Yosvany Is one of the finest maintenance supervisors I have ever had living at Terrace Cove. Actually anywhere, I’ll tell you why. He is polite, courteous, and professional. The main reason I give him 5 stars is because he is beyond swift addressing any issues that I submit and only responds with the utmost quality workmanship and I never have to worry about anything not being overlooked or addressed when he oversees any issue. This community is very homey since he arrived and thank you for a good experience.

Beautiful property. I am new to Austin, and I’ve been looking for a place to rent. This apartment complex is so pretty and reasonably priced. The leasing agent named Kimberly who works at the front office is always such a friendly face and so helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the property, and she seems enthusiastic to help me anytime I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend this property to anybody in South Austin who is looking for a new home.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to be able to enjoy the grounds at Terrace Cove.The trees offer a beautiful breeze on a warm sunny day. Its always fun to enjoy the small wildlife, of squirrels and birds that also make this home. Looking forward to the opening of newly renovated pool and fitness center that I heard has state of the art equipment!. Theres a cool clubhouse as well with free wifi..The units themselves, although they are older offer awesome natural lighting, which helps alot with the electric bill and for the square footage they really are spacious. I like seeing the staff walking the grounds, they are always friendly and doing what they can for the residents. Work orders also seem to be taken care of in a timely manner as well. I also see security patrolling the grounds, which to me is important. The fact that safety and security is addressed is a great feature. The area itself seems to also be busy offering a lot of food options that deliver which is nice after a day of work when you do not wanna cook. I am looking towards what Terrace Cove can be with the improvements that are taking place.I believe this is going to be great community to call home.

I’ve lived at Terrace Cove for almost 2 years now and I LOVE this property! The location is perfect for me w easy access to 35 and 71. I commute to the Domain for work so thats a MUST for me! Going South is easy, too. The staff is great! They care about all of my concerns and have been amazingly responsive to any issues that have come up. I’ve also never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for maintenance or pest control. I’m always pleasantly surprised at how quickly things get done! My neighbors are also great. 5 stars!

I’ve had a wonderful experience as a tenant of Terrace Cove Apartments for the past year. I personally haven’t used the amenities too much but all areas are pretty well kept. I can’t really say I have any serious complaints. I really like how the office staff really tries to connect with the us as residents (from providing free breakfast to-go to offering giveaways and rent discounts).A special shout out to Veronica and Ashton! They’ve always been quick to provide any level of assistance in a very timely manner and have always being super welcoming and approachable.

I have always liked Roscoe Property employees. This is the second RPM apartment I have lived at and the office and maintenance staff are always so nice. There were a few very minor issues with the apartment when we moved in but they were very quick to repair them plus one of the maintenance staff found and fixed issues we hadn’t even noticed. Only thing I would want would be a dog park on property but other than that I love it here.

The community is improving a lot! Renovations are happening and Im super excited to see how it all turns out. Turning the winter storm the property experience a lot of damages but they are doing it all with adding that project into the renovations one as well. They are good with following up with the residence and explaining keeping everyone in the loop. :)

Overall this location is a great location to stay at. I love my apartment, as well as the convenience of the location with so many businesses close to the location. Staff is beyond friendly and even knows you by name. Parking is not too bad. The only thing is other tenants who have a tendency to smoke. Since we only recieve the smell we cant properly get them reported. This translated unfortunately into the workout area with missing weights and misuse of area. Overall I love this location, just wish community as a whole treated general areas with more care.

Ive been living at TC for almost a year now, and I am enjoying every second of it. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. If you have any problems, let them know, they will address it very quickly and professionally. Ashton at the front office always assists me in a timely manner and comes up with creative promotions to engage and build community.When COVID-19 hits, they also offer residents accommodations in paying rent such as providing resources to aid and extending rent deadlines.I appreciate all their help and support.

I have had an extremely wonderful move in experience all starting with Yolie. She didnt waste any of my time and has been completely transparent with me with all of the questions that I have asked. Veronica was the one that gave me my keys. She was very understanding of my urgency with picking my keys up. On my way out of the door, my car battery died and Leo came to my rescue to assist me with a jump and a recommendation to potentially save me money on a whole new car battery. Hectic is my life, but my move in experience has been pretty smooth and Im excited to all Terrace Cove home :)

Very cool South Austin community. Tucked away in a cove surrounded by trees and green spaces!The main pool is awesome! Easy access to IH35.The renovated interiors are sweet!The management and staff are professional and will take care of you! Cassandra is awesome!

I love rolan in the front office, he’s very nice and patient I explained to him I suffer from anxiety and he’s been very kind regarding anything I need help with. 5 stars for you Rolan!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I do however not like Kasandra, which is why this is 4 stars. She rolls her eyes at me and other residents when I go in there. She will talk to anybody so crazily that I am surprised she is employed still! It’s very shocking to see someone behave in such a demeaning way. I’ve caught her laughing about my situations before and smirking while I was upset about my move in date. She is very unprofessional and completely out of line most of the time.All in all the place is improving and I appreciate that Rolan and Nancy are now in the office more than Kasandra because they will actually take the time to help you instead of mistreat their residents.

During the social distancing, on-site leasing agent Ashton Days at Terrace Cove apartments in Austin did an excellent job of balancing contacts with online communication VS the minimal direct contact absolutely required in order to allow someone to see an apartment. Professional, friendly and very helpful.

The staff is friendly even if they dont really seem to care. I like my apartment and the community. My window leaks when it rains and I have a huge puddle on the floor. I told the office and they acted like it was a problem I shouldnt be bringing to them and wasnt important.

I liked living there, I had quiet neighbors, good service from maintenance, they were always very friendly, just one detail, the cost of the water bill was a bit high compared to what was actually spent, apart from that, everything was fine in the 2015-2016 administration.
