I’ve been living here almost 6 months. I’m elderly and live alone (but not lonely). So far it’s been really good, I feel safe. I understand the frustration other residents feel about the water being shut off continuously bc they work. I want to say the maintenance man Cesar is really good at his job and I don’t have to wait long, I report it and it’s fixed early the next day. I talk a lot and ask a lot of questions but he’s patient and with a smile he will explain. I also want to thank George for being patient with me too and everything he did to ensure I get this apartment.I do wish we had a grocery store within walking distance, I don’t have a car. I do have Walmart delivery but sometimes I just need one item

The property is amazing, even though sometimes we have a lot of skunks and cats around dumpsters, I understand it is something they can’t control. Other than that everything else is very nice, the doggy park, the pools and the atmosphere is great! Office staff and maintenance personnel are fabulous, not to mention Cesar, he is such a great person, very polite and professional. When we first moved in we weren’t sure how to use the AC (refrigeration) and him being so kind took a minute of his time to show us. We are happy on the decision we took of moving into these apt complex.

Good service deserves recognition. My family and I lived at Terrace Hill for a couple of months, and we were very happy. Firstly, because of the kindness of the staff and the excellent service they provide. The various ways they find to make the stay unique are wonderful!Imagine having a rough day at work, wanting to come home to rest and have something delicious to eat. You arrive, and to your surprise, the staff welcomes you with free McDonalds for the tenants! What better way to change your mood from bad to good!And just like this kind of attention, theyve had thousands. Ill attach some photos of what we had the opportunity to enjoy during our stay with their staff. My family and I will always be grateful for having lived there, and we recommend it to everyone we know!

This property is amazing !!! Rent is a little pricy but you get your money’s worth, newly renovated! 24/7 maintenance is a life saver. Cesar the maintenance supervisor goes above and beyond for the tenants with his turnaround time. Pet friendly that’s always a plus and The 2 pools are great!. Easy access to the I-10 and dinning/entertaining is up the street on Mesa. If you’re looking for an amazing property with a great location this is the place you guys want to be at.

On April 25,2025- I ran into a gentleman at Terrace Hill Apartments and he had/has-very good knowledge of everything and anything his co-workers were asking him. I was outside in the parking lot looking for my keys that my grandson lost. I was in distress and very upset. Immediately Mr Jose Luis Barron- helped me look around and found my keys!!! Although Ive had a difficult time with my rent several times from financial setback due to increased living expenses and instability with past job positions; Laura, Jorge, and Denise have been very understanding and reasonable. The forestry landscape makes it feel at times like youre in the woods and provides many shady areas for my pet 🐈 to play and relax in when were walking outside. Also, I cant forget the time that I got locked inside my apartment due to a faulty door knob lock. It only took 1 maintenance call on a late weekend evening for Cesar to respond. Within less than 45 minutes from his far drive around the mountain, the door knob, lock etc. was replaced. The staff also hold monthly contests and events for their residents as well and give away prizes and also give referral bonuses.

These were my first apartments and I truly loved them. I had the old design before they were renovated, but they were awesome. Maintenance was the best! Every time I made a request they were there to fix it the same day or next day. They were always so nice and respectful. I loved the view of the mountains. Other than the water being shut off every other day because of water leaks in the area, I loved this place so much. I wish I didn’t have to move.

I just recently moved to El Paso from Florida, and this is my first rented apartment, I can say that it is the best decision I have ever made. The lady in the office is very polite and helpful, she has been able to help me throughout the rental process without any problem, all the details I asked regarding the apartment were taken care of. When I moved into the apartment they had to help me with some minor repairs that when requested, they were very diligent and professional. The repair and maintenance staff do an excellent job and my thanks go out to them. I recommend this condo without any hesitation.

These apartments are the best choice! Me and my husband moved in recently and we love it. The management and the maintenance staff are super attentive and fast at responding. The location is amazing too, we have everything close by. Also its good to mention that when we were looking at apartments these were the most clean and tidy. Every apartment Denise showed us was in great shape and clean. Overall just a great management, you can really tell they work hard and are motivated to keep their residents happy.

I asked about the water problems before leasing and they told me the water shut offs did happen, but it never was me than once or twice every month or two. While I had issue at the beginning, at the first two weeks they shut off the water for the whole month Monday thru Friday, they didnt disclose that this would happen.After that the issue seemed to be resolved the shutoffs rarely happen and the staff are all great, the guys in maintenance, Martin, Luis, and Cesar. Denisse and the rest of the staff at the office are amazing at their job, they do so much with the little resources they get 5 STARS. You can tell they work their resources to the best possible extent even if they have to stretch it as much as possible.All in all great experience, my neighbors were always great also.

It’s been 2 years since I worked at this property. Let me just say I am so amazed by how beautiful the community looks. I loved it when it was orange but now WOW! The renovations to the basketball court and the apartments are just so Exquisite. At night a evening stroll is a must. Very beautifully lite and always very green, how I miss that forest feeling and view.As I recommend my friends to live at Terrace Hill, I recommend anyone. You get your moneys worth.

I am a current resident here at Terrace Hills and after living here for almost a year and a half, I love it. I love the location and it is close to UTEP, walking distance to bars and restaurants. I love how the apartment is surrounded by trees. Management has really improved and does a wonderful job. The manager(Ron) has been very helpful and he has gone out of his way to make us feel at home. Not only the management but the maintenance workers are also very kind and helpful.Overall it is a great place to live, very spacious compared to other apartments and the management is very helpful.

I have lived here for almost two years and I really wanted to highlight a few things during my stay:Price: the price point for how close it is to downtown and the highway is very manageable for me. Coming from LA, you cannot find a place at this price so close to downtown. Walking distance to UTEP and some good bars nearby as well!Maintenance: the maintenance team are quick and on point. Given how old this building is, they are quick to fix any issues that arise and great at communicating for emergencies. It took less than 30 minutes for one emergency to get repaired!AC: they got rid of the swamp coolers and have refrigerated air! It’s great.Management: the management is great at communicating any community issues.While there are downsides, I believe that this place is a good bargain at a great location.

Lived here from 2017-2020. While the previous managers left something to be desired, the new team has really turned things around. The online system for paying rent and making maintenance requests was working well. Plus, they have made a ton of upgrades recently. They made some nice renovations to the entire complex, inside and out (painting buildings, central AC added, some new appliances). I have lived in a lot of different apartments and this was a pretty good experience. If I had one complaint, it would be that they would turn off the water frequently; however, it was always for a short period of time and usually while I was at work. Overall, this is a beautiful complex and I recommend checking it out if you are looking for an apartment.

I really enjoy living here. Ive been here for about a year and a half, maybe longer. The location is very convenient, you can walk places. You cant beat the price. Dont always trust the older reviews since management is different and really good. I feel like they are my buddies. I havent had any trouble with anything. Maintenance is quick whenever I need something done. The building are older, but well kept. The grounds are well kept and I love to come home.

I am glad that I found this place when I was wondering all over Westside El Paso looking for the best place to live. This is definately a little oasis in the middle of a desert. Green grass, tall pine trees and routine up keep on the property grounds. The apartments themselves are nice and the office personal is great. The staff here has always given me the feeling that they want you to be happy with your living arrangements and are always wanting to help you as much as they can. I have been living here for several years and yes not everything is perfect but the maintenance crew here is awesome. They are always on it, working hard, doing it right, always in a timely manner and followed up by a courtesy call from the office to make sure the work was done and problem resolved. To the whole staff, I wanna say thank you for all the friendliness and genuine concern for all their tenants. If you are looking for a place to make your home for a few years, I recommend you to check them out.

Im not yet a resident here at Terrace Hill so this review is based on emails, phone calls, the area and my visit! The management is BEYOND attentive to everyone and their questions. They are also sincerely concerned about you as an individual. Theyre not all about making their money and going home. Not only are these besubeaut apartments very well maintained and located in a perfect area, their rent is also very well priced and meant to fit in with basic lifes hazardous needs. My girlfriend and I are are definitely going to become residents and make Terrace Hill Apartments, our home!

PLEASE READ!! Well, the time has come to say good bye to Terrace Hill sadly, but I would like interested future residents to know the people in the office Claudia, Jessica💞, and George💞 were so good to me, Im going to miss them! Ive never lived somewhere where the office team is consistantly respectful, helpful, and nice to me through my time there. It is a shame I have to move due to my work and the Lords next journey for me and my son. I really adore nice people and appreciate you all staying that way. My apartment was so comfy and cozy, heater works great in these cold months - the kitchen space was a big plus, and i just loved having so many trees around the complex, it reminded me of cloudcroft. The people that live there are nice too, was not a high crime area at all despite it being located off mesa, it was very calming and peacful. Close to alot of stores and places to eat too so i was never bored. The apartments are super affordable, and its pretty much a little hidden gem..I encourage you to go visit them. I never had an issue there are cheap compare to other places around, disadvantage they charge water per building, i.e. they will charge 13 dollars per person per apartment. if you are planning to move with friends is that the best idea.They are nice and clean, the maintenance is not the best i lived there from 2012 -2013
