    Thanks for putting the signs in the parking lot that parking is for residents only and towing is enforced. With incidents of students having guns and drug arrests across the street at Clemens, it could be helpful to post that the property is under surveillance. Posting signs at the pool also and the residents gym about surveillance could also be helpful. Encourage residents to continue to look out for suspicious activity and report it. Thanks for being a good staff and having prompt maintenance taking care of the property!

    I just moved in and had some minor issues with the apartment. Wobbly closet door, for example and my first full day here, they were taken care of. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. I i dont feel like Im inconveniencing them when I need to speak with them.The grounds are beautiful and the environment is quiet.

    I enjoy living in this complex and have not had any major problems. The price is competitive, the area is nice, and its mostly quiet.I do wish the appliances were a little more up-to-date. They function fine but look like something that would be purchased in the nineties. The thermostat is the old school (Where are you push the lever up/down). I wish they would upgrade to an electric thermostat. Maintenance is really friendly and does a good job of staying on top of any issues.The only other thing I can say is a little bothersome is that they seem to move (a little too fast) when a tenant moves out. My unit got repainted n they did a pretty sloppy job. The drawers in the bathroom had some hair and dirt that were just painted over rather than cleaned first. The price is a little less than similar units in the area, so these minor issues are things I can live with!Great view from the balcony!Nice to be able to walk to the YMCA, Dollar store, Park, and other places also!

    I just wanna say that maintenence is awesome here! Jr. is such a professional and remembered my name! and come in with a quickness after the request. Hes always working hard around the complex me and my daughter appreciate him! The front office took care of me when I had a issue with the carpet AND I appreciate them ❤ caring. and It was nice of them to hand out school supplies for the start of the new school year!Sincerely ,Michelle Archer

    Yliana and Sam have been extremely helpful with my transition to these apartments. I’ve had a very good experience and I’ve only been here a week or so. They have worked to quickly resolve any issues I have had since moving. I am loving the pools and the gym and the location is amazing!! We walk to the Y and the park almost daily! Also maintenance person Jr. came in almost immediately after I submitted my work order online. He was kind enough to introduce himself to me and explained the issue/repair with the minor sink leak I was having. He wasn’t able to fix right then, but he expressed he’d be back the next day and by the time I got home from work it was completed! They are all great folks!

    There was a problem with my identity when I applied, but they worked it all out for me and I have never felt more at home. Or more at peace. I can peacefully relax and be at home here.

    I reported that my refrigerator was filling up with water from a leak somewhere and maintenance was quick to respond. Staff vacuumed out the water, but suggested I share with the manager since this same issue has been ongoing. I sent a picture to management of the issue as well, and they replaced my old fridge with a brand new one within less than a week turnaround. So thankful, that old fridge was unsanitary! They could have ignored me, but they truly showed they care. To all parties involved, I am grateful for the intervention. Thank yall and God bless yall!

    My son and I have been living here for 1 year and have recently renewed our stay. We live the service they offer. Laundry is convenient and when something needs to be fix it’s done ASAP. The girls in reception are nice and respectful of our time. Highly recommend Sycamore Apartments for your next home.

    The people in the office have always been very speedy on getting things done with maintenance, the maintenance team themselves are lovely people. The office team is very communicative and pleasant. Ill be sad when its time for me to go, but grateful for them in the meantime. Theyre nothing like the corporate run behemoths.

    I cant remember how I found this apartment, but it was exactly what our family needed at the right time. They offer a short time lease with extensions and the office staff was happy to help with any questions or concerns we had. The maintenance crew were always around if we had any questions and resolved our issues. This is surprisingly a relatively quiet apartment complex even though its right across from the high school. Theres on-site laundry facilities that use apps so no more having to get your quarters...just use the app or swipe your card to pay. We never had any issues with porch pirates or missing packages. The only down side was that since it is an older apartment, it could use upgrades in cabinets/fixtures. Also if you live on the bottom floor your neighbors upstairs may not walk softly.

    I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. I have always felt safe here and my daughter loves how many children live nearby so she always has friends to play with! The maintenance is always quick to complete repairs and are very friendly. Brittany, Jessica and Sylvia are always sweet and go above and beyond for the residents. I have already referred one family member and will continue to refer anyone in need of a great apartment!

    Has always been a 5. Some large aggressive dogs are on property now which brings it down a notch. No place for this, otherwise the team is top notch in office and always helps. Fortunately my neighbors are mainly quiet and haven’t seen any bugs or any issues that would make me want to leave. I’d recommend.

    The Sycamore Creek Apartment community is a very quiet and safe environment. I feel that they strive for excellence and cleanliness. The only thing that I would ever request is minor upgrades to keep individual apartments up to date and looking presentable.

    I loved living here! Brittany in the office is always willing to help and explain any questions you might have along with the other staff. Maintenance is awesome too they came always within the day or the latest the next day to get whatever we needed fixed, just asking politely goes along way. We cleaned our apartment like everyone should and we got all of our deposit back besides $12 dollars for the stove burners that HAD to be replaced. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I would change is washer dryer hookups in the two bedrooms upstairs lol I hated walking 4 baskets to the mat across the yard or driving them to the one next to the office.

    Have lived here 3 yrs and enjoyed living here, Staff persons have been very helpful and always friendly. And anything that needs to be fix is always taken care of. We are happy here n very quite and friendly neighbors.

    Lived here since 2012. Office staff are very helpful and if anything breaks the Maintenance crew is fast on repairs. Nice location for shopping, or schools. Since they repainted and added new Window screens its a lot cooler inside during Summer as well.

    Moving here from California into my apartment here in schertz Texas, Sycamore Creek, We were very excited and i more excited to see I had new carpet 👏 and I felt right at home. Also all the girls in the leasing office are very helpful and so nice I appreciate them. Everything is so close, in walking distance.i like it here❤️ It’s home.

    My apt was flooded due to apt above pipes burst, they came Christmas day to get things started, Jr. From maintenance was so awesome. It took some time but im back to being dry and its all thanks to Jr.

    I am not a resident but I did go by for a tour & the staff was very friendly. The community looked very well kept & they are very affordable. The only reason I didnt lease is because my job ended up moving me to a different city but other than that my overall experience was great!!!

    Staff was very nice to speak with and the leasing agent that showed me the apartment was spot on with all answers to the questions I asked. Overall my experience was great. Location is perfect in between San Antonio and New Braunfels.
