    Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable: I’ve been living here for six months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff are friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any concerns. The location is perfect, close to public transit and grocery stores, and I haven’t had any noise issues at all. I definitely feel at home here.

    I would like to leave a review from a long Term tenant at Sunrise Bluffs Apts. I have lived here over 10 years, seeing many people come and go. Not just Office personnel, but Maintenance as well. The One True Constant is Tatiana. I cant speak Highly enough of her. She goes above and beyond the Call of Duty. She keeps a level head during All situations, wearing many Hats throughout the years.     Had a very welcoming experience from Tatiana ! Every question I had asked involving my leasing and it was answered so politely and understandable. She was so sweet and thoughtful and very professional , when assisting me she even acknowledged another resident and was just so pleasing to help .

    Had an awesome experience coming into Sunrise Bluffs. Ive looked at multiple places today and had the best greetings from their office staff by far. Staff was very knowledgeable of the property and felt welcomed every step of the way. I loved the pool and the water feature that provided a nice atmosphere that I can look forward to as a resident here.

    Very welcoming experience I had when I arrived Paola the leasing agent was very helpful & sweet she was able to answer any questions I had regarding application process she was able to give me a tour and provided all information needed. Patrica the manager is very sweet and nice. Tatiana the assistant manager not so welcoming very rude and loud would not recommended speaking to her in regards of anything you need she will give you false information. All the maintenance people is super helpful when it comes to anything that is wrong with the apartment. |

    When I walked into Sunrise, I was immediately greeted. The customer service was top tier! Very professional inside and out. The grounds looked amazing and well manicured. I can tell management cares about their property. I am currently filling out my application and look forward to my new home!

    I went to go tour this place and from the time I walked in I was greeted with a big smile and a hand shake. Tatiana showed me around honestly if this place wasn’t out my budget and so expensive I would’ve moved in the same day because of her. She is most definitely a sweet heart and properties need more employees like her. Once again the only thing that stopped me was the price and the fact that some items were outdated.

    I have lived here for a little over 9 months and I have enjoyed it here. The office people are nice and work really hard. There are a lot of bad reviews but I think it’s the people that got evicted and don’t need to be here anyway. I will be renewing my lease in a couple of months. Good job Sunrise !!

    I am brand new to Austin and had to do my entire apartment hunt virtual. I had spoken with several leasing agents on the phone and completed virtual tours from other complexes but I just couldn’t get a good feel for any. This was until I came across Sunrise Bluffs. They displayed actual care/ interest for me and walked me through several processes and floors plans. Even before really looking at the place, I felt a good connection with the complex. I’ve been here for about a month now and it’s been great so far!

    We love here! The staff is amazing and they are always very welcoming and supportive, specially Paola, Patricia (Manager) and Tatiana. The maintenance guys are always on time and the fix everything properly and promptly. We made a good decision about moving here.

    Have had no issues. Moved here a few months ago. No roaches, my apartment is very clean. The pool was open all the time (except the winter, because its cold). Ive had no problems with management or staff. Waited about a week for a mail key though, its okay I got two of them. Never had to get maintenance to fix anything, everything works! Water takes a little bit to get warm/hot, but its the winter, pipes are cold. Rent has never been raised at all, very consistent.I really enjoy living here! Its way better than my previous apartment.

    I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff! I brought my client here to tour a 2 bedroom. The leasing agent Alexander Saldivar greeted us and took us on an amazing tour. He was super friendly, knowledgeable of the property and made it extremely easy for my client to decide. You can clearly see that Alex truly loves what she does and cares about his tenants. Not to mention this place is super affordable and it has easy access to Downtown Austin! I will definitely be taking future clients here and asking for Alex! :)

    Sunrise Bluffs is a great place to live. Amenities are to awesome and staff is very professional and friendly Manager Darcy, Jessica, the new leasing staff Alex and Leslie! I had given my notice to move to be closer to work and after thinking about how comfortable I am here I canceled my notice and lucky I was able to keep what I call my home!. Dont believe all negative comments here.

    I do not see why there have been previous bad reviews. I lived there for 2 years and any issues I had were promptly fixed. I never went more than a couple of days with issues. Which is impressive due to the size of the complex.The grounds are kept decently clean and its a nice price in a somewhat secluded area. If the bug stories were true I would have broken my lease a long time ago. I saw maybe 3 bugs the whole time I lived there. I had an issue with hot water from time to time. But if anything it was too hot. I never had an issue with not having any. Now the one thing I will say .... the apt staff is pretty rude. It could be worse though. Im sure I wouldnt be in a good mood if I had to manage a complex that size either. At least they get the job done. Im having a hard time finding a place right now and Im most likely moving back. They arent the nicest apartments but youre not paying for a luxery apartment. They also accept credit issues. I have an eviction due to an unexpected surgery and they required a very decent deposit(which they returned in full) and it was no issue. As Im considering moving back here... I would def. reccomend this place to the modest tennant. Again dont expect to be living in a resort because that is not what you are paying for.

    These reviews are so dramatic. My boyfriend an I just moved in recently and have really liked it. 98% of these complaints we havent experienced or seen at all. If you are a lazy person, dont live here. Almost all of these problems are because of tenants, NOT the apartment/Apartment staff. Let me break it down,The staff: SUPER nice, these two women are just phenomenal and despite being overwhelmed sometimes, if you treat them nicely they will return the favor. We straight up asked about the reviews and our concerns and she went through them each with us explaining the issues.MAINTENANCE: there are 25 buildings. Each building has 12 apartments. If the maintenance men (only 2 I believe) dont fix your loose screw, fix it yourself! BOOM problem solved. Now, I will say that we did ask for three things to be fixed before mi e in (a light to be cleaned, a little hole under our bar, and hornets nest on the patio) only the hornets nest was fixed but we did only give them two days, Sat & Sun, to fix it. We will call after Labor Day.PEST: we havent had ONE bug of ANY kind at all in our apartment. NOT ONE YALL! We did notice that someone on our floor had a trash bad outside one evening, but it was gone by morning and no bugs to be seen. We do however keep our apartment spotless. We take trash out every night, clean counters after every use, vacuum and sweep nearly everyday, etc. If you are clean bugs wont come. Again, dont be lazy.GARBAGE: this trash is everywhere stuff is just not true. People leave their trash outside their doors, but 9 out of 10 times it is gone within hours. We have seen two raccoons by the dumpster, but thats because people were LAZY and didnt put their bag inside the dumpster. Lifting their arms a few inches was clearly too much for them I guess. The apartment does need more dumpsters maybe, but we dont see litter anywhere like people put here.PARKING: small spaces, pretty crowded. Luckily if you arent lazy AF you can just walk a building over :))Apartment: the apartment itself is nice. It was clean when we came and is open and spacious. It is old, but if you arent paying $1500 for an apartment, stop acting like you should get marble countertops and royalty treatment. Its only $800 ish dollars.SO JUST DOBT BE LAZY, SLOPPY OR MEAN AND YOU WILL BE A OKAY HERE!! We really do love it!

    They are a large complex apartment but I driven by there a couple of times and I was trying to figure out what is missing to those apartments, I got it!! It’s the landscape to the grounds that really need fixing. It needs color. That will make a world of a difference to make them look nice. As for now they kinda looking dull. I’ve passed thru many apartments and you will be surprised how the landscape captures people’s eyes. Hopefully this will be taken into consideration to beautify your place called “Home” no offense, just putting out a good suggestion. 👌

    Maintenance are always working to make the community clean and orderly. Great water pressure and building 17 doesnt seem to have hot water issues. The girls in the office are Always pleasant. I like it here

    My Wife and I have lived here going on 4 years ,we love it here very much , the staff is excellent they are very understanding when it comes to my wife , she is disabled and most of the time is bedbound she receives lots of medical supplies and the staff are very helpful in helping us with keeping them safe , we want to stay here as long as our health lets us and we are happy to be hereThank youRay and Paula N.We forgot to mention that Alexander , Jessica and Darci are wonderful people
