    I just recently came and toured this property last week. It was very clean and the amenities and common areas were beautiful. Also the staff really knows their stuff you can tell they enjoy working there. Which made things really easy for me. Definitely will be keeping them at the top of my list.

    I have been here for almost a year now. This is a prime location for shopping, restaurants, movies, and more! It is within walking distance to City Centre.The rent is comparable to other apartment complexes within a five-mile radius. The apartment was managed by Midway. In January 2022 the building ownership changed. SYNC Residential is now overseeing the property.With this change, I hope SYNC Residential will implement changes for the better of the residents and the property. Hoping for the best since my lease renewal is coming up!

    Ok I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here was top notch. I recently took a tour of the property and was blown away at how beautiful and well maintained the property is. I asked a ton of questions and the Office Manager (Melodie) answered every one and was really kind. I already have friends that live here, so I am super excited to join them. The location can’t be beat either!

    Ive been residing at SYNC CityCentre for a year now, and it has been an absolutely amazing experience! Right from the start, the staff has been incredibly warm and attentive. The amenities are fantastic, and the common areas are beautifully kept. The location is unbeatable, providing convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.I want to give a special mention to the leasing team, Mychal and Christina, who always go the extra mile to ensure that residents are content and comfortable. Their friendly and professional approach truly distinguishes this place. The maintenance team, particularly Nestor and Jose, are always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues.Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to live at SYNC CityCentre.     So I came to tour Sync City Centre for my future move and fell in love. I was greeted by Christina who was so nice and helpful. Honestly, she was the best tour I had all day and then after seeing the property with its pool and gym facility I knew this was the place for me. My apartment is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows! I can’t wait for my move! Thanks to all the staff I met who were so kind, I’ve found my new home!

    I have lived at Sync for 6 years now and the current staff is great to work with. Christina, Michael, and the maintenance team are always very kind, courteous, and professional. Christina recently assisted me with a minor issue before the office opened. I was willing to wait but she insisted on resolving the issue immediately. That meant a lot to me. She’s always willing to go the extra mile and does it with a smile. That level of customer service along with the location makes it difficult to leave Sync. Thank you!

    Amazing location! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mychal. I have only had a minor maintenance issue and it was addressed promptly. Parking on certain levels limited to residents and parking spots are very spacious. Facilities and grounds are always kept tidy. I work remote and have no exterior noise issues nor issues with noise from neighbors. I really enjoy living here.

    Relocating to Houston a few months ago felt daunting, but thanks to the warm welcome and seamless assistance from the leasing staff, the transition was remarkably smooth.     I recently visited SYNC at city centre to inquire about possibly living there. I was coming in from out of town so I got there near closing time. But Christine took the time to talk me about what the property had to offer, and even gave me a tour of the great amenities on the property. I asked tough questions about challenges that tenants faced, and she answered them sincerely. The authenticity and the professionalism was something that I truly enjoyed. Not to mention how nice everything on the property was. SYNC is definitely on my radar for my next place to stay.

    I love my experience at SYNC CityCentre. Having been here 8 months, they make living in an apartment complex a breeze while also fostering a community. This is the first apartment where I have felt like the staff knows me by name (and I have lived in 5 different complexes over the years). Just a wonderful, friendly, and upbeat staff.     While the apartment has it’s difficulties at times with maintenance (just like every other complex you find) the staff is nothing short of excellent.     Overall the site is wonderful. It feels well thought out in design and many many many many amenities. For the price brackets of all layouts, a tenant would get so much more for their money compared to other properties. This site really has a feel and flare of being high end, luxury with the many community spaces throughout. I visited other properties in same area that were supposed to be premier and was already leaning heavy to securing one of them. I looked at Sync literally on a whim and dont even know why I googled or what drove me to do that. I quickly followed up with ones I had viewed and cancelled my other tours and went with this property!! It was a no brainer!

    Mychal was very helpful and a pleasure to work with! I moved in last weekend and absolutely love this place. However, the elevator situation is horrific. The one near my apartment and the service has been out of service for a while. Then to come home on Monday and have another elevator out. Please fix this inconvenience.

    Love the location! I can wake up and stroll over to work, which is a huge plus. Not to mention all the shopping around here. Spending way too much money in NIKE LOL.     I had the pleasure working with Monica to help me find a one bedroom apartment. She displayed a level of professionalism seldom seen today. She showed true interest in helping us select the right for his needs. Monica thoroughly explained their pricing and length of contracts. She left no stone unturned.This apartment is for my son who just graduated from college and will be starting his career in Houston. I feel great knowing that Monica will be there for any questions he may have.     I have lived here since November and I absolutely love it. I have a dog and I love how pet friendly the Alexan is. The staff are always so accommodating and happy to help with anything and everything. All of the workers are always super peppy and laughing and smiling when I go downstairs. However, the Starbucks coffee machine is definitely my favorite feature. I definitely save a lot of money!

    Visited a friend here.Very nice apartment building. Excellent amenities. Clean. Helpful staff. Parking.Located right off of two major freeways, plenty of upscale dining in walking distance. Plenty of food places in general within a five minute drive.In fact, anything you need is within a ten minute drive. Gas, Sams Club, Costo, Groceries, etc.

    The apartment is nice. The staff is great. The location is fantastic. Apartment living just comes with some standard frustrations. You cant control what other tenants do when they dont pick up after themselves, or their pets, and the cost of living is just getting more expensive. But. For an apartment, this is a very nice one.

    I have lived at all the different apartments in City Centre and honestly Alexan has been the best apartment by far. Everything here is just so much better their friendly and helpful staff always finds a way to accommodate your needs. The complex is always clean. All of the bathrooms and the common areas like the pool and sky lounge are always kept up with. One amazing perk here is that they have Starbucks coffee 24/7 for free and free WiFi throughout the complex. Will definitely resign 👍🏼

    Great tour. Leasing agent was professional and very friendly. The amenities were very nice and well kept. The common areas were very clean. I ran into 3 residents who told me how much they enjoy living at Alexan and shared positive feedback. The apartment units are beautiful. The unit we cane to lease wasn’t available to view but other options were made available. The location is AMAZING! Unfortunately the construction was a negative for us. The only unit available was facing IH10 or the construction site.Overall it’s a 5 but the construction takes away a star.

    I give Alexan CityCenter a 5star. By far, a great community to live in! My place is beautiful and cozy with an open floor plan. I have an amazing view of the pool from my balcony. CityCentre is in a great location within walking distance CityCentre plaza. The staff here is absolutely amazing! The staff here are absolutely amazing, specifically Angela, Mrs. B, and Kim. Those three ladies always greet me by name as I enter the building with warm smiles. Additionally, if I have any problems they are handled in a timely manner without hesitation. I highly recommend Alexan CityCentre

    I have been a resident at The Alexan CC for over a year now and the experience only continues to get better and better! I love how everything in CC is within walking distance and all of the amenities at the complex are phenomenal. However, the greatest asset to this location by far is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and truly do their best to make you feel like you’re family. Maintenance works tirelessly to complete all repairs and in my personal experience all tasks have been completed within an hour. I’ve just renewed my lease and if this experience continues I’ll gladly renew for a third time. Well done, Alexan.

    What can I say about the Alexan at City Centre, accept that it is Fantastic!This is a First Class property and very nice residents Accommodations.One of the most Awesome events we have, are the Residents Socials, this is where new and old residents can get together and meet each other and network at the same time. The other thing that I like about living at the Alexan is that the staff here take such Excellent care of us, and are always Professional and diligent in taking care of our needs, very rare these days.I guess the things that seals the deal for me, is that living here feels like home to me, the place, the Staff, and the people.     I love living here! Easy access to Beltway 8 makes for an easy commute to NW Houston for me and the CityCentre location allows me to just walk out of my door and be near restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping. The building is well maintained and maintenance usually arrives the same day I submit a request. Pool and well- equipped gym allows me to go without paying for a gym membership. The ladies in the front office know my name (thanks Angela and Kim!) and are always available if I have questions or need help, and they throw great residents events as well. The community is a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Grateful to call Alexan CityCentre home.

Alexis and Megan were so helpful and sweet with helping me pick out the right unit, especially since mine was even released until about a month after I first started looking at this property.     Lindsey at Alexan has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I am moving from out of state to Alexan and she has been able to answer all my questions clearly and promptly. She has been so patient with me, as I am a first time renter, which has made this stressful process so much easier.     SYNC citycentre is the best place to live. The leasing office, management, and maintenance team are always willing to help with anything you need and with quickness. I love different holidays here at SYNC, the leasing office/management hosts different parties and contests with awesome prizes that anyone would be excited for. Not to mention the location is perfect and being able to walk to citycentre for food, shopping, & entertainment is the best. You don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to, so many things are in walking distance.     Living at the new Alexan City Centreso far has been fantastic! Everything is so new and top of the line. Megan and the rest of the Alexan staff made moving in an easy and pleasant process.The amenities included with living here are game changers! Package concierge that allows you to retrieve your package without waiting for anyone. A huge gym with new equipment and a view of the pool. Air conditioned hallways are a must while living in Houston summer heat.It provides easy access to the shops and restaurants that City Centre has to offer. I look forward to a continued awesome experience living here!

    Alexan CityCentre is THE place to be! This property is professionally managed by highly-skilled and professional staff: from maintenance to Concierge, to the leasing agents and manager (especially Kim and Angela), they are all super nice and responsive. The grounds, pool, courtyards, and pet spa are maintained to an immaculate level every-single-day. And on top of that, the location is great: a hop skip & jump from City Center, and less than 5 minutes from Memorial City Mall, and 10 minutes from the Energy Corridor.

    Everyday I wake up I am so happy to be at the Alexan City Centre!! My coffee is waiting, the fitness center is completely stocked with everything you need for a great workout with the latest equipment, and the courtyard is peaceful to catch up on some emails!!! The dog also loves the Alexan City Centre while laying out on the balcony watching all the action below. ALL of the staff is amazingly accommodating from Sammie and Linda and Flora to each of the ladies of the Leasing Office!! The boyfriend enjoys hanging out atop the Sky Lounge relaxing and listening to the night music. Last thing Ill say about Alexan City Centre is NO HOUSTON TRAFFIC to battle because I walk everywhere now. Happy Lady here!

    I would absolutely recommend this complex to everyone! The office.maintenance/concierge staff are extremely helpful and polite!! The location is great - just outside of the City Centre entrance so you can avoid traffic getting in and out!!! Even though it is located at the beltway and I-10 the noise level of traffic is 0 from my building which is towards the North end facing West. Absolutely love this place and just renewed for another 15 months!!

    I ABSOLUTELY LUV THE ALEXAN CITY CENTRE APTS!!! I moved here 5 days before Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and I do not plan on moving anytime soon, well unless I get hitched! Lol!!!Seriously, the ACC Staff is very professional, friendly, fun and love their residents. Whenever, I submit a maintenance request, its taken care of before the next day before close of business (MOST of time, the next morning).     Virgilio from maintenance came and unclogged my sink and in no time the water was running down the sink again. Then he asked if I needed anything else and I had a ceiling fan with a missing piece to pull to turn it on, and earlier that week I had been lifting weights and broke the blind chain, he finished both of those in no time.     The Alexen at city center is a very nice community to liveBut there alot of problem the property needs to work outLike people or not respecting the pool hours and having party when the pool area is closed and being very loud and when u call the office to have someone come to tell the to leave and from hours later no one has came to shut down the party its been on going for months now. And people or parking where ever and theres no alexen stickers on there car and there just parking where ever .Again its a nice community people or. Ot following the rules thats,in place and they need to have the security guard walk the pool area at. Night. And they need to start towing cars if there parking in front with no stickers. It makes it hard for Residents to park and check their mail.And the car breaks have stopped but as long people keep opening the doors for strangers there going to keep having problemsUntil its under control.Thank you for your time

    Customer service very professional. Ed, leasing agent, was knowledgeable of the property and friendly. The community is well kept, variety of amenities, lots of parking for residents and guests. Highly recommend to visit property with possible move-in.

    Way to go Virgilio!! I just moved from a big house in Galveston and Ive needed a quite a few things fixed. Fridge, AC and Toilet.I just gotta say Virgilio is great! Very nice guy and seems to know how to fix everything.Thanks again Virgilio.....

    Best Apartment complex In Houston, Alexan City Centre is close to everything (IE: Downtown Houston 15 minutes, Katy,Tx. 15 minutes). Amenities are amazing as well and the BEST part of Alexan City Centre are the two great leasing agents.... Angela and Kim!!! TEN STARS service is a must!!!!

    I love living here. Everyone is so friendly. The staff here is responsive to anything you need or any concerns you may have. There is also much to do around here in walking distance! Best place I’ve lived so far.

    I just move in for a couple of weeks now . I love it here and everything is so convenient. Its next to city centre and four minutes from work. The amenities are so awesome here. If I need anything they are on it quick and Kim Obey always answers every questions that I have.
