The place is cool and quite. The apartment very spacious and clean, just as I expected and wished for. However, my move-in wasnt funny. I expected some assistance - haulage,lift etc....but none. I had to drag every single item to the topmost floor myself. I wish some move-in arrangements could be added.

Had a wonderful experience! I have not gotten all the way moved in and I know with the limited parking spaces, its going to be crazy. I will be prepared for this. It’s nice don’t get me wrong! I love the area and my apartment but I have to be honest. When it came to my move in, I believe the staff should have conducted a final walkthrough before I did my initial walkthrough. There were many big problems that needed to be fixed which I believe should have been taken care of before I even moved in. Maintenance will get the work orders done as quickly as possible. Which I try to understand their timing taking into consideration there are several other units. I just feel like the communication needs more development between front office staff, maintenance, and tenants. For an example, my garage door was stuck and the work order was placed “on hold” there was no further correspondence to me about that which made me feel like I was pushed to the back of the queue. When I went into the office, that’s when I was informed that it was placed on hold due to a part that needed to be ordered.

Pest control is becoming an issue. I been here for 3 years and Im noticing an increase in stray cats, roaches and now mice. I witness this same orange cat cornering a mouse on my patio. Siiigh. The maintenance situation seems to be slowing down now. I had a service request in for a year to replace the viynl floor coming up in the kitchen. Still not done. I put in a request to have a fan put in the small bedroom two months ago because that room stays hot due to bad ventilation or maybe clogged vents. Not sure both the complex has not address any issues. I heard there was a changed in management, if it was, there was no flyer, message or signs posted. Idk, I love being here but wish they would up keep like when I first got here.

I moved here September of last year and I love it. Ladies at the office are amazing. Very helpful and always full of energy. The property is very clean, but the only thing that’s a problem is finding parking after a certain time. It becomes really hard but other than that, it’s an amazing place to leave and will definitely recommend

Lived here for almost 3 years in the past, left during Covid to be close to family but I plan on returning in the future. Not sure how things are recently but in the past I had no issues with the complex. The management team was professional and mind their business. Only issue i ever had was parking like most complexes especially on weekends, but I took care of that by renting a garage. The apartments are well built, the complex is fairly quiet, neighbors were always to themselves. Looking for apartments now always leads me back here.

Sync has been my place to live, the management is excellent and when I need help with a problem in the apartment it is exceptional. I cannot lie, I am very comfortable in my apartment. BUT the last week of December some conflictive, aggressive, noisy neighbors moved. I made the report to the office and consulted with experts regarding this situation, unfortunately the administration of the departments cannot do anything, it only remains to call the police and make the official report. Its a shame that people like my neighbors live like this and ruin well-managed properties.

I toured with Cindy and she was AMAZING! She was very detailed polite and attentive to my needs. She showed me exactly what I was looking for and addressed all of my concerns. She even told me the schools that the property was zoned to! If your looking to tour be sure to ask for Cindy ☺️☺️

Only been a part of the community for 9 months but I love it!! Its a very nice and quiet culturally mixed community. The staff is amazing!! Yes, there are a few things I would suggest changing such as creating more parking spaces, adding sprayers to the kitchen sinks,updating the washer/dryer units and supplying more storage space but beyond that, I feel its a very nice place to live. Theres wasted space on some of the balconys that could be used for small storage closets. It would be nice if there were plans on future construction of this space. It may be the neighbors I have and/or the location of my unit but I rarely hear my neighbors. A minimal amount of kids bounce basketballs at times but theyre kids who live in an apartment complex, noise is to be expected. I love the idea that the residence feel comfortable enough to exercise by walking the apartment community daily. Whether the weather is warm or cold, several people take to walking the area. It would be nice to have a walking path put inside the complex.

Just moved in today makes a week. Front desk is very nice and easy to get along with. Bri is awesome. I had a very easy move in and the steps were pretty simple and smooth. Atmosphere is very quiet and neighbors are calm and chill. I do however prefer you to get reserved parking or garage parking spaces fill up very fast.

He offered assistance in many ways and replied to my 1000 questions without hesitation or annoyance! The apartment is great, the location is awesome and the specials they had were very attractive. It very nice and if the details of this apartment was large as in 300sqft more in the 2 bdrm I would never move but these are very nice apartments and very spacious and clean environment except if I had one complaint even though I use valet trash I dont like to see in apartments as nice as these du.pster area over loaded with trash and it makes the area look very low and nasty when its really not so I feel uall need more du.pster areas created for better appearance and manageable up keeping for the tenants and help mantinence

I am looking for a 2 bedroom home as I just gave my 60 days notice. I just spoke with The Sienna Community to an Adrian and was amazed by the friendly and professional service. You just dont see that any more. With all the places I looked I was ignored, floor plans and prices shoved in my hand, taken out to tour without even a hi whats you name. However at Sienna was different, so informative and was so proud to share the community with me.

I have only recently moved into the Elysian. It is very conveniently located - both for my work and also to get to all sorts of amenities.I have had no issues with management - they have all been very helpful when I have gone to talk to them (both Shawn and Manuel). I love the fact that I have a covered garage with my unit.Rent is comparable with any other similar properties in this and nearby areas and maybe even a bit more reasonable.There were some minor hiccups with the move in process - but they are slowly being sorted out.Property is very quiet and peaceful

Pros:Great location (near highway 6, in Sienna plantation), beautiful apartments, quiet area, safe neighborhood feel and well kept groundsCons:Management is inefficient & slow, not enough parking spaces, too many rules, expensive rent and lack of transparency (rules seem to change overnight)Conflict Resolution: The contract is convoluted so be careful terminating your contract early. Staff at the office may give you quotes but that doesnt cover all the fees such as concession fee, utilities and other fees. Be aware! Avoid talking to Manny at front desk. Ask to talk to Julie or Shawn if you want accurate information. Shawn personally helped me by waiving fees that Manny neglected to tell me about and helped me save money. Thank you for that extraordinary customer service.
