    I stayed here for a few years now and my experience overall has been nothing but pleasant all around. The staff is extremely friendly and very responsive to your needs as a tenant. It is a safe environment to live in. Very friendly neighbors. I highly recommend it if youre thinking about moving here.

    My daughter Tandra Bellamy just moved in Saturday February 15th and there were some issues with getting her keys, paperwork and parking but Ms Yamie was patient, helpful and polite with resolving the issues, I can say with my experience if I were looking for a place to call home this would be the place.     All the apartments have been renovated & brand new appliances installed. Fresh paint, new flooring & windows! Even the parking lot has been repaired. Residentā€™s birthdays are recognized with a cute goodie bag hung on your door. Each month the office has something special going on for the residents to participate in, ie, pizza day, ice cream cone day, popcorn day, etc. We love our neighbors as everyone is friendly & respectful of each other in our area. Itā€™s quiet, other than the occasional sirens passing by. I love living so close to the school, grocery store, pharmacies, fast food places & easy & quick access to the Beltway or I-10. Maintenance crew is lead by Julio who is friendly & answers any necessities quickly. The office is attentive & if you donā€™t bring in any concerns theyā€™re not aware of, resolving anything wonā€™t happen. Just use kindness when addressing issues & theyā€™re very likable, friendly, professional & eager to make the residents happy. Letā€™s face it, regardless of where you live, there will probably always be something that one will find to improve on but I must admitā€¦Overall, I really enjoy living here.

    I have been living here since 2018 the staff and maintenance team are spot on. The office staff always helps me in everything that I need, when I put a work order its done within a day or two. Theyre events are awesome and I always look forward for bingo and other cool events in the property.

    Iā€™ve been living here since 2015. Tall Timbers apartments has been my home. Office staff has always been prompt and friendly with any issues, Iā€™ve had. Iā€™ve raised kids, grandkids here itā€™s safe, you donā€™t see ppl hanging out or any bad activities. Itā€™s a community. Letā€™s not to mention they have renovated the units with update appliances and floors, I love them

    New resident at Tall Timbers, and my experience so far has been great.Staff is very friendly and informative, and had answers to all my questions while moving in.As far as maintenance, I moved in during the heavy storms on July. My bedroom window was damaged, and the crew came in to fix it the very next day.Theyve also done some rennovations to the driveways and accomodations, which is a huge benefit overall.

    Have been living here since 2016 and the current manager here is the reason why we have stayed. She has really done a 180 here with renovations, fixing the parking lot and went above and beyond for the residents after hurricane Beryl. Rent is affordable and they offer so much for the kids and parents.

    Tall Timbers apartments on woodforest st have nice 1 or 2 bedrooms units some with washers and dryer connections well maintained units and well lit at night and also security cameras and pool and laundry room and also vending machine and enough parking space and I havenā€™t had any issues since I been here I highly recommend these apartments

    TallTimbers is a great apartment. i love the new look, and also the painting, and the new parking lot.I also love the pool very nice, and i like that thereā€™s no dog poop but itā€™s a 4 because we should be able to park backwards to get out quicker.but overall itā€™s nice a calm.

    I hadnā€™t lived in an apartment complex in over 10 years. I left to go be a traveling nurse and was gone for three years when I came back. I stayed with my daughter who lives in the Humble area when I tell you, Tall Timbers is Amazing I mean Amazing the grounds are clean. The apartments are clean. My neighbors are nice. I havenā€™t ran into any violence thank God no one hangs out at night time. Iā€™m able to walk my dog. To move into an apartment complex Tall Timbers is a WINNER super super good staff great staff wonderful staff. I feel safe and comfortable where I am when they say No Place Like Home tall timbers is HOME, Until I actually buy my own home again. šŸ˜‡šŸ™šŸ‘šŸ˜Š. Shout out to the staff at Tall Timbers and Houston, Texas.

    My husband and i just moved here about 1 month ago and we absolutely love it! Its so peaceful and quiet. Even during the construction process they had, they were courteous about letting us know that they were going to be outside working.The move in process was super quick thanks to Ms. Jenna! We absolutely love her and we thank her for going above and beyond to help us with the moving process. Any thing we may need , it gets resolved is a quick timely manner. We couldnā€™t be more happier to have found these super affordable, nice and peaceful apartment community!

    Iā€™ve been living here for the last 6 years and I love it. The crew in the office, the Maintenance crew, and the Property Manager are very nice! They always follow up with me on any issues or maintenance stuff I have in a timely manner. The remodeled apartments are beautiful. Iā€™ve never had any pest control issues or anything like that. This is a good place to live and you have a lot of businesses close by which is very convenient, also theres a bus stop right outside the property.

    Absolutely gorgeous! The remolded apartments are so nice I love it. The ladies in the office are so helpful and nice. IMMEDIATELY felt at home when I walked in. The assistant manager was very welcoming and assisted me very well. Explained the whole process and let me know by when I can get into a apartment. Will be applying very soon!

    I personally love my experience here ! I honestly have no problems with my unit or my lease . Ms Jenna has went above and beyond , Shes helped me so much , shes dedicated and so reliable !     The staff is so help and courteous! And the front office is very well kept and maintained. Spoke with a LOVELY and HELPFUL lady by the name of Mariah. She answered all question I had and was very helpful in explaining the leasing process to me. She also gave me a heads up that the units are going under rehab for new and better upgrades. So I will definitely be coming back after rehab and get moved in. The staff made me feel very welcomed and at home šŸ¤

    Vanessa works in the office and she is very nice. She helped me get my apartment. When there was an issue with the contractors she stepped in got the issue resolved even though it was not her fault. Julio, the maintenance man is also very good he always comes if anything needs to be repaired. Vanessa and Julio really keep the place running smoothly!

    Iā€™ve lived here for 8 months and I havenā€™t had any problems. The other residents are friendly and offer assistance if they feel I need it. The one bedroom that my husband and I have is spacious and just the right size. Thereā€™s washer and dryer hook up inside. The office staff are friendly, courteous and willing to help in any way possible. I love living here.

One of the reasons that makes it so enjoyable is the very friendly office staff like Ms. Vanessa who is so friendly and helpful whenever I call.     Great place to live! The staff and maintenance are always helpful and try to resolve whatever issue at hand. I have been here for over three years; with only one complaint. Parking can be a bit overwhelming but, itā€™s safe to say that most apartments have the same issue. Rated four stars, everything in life could always use some improvement.

    Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Tall timbers Apartments, Management and maintenance staff are great and made me feel home. This is my third year living in this nice, clean complex. maintenance crew are always taking care of the building, and any maintenance request is really done so fast. I love living in Tall Timbers and recommend it to anyone.

    Tall Timbers apartments is like a close knit family in many ways. The staff is very kind and caring.I even got a bag of candy for my birthday.Tall Timbers has cool events going on for everyday!!! Its like Christmas everyday basically.The apartment manager, Luz Is a standout!!The maintenence is always on top of everything. Julio is also a standout. He is in charge of the maintenence.I have never seen an apartment complex that functioned like a well oiled machine.I would rate Tall Timbers apartments with a 10!!Sincerely,Diana Smith

    Absolutely love this place. Great manager & maintenance personnel!! They go above and beyond to treat their residents great and always have great community events! The staff is always friendly and prompt with any maintenance issues. We didnt have many, but when we did they were awesome! Its a pretty quiet community compared to others, which is nice. Amenities were great.

    I have been living here for about a year and a half and Iā€™m prepared to stay here for a whole decade if it comes that way. I love my apartment and the services that come with it. The office are always attentive whenever I need assistance with anything and they always help me with whatever I need. I love the upgrade to security and the fact that they always inform the residents about new information.

    Must say Clean pool and quite all the time, never had a roach problem I guess it just depends how people live. Towing no problem as long as you read and abide by the rules duh! Maggie the lady in the front is gr8. My time here has come to an end and moving to the SW closer to my job but I would definitely rent here again! Yes there are a couple of rude people that live there but nothing I couldnt handle.

    I moved in April 2014 and I havent had any issues. My neighbors are friendly and so is the staff and maintenance dept. As far as safety; there is crime everywhere no matter how nice the complex is, but I feel safe here. I never hear loud music outside and the property is clean.

    Hello everyone I have had the most wonderful time and peace at Tall timbers Apartments. I loooove it sooooo much. Vanessa is the first point of contact when you enter the office and she is a doll. We always have outdoor and indoor activities for the kids. I dont have kids, but I always see and be invited to all the activities that be going on. Management is wonderful. Maintenance is on time and most of all My apartment was used for a show off to Cooperate because Mrs. Sherree thought it was so nicely cleaned. Once you move here you dont want to move out.

    At first was not happy but it was ok my neighbors was nice nobody bother me took me two months to kill the roaches but they came and sprayed every Tuesday I think. so I have no complaints Im only moving cause I needed a two bedroom two bath but if I had to come back on this side of town I would stay here again

    Great Place to Stay - I have been living here over three years. This a good place to live. It is quite place to live. The office has always taken care of any concered that I have had. The staff is courteus and friendly. The maintenance is professoinal they always speak when you see them.     The only problem that I have is that I was not compensated for the mice chewing on the arm of my leather love seat, I dont have $700.00 to have the arms of the sofa and loveseat redone in order for both to match, thats my rent payment and its still not repaired, I killed 3 mice late at night and I took pictures, they were coming in from behind the stove.
