Hello my experience was pretty good. The only issues I encountered was the elevator being broken. Also I have a huge wasp nest on my balcony that I need to be taken down. Also there is a stain on the counter that cannot be replaced.

I rated 5 months ago and I still feel the same way about SYNC, this is by far the best complex I have lived in. Other than the parking, loud noises from thin walls I love it here. Each time there is any issues, they are on top of it the same day or no later than the next day. The only cons I have is my patio privacy, everyone can see you from any unit and the trash fee is a bit pricey. But overall, I love the area it’s very nice and safe!Thank you SYNC at Harmony for all that you do🫶🏽

Lauren V. was an amazing member of the office team that helped us every step of the way! Everything seems clean and safe, the people around us friendly. The elevator being broken on move-in day was kind of a bummer and made things extremely difficult, as I am a disabled woman, but hopefully theyll fix that sooner rather than later.

I have only lived here now about 2 months, but everything has gone fairly smoothly since I moved in. Once hurricane repairs were taken care of, all my maintenance requests were completed with satisfaction in a timely manner. Love having a garage and the valet trash pickup is so convenient and helpful to me. So far so good!

Just be aware that if you live here, your ONLY internet option will be Xfinity. You CANNOT choose another company or your price. You will have to pay SYNC for the internet. Around $56/month (as of February 2025) They just signed an exclusive contract with xfinity. So budget around $56 extra for the internet. No other price options. Cant choose the company you want anymore.

I live her. For the past 3 years. Pros: Lauren (leasing office receptionist) is super friendly and helpful. Good job, Lauren! You are awesome!Cons: EACH weekend there is a MOUNTAIN of trash bags on the ground near the dumpster. Because one dumpster is not enough for such a big community. It has been like this since the day we moved in 3 years ago, so unlikely anything will change. When choosing an apartment, I would recommend carefully checking what area your patio is overlooking. P.S.: If you choose an apartment in the building 7 and your patio is overlooking I-99, keep in mind that the Cole vet hospital across the fence has a backyard for dogs potty breaks. EACH day including Saturdays, exactly at 7.00 a.m. dogs start barking like crazy. I am a huge animal lover but it is a lot even for me. If you work from home or wake up later than 7a.m., you might want to choose another building.

I visited this property while on my search to find a new place to live and I was very impressed. The apartment I saw had a chic modern look and was clean and bright due to perfectly placed windows. The staff members were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pool was also a nice plus. Sync at Harmony is definitely at the top of my list for places I’m considering calling home.

Love the community and the convenience of how close everything is to the apartment complex. Just need better gym equipment and facilities. Need more shaded canopies by the pool. Also the trash system is very up and down. Outside those things. This is so far a great apartment complex.

Just renewed my lease. Love the atmosphere. I have lived in 2 separate apartments here and both I have had no issues. Very quiet. Very safe. The staff is so helpful. Natalie is always there to help and is very understanding and personable. Apartment living can be hard but they make things so easy. If you are looking for an apartment especially with kids, this is the place.

This was by far the best experience we had here in Houston. Moving from Louisiana in a short notice, was extremely stressful. The ladies at SYNC at Harmony omg was completely professional and caring. Both ladies made me feel absolutely at home and stress free, with no worries on how to get things set up. Mrs. Ashley was so sweet and wonderful, she took me to any floor plan I wanted to see and waited for me to decide which one made me feel at home. Me and my spouse went to three other locations in the Houston area, one took our deposit and lied to me about it, the second complex only wanted money and the lady was trying to flirt with my spouse. And the last one, she made us feel like we couldn’t afford anything by the way we looked.I am saying this to say, at SYNC at Harmony they will make sure you feel at home and help you with any needs you may have. Thank you so much ladies for taking a major load off my shoulders!

Maintenance is quick to respond. The office staff has always been nice and they consistently do holiday events, which I think is cute. The neighbors I’ve encountered since moving in roughly 3 months ago have all been friendly. The complex is quiet. I’ve really enjoyed staying here.The only downside is parking. Though, that being said, I’ve lived in complexes where the availability is far worse. Here, I can at least find parking still. I do get home from work late as well.

Our experience regarding the apartment community has been good and we are very happy to be here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good. The office staff always seems polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. One improvement and criticism is that we wished that ALL Tenants would clean up after their dogs as required. We believe in being clean courteous neighbors and hope all neighbors share the same sentiment.

I love the location and area! The apartment are very nice but I wish the apartment halls were clean. But the pool is very nice! But there are no such thing as quite hours or security. Have been woken up in the middle of the night as well has many pool parties that will not stop at 10pm. Maintenance has been so great and sweet! The office is great at communicating upcoming fun events! It’s been a good experience!

Ive read some pretty bad reviews on this place, but Im honestly very happy here. It is an amazing deal, financially. I love the amenities and the elevators and location. Ive never had an issue with bugs. My maintenance requests are filled the same day i submit them. Management is very sweet and accommodating. Parking can be an issue in the evenings, but Ive never had to walk too far to get to my apartment. The trash service can use improvement. Sometimes, they do not pick up your trash, and if they do not, you are responsible for bringing it back in or you are charged a fine. People could be better about picking up their dogs poop. However, every apartment complex has its faults and in my opinion the pros definitely outweigh the cons here.

Shawna, the assistant manager in the front office is the best.she’s always responsive,she’s always walking the grounds to make sure everything is in order and she’s always pleasant and helpful. She knows what’s going on at the complex and makes it her business to tend to things. I appreciate her dedication and attentiveness regarding the place we live!

We have lived at Watermark for 4 months now and feel it was the best choice we made for an apartment. They have open concept floor plans with hardwood in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as granite counter tops in the Kitchen. We have the B2 floor plan and love it. The staff here are friendly and respond right away to any question or maintenance issue you have. They even notify you right away if a package was delivered to the front office, which is quite the opposite of what you would expect. The staff here give superior service. The parking lots are well lit and there is ample parking right now. The pool is amazing with its cabanas! There is outdoor grills and seating areas, a screened in patio, top notch exercise facility and billiards table. Great amenities. Trash is taken at your door 5 days a week so you don’t have to carry it to the dumpster, which is a nice plus. There is even a large fenced in dog park for you pet to run around in. We have had zero issues with packages being delivered and zero safety issues. You are only 1 minute driving distance from HEB and a few restaurants. Easy access to Hardy Toll Rd or 45 and soon Grand Parkway. Look no further, this apartment complex has it all!

The best choice you can do for you and your family! Im very picky about where Im going to live and this property has everything Ive been looking for. The most amazing, friendly and caring management. They always welcome you with a smile and respond right away for any question or maintenance issue. I live in the 2B 2B floor plan. The apartment is very roomy, lots of storage space, big Kitchen big closets, very lighted and well organized. The neighborhood is very quiet. Close to everything!! Love the location!! Love the gym lots of equipment, always very clean, everything is brand new. You always have parking space. When you get a box delivered to the office the staff will send you an email letting you know you have a box waiting for you in the office. I have nothing bad to say about this community. THE BEST I HAVE EVER LIVED IN !

So far we have really enjoyed living here. It’s quiet & everyone is so friendly. The negatives are that people don’t clean up after their dogs so you can often smell dog poop when you come down the stairs to the parking lot and so many also walk their dogs off leash. I’m a dog lover but you never know how different dogs will react with one another or with other people/kids.

I recently moved to the area as well, reside in Watermark at Harmony [by referral] and I am truly a winner on this site. There were some minor issues but with great communication [quick response] and great neighbor appreciation [staff is awesome], the overall satisfaction out weighs it all - I look forward to coming home every night. The access to the available amenities are great for what I need to live on a day to day basis. The expectations are a constant work in progress at this location. Most of all, I love the elevator after working a 14hr shift. Make your appointment with this staff and see how quick youll be at home.... I did.

I love the high valted ceilings on the 4th floor. It makes the apartment look bigger and classier. The staff in the office is super helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys are always very responsive when it come to something needing to get fixed immediately. I also love the location of these apartments. You are super close to a lot of stores and even a movie theater. I highly recommend living here!!

One car specifically has been parked there in one of the four spots just about every day since before I moved in here. Great location and decent rental prices. The staff is usually fairly friendly, but it appears the maintenance staff can tend to get overworked since requests to fix things dont get handled on time. Perhaps the parent company could help these guys out?The exterior is very nice and pool area has the feel of a resort. Lots of nearby shopping and eateries, including H-E-B and Walmart.

Great community with awesome management company and staff. The community is great and quiet with many great amenities, close to The Woodlands and 45. The apartment itself has custom home quality upgrades in lighting, granite and beautiful kitchens. I recommend this property to anyone looking in Spring/Woodlands.

We moved here from California in October. We were not familiar with the area at all. We reviewed over 25 different apartments on the internet. It is very difficult when you are searching from another state.Harmony by far had the most efficient and friendly staff! They went above and beyond the normal sales assistance for us. Louis even gave us a facetime tour of our unit to help us with this major decision. We had about 6 different apartments in mind in the Spring, Conroe, and The Woodlands areas. We decided on Harmony, and we are very glad we did! The floorplans are nice and spacious with upgrades. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. It turns out to be the perfect location for us. There were just a few minor issues at first when we moved in, but the maintenance dept immediately corrected the issues. We would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.David & Melodie

Nice place. Will be even better when they do a little house cleaning. There are ppl here that they claim were displaced after the storm. Well its been almost a year. How can you charge someone hardly nothing because the government pays their rent then charge the next person 1400. A month for the same apt because they have a job? Not fair. The apts across the street are nice and dont have this problem. Might check into them first. Ppl bring shopping carts from heb and leave them all over the property etc. As k said its a very pretty place just too much section 8 mixed in. Not fair.
