches we had made during our time there (which they do for free) and he knew our names and apartment number before we even had to say anything. Then theres the manager, Adlinda, who is incredibly on top of her paperwork! The COA continued to charge us after we had moved out and she was willing to get on the phone with me and go through their customer service support line in order to get a refund back. I respect this complex so much for their management becuase that will really make a place!The repair mantenance is incredibly quick as well as its all done through an online portal and they call you (latest) the next day if not the same day! The repair guys are all super sweet and respectful of your space as well.11/10 would recommend to anyone looking in the North Austin area for an apartment! (The only reason we moved out was due to relocating cities for a job).

    Excellent apartment complex! Units are recent and modern and public amenities are spectacular. Decor is in VERY good taste. Literally across the street from the Domain and Rock Rose so no more parking/traffic troubles. Staff is very friendly and easy to chat with whenever I stop by to pick up a package. May even order something just to stop by someday haha!

    I dont think the apartments sell themselves as much as Rob does, with little effort actually! He has superior customer service skills and has always come off as genuine--always happy and bubbly. Interactions with other office staff members have been pleasant thus far.We looked at all the apartments within the Domain area and decided on Addison due to the parking situation--which is far better than the others within the area (parking garages among Domain retail traffic--YIKES!), garages offered, location, walk to metro for a straight shot downtown, assigned elementary school bus stop on Esperanza Xing, and the impression Rob left upon meeting him.I have to admit it was tough to pass up the amenities at the other apartments, which weve enjoyed; game room, hammock garden, dog park, cabanas, rooftop views, community gardens, playscapes, outdoor wifi lounge, etc. Although, a resident restroom/changing area by building #6 pool wouldve been nice ;))But, for the reasons listed, Addison was more practical for our needs, not wants. It also seemed the best well kept overall.I thoroughly love being within walking distance to the Domain. I enjoy that residents have access to the community center 24 hours a day, opposed to just when the office is open like most. Theyre on top of keeping the grounds clean, from the community center to the grilles.Theres a diverse bunch here, which I also like; cute quiet families to hype fun students. The washing machine and dryer are included in the rent cost, which was not the case for the others. Being outside of the Domain, you can get a look at the beautiful stars at night from your patio.I personally enjoy apartment living. I love the socialness of it. The hustle and bustle--the noise--no maintenance--the music by the pool. All of it. Our family is into Euro city vibes, and it suites us.If you seek peace and quiet, apartment living in general isnt for you. Theres going to be noise no matter what complex you choose. Its important to understand that any complex shouldnt be held accountable for what residents do or dont do (I often see these two complaints for ALL apartments). Although, Addison does remind residents to get in line when needed.I will note if youre coming from CA, Miami, the Tri-State area, etc., luxury, these apartments, along with almost ALL the others in the area are not the luxury you may be familiar with, but still very nice!

    The management and staff have always been welcoming during office hours and at socials. They go above and beyond to assist us in any need that Might arise. The Addison is by far the best renting experiance I have had in my 12 years in Austin. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail.

Getting a lease nailed down is always an arduous process, but Kimberly was refreshing, patient, and effective when navigating my roommates needs and questions.     You wont find more quality in a complex or in management, than that of Addison in the Northwest Austin/Domain area. The units dont cut any corners, and wed never met a staff more pleasant, helpful, relatable and respectful!I cant believe surrounding complexes charge comparable rent for units incomparable to those at The Addison at Kramer Station. Furthermore, how anybodys staff competes with Rob, Holly and the rest of management! Top Golf, the metro rail, and the domain nearby were all conveniences, not once disturbances in our unit, and were only leaving to follow careers!If Addison is on your list, your search is complete.

    My husband and I will be moving from Nashville to Austin next week.Its always nerve-racking signing a lease on an apartment before you actually have a chance to see it. We tried contacting several places, many of which just never returned our calls. We started getting pretty worried we wouldnt find a place in time, until we called the Addison at Kramer Station. We have been working with Adlinda and she could not be more helpful!!She has sent us several pictures of the property to help us see where everything is located in relation to our unit and the rest of the complex. She has been so patient and so helpful with every piece of this process. We move in June 7th and know this is going to be a great home for us! Thank you Adlinda, you are the best!
