    I have lived in a house for 29 years so I was a little nervous moving back into an apartment. I have been at Sync City Line for a month and a half and so far so good. Management has been great. They communicate timely and often. Work order requests have been resolved quickly. The entire staff has been courteous and helpful. They also have nice open areas to walk my dog. I am happy to call this place my new home.

    Randomly decided to tour due to amazing prices for a studio! Staff was so kind and conversational I immediately felt welcome- shout out to Melody my agent! I applied right on the spot. The location is amazing and a walk away from anything you need!

    Great location, staff is friendly, and apartments have beautiful finishes! Rating is a 4-star due to a few broken appliances I had upon move-in, however, maintenance has since resolved the issues and Im grateful to the leasing staff for being helpful.

    The staff is amazing Nikki and Mercedes are the best at assisting you with leasing and with any need you maybe facing. When I moved in I expected that if I had a maintenance issue it would take like weeks or sometimes months as that was what I have been accustomed to, but it’s sometimes in hours. What like blew my mind I appreciate all up-heads information when something is happening on the property I love this place

    Management, leasing, and the maintenance teams are outstanding and always worry about their residents. They will always do their best to ensure their residents are comfortable. If any issues arise they always act fast to get it resolved. They have a great team put together and highly recommend this property.

    Melodi was great! She showed me a two bedroom apartment and all the amenities that Sync has to offer! I was very impressed by her knowledge of the community. The gym was really cool as well as the clubhouse! She also explained the pet rules to me very clearly as I do have a large dog! Ill be back to see her for my May move in!

    I’ve been living at SYNC CityLine for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the start, Niki and the team made my move-in process seamless and stress-free, which made settling in so much easier. The community itself is fantastic, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.One of the best things about living here is the location. With easy access to I-75 and George Bush Turnpike, getting anywhere in DFW is a breeze. Whether it’s commuting to work or heading out for a weekend adventure, I love how convenient everything is from here.If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and an awesome management team, SYNC CityLine is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

    Overall management / maintenance was good and the complex was kept clean and staff was always kind / helpful! The missing star comes from lack of action when there are disturbing upstairs neighbors. Now, I know you subject yourself to some of that with 1st floor apartment but when music is shaking your apartment and someone is apparently training for a marathon during the “quiet hours” it’s a little much.

    The pool is huge and the gym has a nice view and lots of machines. Overall the property is very nice looking! Matt in the front office was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Will be back soon!

    I have lived at Sync for 2 years now & am so happy to report that the staff is incredible. They always knew me by name and said hi every time they saw me. They put together amazing events for the tenants to mix and mingle! My maintenance requests were always taken care of in a timely manner! I wouldn’t leave if my job wasn’t taking me somewhere else. We had a package situation and they made sure that I got my packages back & kept them up front for me.I see some reviews talk about our water going out or the power, first off it was weather situations & totally out of their hands BUT the staff always sent out timely communications on what was going on.Even at 8PM you’d get emails updating you on what was going on. People just be typing to be mad at someone 😂I love Sync, love the staff! Thank you Mercedes! Thank you Niki!!!Thanks for everything! I’ll miss it here!

    I had an amazing living experience at Sync Cityline. Both of my apartments were in great condition upon move-in and they were very spacious. The management/leasing team at this community are so professional and they go above and beyond to make sure maintenance orders are carried out as well as making sure concerns are addressed. The maintenance team at this property is also great. They respond to orders in a timely fashion and they clean up after themselves. Thanks you guys for everything. You will be greatly missed!

    I recommend these apartment complex highly. I love my apartment and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Over the year, maintenance has fixed a number of problems, all of which were more in line with improvements, such as a new shower head.     I recently visited SYNC Cityline and was assisted by Nikki. Even though we aren’t moving in until May 2025. She toured us around the community with open an arms and made us feel welcome. Grounds looked well maintained and the home we saw was clean and looks updated. We will keep in touch with her once it’s close to our time.

    My son and I moved from a house to these apartments after a emotional breakup with my partner. I have a million things going on right and didn’t know the first thing about moving into an apartment.I want to give a BIG SHOUTOUT to ERICA and ASHLEY for getting me approved and moved in within 3 days! These 2 ladies went above and beyond to answer all my hundreds of questions and get a few things fixed in the apartment within a couple of days moving in.The complex is clean and quite and all my neighbors are friendly and have even helped my son and I bring in groceries from my car since i recently had triple back surgeries. The workers/staff are always quick to wave and say hi when they see us.The location is AWESOME! Just a quick walk across the street is the dart rail and great places to eat, hangout, walk the dogs and listen to live music!THANKS ALEXAN CROSSINGS FOR AN OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

    I wanted to send some appreciation and recognition to the staff at SYNC Cityline! They will always greet you with a smile 😊 and upbeat personality when you come in with a question or they see you in the halls while they make their rounds. It helps when you have concern or just need an extra picker up in the day. They are always available and thorough in answering any questions or concerns no matter how big or small. They will go out of their way to help you. For example I ordered Uber Eats and delivery driver dropped it off at the office. Mercedes brought it up and dropped it off at apartment because she knew I was under the weather. This is just one example of the many great things the staff does. They also get the amenities and important parts of establishment fixed quickly while keeping you updated on the situation. I have lived at other well known apartments and I won’t see completed job done for months. This place gets the gates, elevators, pool, weight rooms fixed promptly and that stands out to the residents. So I want to send a big thank you 🙏🏻 to Niki, Mercedes, Dani, Estevan, Mario, and Jorge!!!!!-Charles

    I recently moved into Sync at CityLine about a month ago, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere was palpable. The staff at the office are incredibly responsive and accommodating, particularly Estevan.The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting environment. Despite facing the highway, Im pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is inside—noise from the highway is barely noticeable.The location is another major plus. Sync at CityLine is just a short walk away from CityLine Shopping Mall, which makes it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining.Overall, my experience at Sync at CityLine has been outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

    Even though I had a call a couple times they were courteous and concerned about getting the job done. They answered each time. It was hard to see the issue with the toilet so you would have to sit on it. Once they figured it out it was fixed.

    I lived here for almost 2 years and loved it. It felt safe and clean. The leasing office team was always friendly and quick to help (especially Mercedes and Niki). The landscaping looks fantastic as compared to the previous management company (sprinkler pipes exposed and very little plants around the property). Loved my apartment (especially the wine fridge). It always felt like home. The location was great for walking to restaurants, bars, and Whole Foods. Never had any issues going for runs and not feeling safe. Can’t recommend this complex enough!!

    Lived here almost three years! They changed management halfway through but they’ve kept the consistency. This apartment has been great overall. Definitely feel like it was worth it to live here. S/O to Mercedes and the staff. They are amazing and accommodating. They always do right by the residents.I’ll give you guys some pros and cons since no place is perfect.Pros:- Nice apartment- Gas fire grills (Rare in apartments these days)- Sonos wall speakers- Decent gym- 5 story parking garage- Right next to Whole Foods, Chick-fil-A, and a lot of other typical stores- Good value for what you pay forCons:- Next to the DART train which isn’t important to me but can bring randos from Dallas haha- Kinda its own island inside of Richardson- The gym has been going down hill the last few months. They can definitely fix all that though.- Sometimes packages get lost but are good 95% of the time- There’s been a trend with residents the last year or two to completely trash the garbage chute area. Some people need to grow up and throw their trash down the chute it’s not that hard. I would be pissed if I was maintenance.

    The move-in process was quick given the fact that I toured on a Friday and moved in the following Friday. The income verification process wasnt as tedious as some of the reviews I read before moving to this complex. I noticed an issue with the shower knob upon move in and notified the office and the request was completed the same day. I hope that my future request will be handled with the same dedication. Parking in the garage is restricted, however guests can register to park on the rooftop or the parking areas outside of the complex without registering. There are some nice eateries in the area since this is the Cityline area of Richardson. So far I am enjoying my apartment and my introduction to the office staff.

    Truly was a wonderful experience dealing with this company. Needed a 3 month lease for my son doing an internship and they did not disappoint. I can’t sing Ariel’s praises enough!! She was super fantastic and so helpful throughout the entire process. Mercedes was also great! The property manager, Nicci was also willing to help out with a particular situation. The staff is wonderful, the apartment turned out great, and I would highly recommend this complex.

    Ive been living here for almost 4 months, and so far, Ive loved it. The office and maintenance staff are always so friendly and helpful. I havent had any big maintenance issues, and the apartment was in great shape and clean when we moved in. The units we toured were perfect representations of the unit we moved into. The apartments have good soundproofing, so we almost never hear our neighbors. Additionally, the heating and cooling system is efficient, keeping our electricity bill low compared to previous places I have lived. I was nervous before moving in by previous reviews about car break ins, but I havent heard about or seen anything like that since Ive been living here. The area is really nice as well. I love being able to take the dart into the city and having restaurants and other things to do within walking distance. I recommend this complex to anyone interested.

    Awesome place, long post!First time in a long time living in an apartment, it’s quiet for the most part! I thoroughly enjoy the gas stoves!!!!Laterally I can’t here the neighbors, but above me I can hear their steps.I live in the courtyard side, no one visits it, so it’s quiet, the concierge package system is great.There is no fear so far of courier leaving packages unattended at your front door when to big!The parking feels tight, some people go fast around the corner, and don’t make use of sticking to the right, making navigating around bothersome. (Electric car charging station on second level, not sure about the others.)The charging cables are long, it’s inconveniently installed in from of handicapped parking and not one space over, making it tricky with the charging cables!.It’s great so far, but currently it’s only been less than a month.I also love that practically everything is around a 5-8 minute drive!!!! All big box stores, restaurants. Downtown Plano! I haven’t gone to see how far the nature preserve is!So far it’s great! In the 1 bed style, I got washer and dryer included! Small is for the price, but enjoy the granite or marble countertops!I haven’t needed to call for maintenance for anything, there is an app for that!Nest thermostat included in all the units! I’m one street walk over from dart rail, I’ve seen the school bus stop at the corner, there are couple of dog parks, also with in walking distance. dog washing station, and the bike locking station closetNothing is ever perfect, but this complex nearly is!!!!

    As most places, there are pros and cons. Firstly, the new manager is amazing!! She is so kind and I know she really cares about her job, and the community.The are is great! I love living off of 75 and PGB, makes my commute very convenient. I also love the surroundings. I havent used the dart yet, but I can see how it could be useful for a night out in Dallas. I love having a Whole Foods so close by, minus the fact they take all my money lol.I will say the package situation is not the best, as I dont trust someone wont take my package off my porch, and for some reason half of the delivery people wont/ or dont, know how to use the concierge service.The apartment itself is pretty great. Lots of storage. I love the gas stove and the little mudroom area. I also really appreciate the Nest (as little of a deal it is, I still love it). I love the concrete floors, high ceilings, and spacious shower.Only cons I have are that the gym is ALWAYS busy, and people have no etiquette. The apartments are open to anyone because the inside doors do not require a fob. The pool foliage is not kept up, the palm trees are dead. Half of the time the garage gate is broken or stuck. Neighbors also are not the kindest, which of course is everywhere. I will say, if you have a dog and do not work from home, the chances of you having neighbors that complain are very high. This is supposed to be dog friendly so if you prefer peace and quiet 24/7, do not live here.

    Reading past reviews I was a little hesitant to move in. I expressed my concerns about the reasons for the poor reviews and was assured they have been resolved.So far... Its great! The staff has been nothing but friendly. Before I even moved in I was traveling and they stayed in touch and answered all my questions before signing the lease.The apartment itself is incredible The layout flows nicely. The windows keep unwanted outside noise out and the cool air in. The upgrades are fantastic too.Upon moving in I did notice that the water filter needed changing and they apartment quickly got me a new one.Overall Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live that offers numerous amenities and services.

Also met Julie (the manager) and she was really cool. My wife and I intend on renting here in March while our new home is being built.     Reasons to rent here:- Office staff is kind and professional- Location in Dallas/Cityline is great- Floor plans and quality of apartments are really nice- Parking garage is safe, scheduled to be cleaned too, and there’s plenty of parking available. Yes, if you’re arriving at late hours you may have to utilize parking further up in the garage as mostly everyone is home.- Quiet area with minimal street noise- Amenities: pool, club room, gym, access lockers for packages, etc. get an A+

    Enjoyed living at Alexan Crossing for a year before my husband was promoted out of state. They have multiple floor plans to choose from, a large workout room and a nice lounge room you can host small gatherings if enough notice is given. The staff was awesome (Breanna you rock) and attentive to any concerns we had. I would recommend Alexan Crossing Apartments because they provide options to meet most housing needs.

    Great apartment complex! Best location for Dallas - easily accessible and short commute to downtown Dallas and North Dallas cities (Plano, Allen, McKinney). Super friendly people that work at complex as well as live there! Apartments are super nice and complex is very quiet! Love it!

    I was going thru a major life change and Breanna was wonderful, making the application and approval process seamless and reducing my stress level to zero for this move. A very detailed packet is provided with all the information you need and its so helpful while you get familiar and adjust. I feel very safe when Im out and about in the community, and all the residents I have come across have been really friendly. Im going on a month of being here and have had a very positive experience.

    I love my new apartment! I posted photos of the empty unit on FB before I moved in and I was instantly the envy of all my friends!The ammenitam really live up to the photos on the website, which is pleasantly surprising to me. I felt welcomed from the moment I met Chris.Then Ashley took care of some loose ends for me, and she was just delightful.The whole team is responsive & have a sense urgency.My emergency literally BECOMES their emergency, and that is why I sing their praises with whomever I talk to!Thanks to the whole team, especially maintenance, for attending to my needs so quickly!

    Best Apartment Anywhere Alexan Crossing in Richardson!! Initially I dreaded relocating and moving from a house to an apartment, but I visited Alexan Crossing over one year ago I was in the process of trying to find a suitable apartment. I was right away impressed with friendliness and professionalism of Breanna Dozier who answered my question and assisted me with the paperwork. Breanna made the transition go much smoother, and I havent regret moving here its a wonderful place to stay. Kudos to Breanna for being an exceptional leasing consultant that truly makes a difference because she cares about the residents. I definitely will be RENEWING my upcoming lease.

    We moved to Alexan crossing a month ago. I was worried about the safety and security matters due to some of the bad reviews and negative reflections but I want to tell everyone who wants to choose to live in Alexan Crossing that during a full month we have never felt insecure. all the entrance gates are working with the remote controller and none of the public areas are accessible by none residence.

    Chris was awesome and so was the other lady that helps with the events and we promised to move in when out current lease was up. Unfortunately, Chris was transferred to another office and someone else that waa a new member had to show my gf the new apartment. My gf said the person that showed her the place this time didn’t offer any discounts/deals for signing the lease and didn’t halfway meet the standard Chris set when we went months ago. Therefore we ended going with another complex that offered deals and provided similar service like chris. Maybe it was just a bad day for that person, but it definitely changed our minds to move in. But im still leaving 5 stars because it is a nice place and Chris was awesome!

    Carly went above and beyond to help find a 1 bedroom that fit our needs. With us being over a 1000 miles away she even took pictures of various units for us to make a decision.
