Best place to live at! Everyone in the office is extremely nice and always ready to help. Unfortunately my lease is coming to an end. The only reason I do not renew is because I will be relocating to another city. I would renew my lease in a heartbeat if I could. Very quiet area, everyone is friendly, grass gets cut every week, appearance is very crucial to property management, there is not a single area that is dirty. This is indeed a luxury apartment complex! The staff makes you feel at home, this apartment complex cares about their residents!!!!!

I have enjoyed calling Tacara home for the past almost 3 years. The office is always helpful and super nice. We haven’t experienced any major issues or situations that have made us want to leave. I would recommend living here in a heartbeat. The drive up the apartments is just gorgeous and the apartments themselves are so beautiful. We love the white kitchen and dark tile bathrooms. Not many apartments have a pool that is separate from the buildings so you feel more comfortable and private. And they also have 24 hours amenities which is awesome because most apartments when the office close EVERYTHING closes. Tacara has thought of it all. You will love this property.

My wife and I have lived at Tacara Stone Oak for over two years now and absolutely love it! This luxury apartment complex is nestled in a beautiful part of San Antonio, offering amazing amenities, fantastic staff, and high-end apartments. Some of our favorite features include the resort-style pool and clubhouse, the spacious dog park, and the private gym. The complex is also set back from roadways and retail areas, making it feel secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Throughout our time here, the staff—especially Houston and Jessica—have consistently gone above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend Tacara Stone Oak to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

I have been living here for almost a year and It has been the best place Ive ever been. On the day of the tour, just by going into the club house I said to my roommate where do we sing?. And the apartment complemented or secured my decision.Not only the facility is resort level quality, but the staff and the way the entire administration of the complex is handled is simply different, professional and committed to make us, the residents, feel like every penny we are paying is worth it.100% recommended.

Been living in this apartment complex since it first opened in 2021. I have had a great experience living here for over 3 years. Management and maintenance people have been great and I haven’t had no issues at all. When I put a maintenance request things get fix right away. The new dog park is amazing and my fur babies love it. Absolutely recommend living here.

I have been living at this property since May 2021 and I have yet to have a bad experience.Anytime I have any issues with anything, either maintenance or front office have been able to help me in a timely manner.The amenities are great, location is amazing and very easy access to main highways and roads. Id highly recommend anyone to stop by and check out the units.The workers do their best to keep the property clean and looking great. Even when the gates break they fix them within the same day or the very next. The property itself is very quiet and respectful never had an instance with any of my neighbors.

I just moved in 2 months ago. Tacara Stone Oak is an amazing place to live and they have everything. From the gym, to the pool, to a place where you can even bathe your dog. The staff is awesome and rssponds quicky. Also work order requests have been done efficiently. I have no issues and enjoy my time here :) I also did my lease and everything over the phone when I was coming from maryland with with management, knowing Im military and made everything straight to the point so I can move in right when I landed in Texas.

Great location with modern amenities and a positive environment! The manager (Houston) is always eager to assist with any concerns to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The atmosphere is welcoming and the location is nigh unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and other nearby attractions. Ive lived in several places around San Antonio but Ive definitely felt most at home here.

My daughter and I love it here!I moved to Tacara Stone Oak 9 months ago from south of the Rim at Palomino Apartments and I’m so glad I made the decision to move from there. I love the bright open layout of my 1 bedroom, cabinet space, huge closet, desk area with bookshelves, easily adjustable fans and blinds, large kitchen, laundry area with shelving. There is only carpet in the room and closet so my allergies and asthma have been so much better after moving away from an apartment with carpet throughout. They literally thought of everything in the design which is part of why I picked these apartments. The other reason is the amazing gym that has everything you need - free weights, kettle bells, weighted balls, bags, vest, weight machines, smith machine, cable machine, T bar, TRX suspension, punching bag, treadmills, ellipticals, rower, stair master, curved runner, resistance bands … just everything. The landscaping is well maintained and while I don’t have a dog they have 2 huge dog park areas that look so awesome I want a dog. The pool is beautiful and has a huge area for BBQs and plenty of tables and seating for gathering. The clubhouse is also beautiful and available 24/7 for residents with TVs, bluetooth audio speaker system, pool table, shuffle board, and separate office/study area with public computers. Mailboxes are inside. Also there is video surveillance to catch any activity. Gates are fixed quickly when down and maintenance requests have been handled quickly as well - I requested AC maintenance and it was completed same day and pest control for fire ants and it was completed next day. Residents have been friendly. They also have monthly activities and staff are friendly and welcoming.It would also be nice to have instructions posted on how to use the various TVs and audio system after office hours when no staff are available to assist.The only con I have is that the apartment wasn’t cleaned to my expectations (crumbs in drawers, heavily built up soap scum on shower wall and faucets etc) and the yard has grass only on 1 side, the other side is dirt, dead grass, and I had to pull out lots of weeds/clovers. I noted and took pictures of every little nook and cranny upon move in, as I always do, so I would expect to have no fees when moving out as everything will be cleaned appropriately and there will be no additional damage when I move out.

We love our brand new apartment! Everything was great experience. Thanks to Renona who helped us from making appointment through virtual to processing and now as a resident. Coming from Northern VA and looking for a good apartment wasn’t easy at all when you’re from different state. Until Renona did the best of her ability by quickly responding to my questions on the email and by sending me virtual videos of the unit. Thanks to Ouya & Bella as well! They were all friendly and accommodating. We’re happy to be a resident here. Hope everything’s gonna be great until the end of our lease. I would greatly recommend Tacara at Stone Oak!

I am only leaving this amazing apartment complex because I have to move closer to family. I would stay here all my life if I could!!! My roommate and I had the best experience here. Mike the maintenance guy is the sweetest and most helpful. Office staff is great, we love Jessica! The dog park is a great addition. The pool was used by us a lot. Parking for visitors is my only minor complaint but nothing crazy. Again, I’m leaving here kicking and screaming because this has been the best apartment I’ve lived at in 6 years. Thanks Mike for being a rockstar!!!

Phenomenal complex! Phenomenal customer service! Phenomenal management team! Houston, Carlos, Jessica, and Alma (sorry if I misspelled your name ma’am) are fantastic! Perfect hires for the job. Extremely professional and polite, and everyone has answered every questions I’ve ever ask. They make the extra effort to go out of their way to make a resident feel heard and comfortable. Absolutely PERFECT maintenance team. Mr. Peter is A1 professional and on time! Didn’t leave a mess at all. All the other guys have never given us a problem or looked out of position. Very professional team. Fantastic job everybody.

I worked with Bree, Houston & Jessica and they were all phenomenal! No question went unanswered and they made my move in process extremely easy! Stopped by to take a tour which Bree lead and I looked at various units. Bree did not hesitate even one moment to show me either unit, she wanted to be sure I got an apartment I was happy with. I originally applied for a A1X and then decided to go with the A2 floor plan and Bree & Houston made the change easy. Bree & Houston also kept me up to date with everything. Jessica made sure I was happy with everything. Jessica was busy when I walked into the office but immediately stopped what she was doing so we could go through the new move in checklist. It really shows everyone cares about their guests! Phenomenal staff, amazing location, beautiful property, zero regrets!

The entire team at Tacara Stone Oak has been extremely helpful and accommodating during the leasing process. The location is extremely convenient with direct access to 281. There are new retail developments going up right next door which makes it even more an attractive location. The community itself is nice and very well kept up. We look forward to moving in!

Tacara staff was super helpful at move in... My apt at Cortlandview at TPC had burned down in Feb. 2021... I came by viewed and leased the same day. Renona answered all my questions put all of my concerns at ease. The move in process was seamless. After the devastation of the fire... she new how it affected me and why I needed an apartment by the stairs and easy access to my garage... she took care of me. Thank you!

Hey! If you want to live nice, clean, safe and feel pampered, you and your dog, Tacara is the place. The community is AMAZING and you can enjoy your favorite stores right in front of it. My experience in Tacara has everything I want for me and my family. The pet park is my dog Jacks Disney, which he enjoys with his friends. They have professional staff and also in Spanish SUPER!!
