    10/10 experience! Ms. Tamika and Ms. Charmayne were very helpful, informative, and patient. They took out their time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the process step by step with a positive attitude. The environment is welcoming and I appreciate them so much. This is my first place and they made it happen for me with no issues and in a timely manner!

    The office staff is always on top of things and so friendly! The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team always has a smile on their face. They were very informative when I did my tour. So happy I made this my home!

    Very nice and friendly place to live feels like a whole big family community here I would recommend renting here everything is up to par and the rental manager and her staff does a great wonderful job and handles everything with care and respect

    The Abby has been a wonderful place to live, the staff is so friendly, personable and really gets to know you. Nikki and Tamika are just the best, they don’t let whatever just go on here, they keep it safe here and clean. The maintenance too is just an amazing crew. Mike and Bernie are so nice, quick to fix things, do a good job fixing it and are not hesitant to do anything.The parking is great too, many spots available usually at all times.Pet friendly is a huge plus as well..I’ve been here with my husband for years, it’s a great place! Whenever the time comes to move, I’m gonna miss it bad here!

    The Abby apartments are a great place to live. Matthew handles every need I have, and maintenance takes care of every need i have even if it’s something i could have taken care of. Love it here!

    Moving in was a breeze and the staff and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful when you need something. For these apartments to be a little older you can tell they still put a lot of work in them to make them feel like home. If you looking for some place affordable and quiet this is the place for you.

I’ve been in Tyler for many years and out of all the establishments I’d lived at none of them come close to the cleanliness and wellbeing of The Abby Apartment Homes! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean and well kept environment!

    I have lived here since arriving in Texas and Im proud to say that The Abby was the best place to live!!!! The staff from manner to maintaince are friendly, respectful, personable and they make you feel like family!!!! They know all their tenants and the tenants cars!!!! If you have an issue they go above and beyond to assist you!!!! They try to have activities for the tenants and the children in the complex!!!! The Abby Apartment Homes is the best homes in Tyler!!!! Thank You to the staff of The Abby for the wonderful experience in living at the Abby!!!!

    This place is a breath of fresh air! Ive lived in 5+ different apartments over the past 10 years, and this has been the best experience Ive had with an apartment complex. Lived here for a year after moving from the DFW area. These are in a great location, they are quite, the grounds are well maintained and upgrades have been made to the property throughout the year. The maintenance staff is quick and friendly. They came to fix our a/c after it was making a terrible noise on the Sunday night before memorial day. Within an hour of putting the work order in online I got a call saying it was fixed. The office staff is great too. Very friendly. These are older units and the front door and windows in our apartment should have been replaced by now, you can see the sunlight all the way around the door trim when its closed. The windows have lost their solar seal in our unit and one window has a Crack in it. This was noted during move in but they never got fixed. I know we spent more on our electricity bill than we should have because of this. Hopefully they will be repaired or replaced before the next person moves in. Other than that this has been a great experience, my wife and I just bought a house, and we would of stayed here another year if it came to that.

    Let me start by saying that my daughter and I visited over 15 apartment complexes in the area and Nikki and Tamicka have been the most accommodating and sweetest ladies you would want to talk to. They have been professional and have given our family peace of mind. We have not moved in yet, however we are so excited to move in this apartment community and look forward to meeting our neighbors.

    An amazing place to live. I lived there for almost 5 years until I bought a home. The management and incredible and truly care about their residents. Nikki is an amazing woman with an incredible heart for people.

    I stayed here for a year and a half and i LOVED this place its peaceful and no loud noise nor people out all times of the night which makes it comfortable my only problem was my dishwasher made the house smell really bad and i asked for it to get fixed and that never happened and also the people upstairs busted a pipe and i had a hole in my roof for 2-3 months and the last day i was there they wanted to fix it and did not care about your personal things. Melvin (rip) was the best person they could have ever had.

    From the day I came over here they have been so sweet. I have an upstairs apartment and it’s so quiet. When I called about a problem they had the Maintenance guys out in under five minutes to fix it when I have a question they answer it promptly I moved in two weeks ago and it has just been amazing here every time I go to the office the ladies there are as sweet as can be I would suggest this place to anybody because it’s a great community here

    All I can say is Ms. Tamika is so amazing I just love her she is the best and the most helpful she made me feel so welcomed and she was so polite to me I HIGHLY recommend anyone to ask for her she’s so humble and very efficient with everything and she believes in communicating and responding back super fast I give her a 10 star if I could.
