Sunridge has been the apartment complex. We have been looking for for the past three years. We have passed it up every single time, but we have finally decided to move in. It has been a mistake not to. Jordan and Veronica are just amazing in the office and have done nothing but give us the best Customer Service and all of the answers we have been looking for. If you are given a chance to look at these Give them a second thought sunridge will help you with literally anything and everything. You possibly need move in as fast as you can.

My girlfriend and I have really enjoyed our time so far here at Sunridge! The managers are super helpful and do everything in their power to make you feel at home! Maintenance is very timely affective and gets to your needs ASAP! Thank you Sunridge for making our first time as renters amazing, and never making us feel any less than at home!!

The property managers here are very kind and helpful with not only current residents, but new coming tenants as well. Miss Jordan is extremely helpful with anything regarding the apartment complex and even gives great advice! Miss Veronica is always extremely nice and helpful with anything and everything as well. I’ve enjoyed not only the staff and their timeliness to resolve any issue, but I enjoy the apartment itself.Thank you so much for making this renting experience as positive as possible!

The new manager Jordan is excellent with current and prospective renters, she is very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. The assistant manager Veronica extremely friendly and helpful, with great people skills. Its has-been a pleasure to know them. The maintenance is great and the complex is always kept clean, mowed and well maintained. Great job to all of Sunridge staff. I am very happy here.

Sunridge is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile, are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise!! The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Also The office staff took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust unlike other locals complexes. I can see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance as well as any help I may need. These are great apartments in a great area! Quite and peaceful. They are a bit older and that of course brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and super quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. After the constant issues at other places in town, I believe I have finally found the place I will call my “Home”.

Ive lived at Sunridge for about 6 months and have truly enjoyed my stay! The apartments are very spacious and have very nice patios/balconies! I love all the natural light from the large windows.Also very convenient for college students! Great prices, location, and parking.Management has been extremely helpful, especially when I encountered bad roommate issues! Summer is a joy to work with and is very personable! She is understanding and always ready to help! Maintenance is also helpful, Omar helped unbox our dining room table and took all the trash for us!Highly recommend!

My name is Drea and I have been a tenant at Sun Ridge Apartments for almost 6 years. I have too say that I wouldnt go anywhere else. Unless I hit the lottery and even then I would stay just upgrade too a 3 bedroom. The reason I can say this is because of Summer the office manager. She is so amazing as well as Veronica. They try so hard to make sure that Im taken care of. She will work with you in just about any circumstance. The apartments are spacious and they make you feel at home . Trust me when I say the office the propertys workers are like family to me. I am very happy being there and I would be so sad if any one of them were to leave. I love my home thank you Summer for being an amazing woman and manager.

Sunridge has been the best “home” for us for the last 6 months. We were hesitant on the apartment scene and used it as a last resort due to having a rambunctious toddler(🥴) but we have never once regretted our decision! The property is clean, the neighbors are all nice, the office staff is fast and efficient with any questions or help we needed and let’s not forget the BEST maintenance crew. We’ve had the best experience here at Sunridge and hope you choose it for your next home🫶🏼

Sunridge is a great place to live! Love the location as it’s not right in the middle of town but still a perfect distance to campus, restaurants, & downtown Nacogdoches. The staff is super helpful & responsive, so is maintenance. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is apartment shopping!

I have had the best experience with Sunridge! The one bedrooms are spacious and include a HUGE closet. The office staff is the best, and will always help in any way they can! Maintenance is awesome, and always fulfills my service requests within 24 hours. Overall, Sunridge is the BEST place to live if you are looking for a quiet community that you can call home!

I have lived at Sunridge for two years now and I’ve never had a complaint about this property. The staff are warm, kind, and helpful. You always see people moving around, improving the quality of the property, helping out residents and reaching out to wish you a good day. Management has always been quick to respond to any problem that may arise and keeps you updated on progress of any work that might be happening in or around your apartment. On top of the wonderful, professional staff, the property itself is beautiful, especially with the new changes to scenery management and staff have recently made. Their are a variety of apartments available in all sizes and the pricing is the best I have found in Nacogdoches. Especially for the good quality you get with these buildings. They aren’t the newest, but everything is well maintained and clean! The location is also perfect for students, families, and adults of all ages. I am only 5 minutes from anything I could possibly need and 2 minutes away from work. Overall I’d say it’s a great place to call home. Whether you you stay for 6 months, a year or 15 years, you’ll feel at home!

I have lived here since the end of July, I love the quiet atmosphere Sunridge has vs. my last complex. As a college student, the rates are fantastic for the layouts. I personally live in a two bedroom with a roommate, the kitchen is kind of small but overall the square footage is great. The front office ladies are such a blessing to work with, drop what they are doing to help you any chance they get. Maintenance has been awesome, came when needed to. Overall, great experience.

Overall, Ive had a great experience living at Sunridge. I got such a great deal for a large one bedroom and the head manager, Summer, helped me all throughout my moving process! Highly recommend if youre looking for a quiet living location! Easy portal to pay rent and send in maintenance reports, and staff sends reminders every week for packages and rent reminders which is extremely helpful. My only complaint was maintenance entering without permission one time, but staff was helpful in addressing that issue.

Ive lived in SunRidge Apts since February of 2017. That right there should say a lot. Since I have been here I have had a wonderful experience. Ive seen several Apt Managers, office teams and maintenance crews come and move on. All were amazing people. I have the privilege of saying that Summer is the best. Ive had many hardship and trials during my stay here. This apartment complex has been a blessing too me. You can not say that about many places that are meant to be called home. Ive never had ANY problems since Ive lived here. My family has been treated with total respect and kindness for almost 4yrs. Many of my neighbors have been here for many yrs and we all love this place. The grounds are kept clean. Any problems or maintenance issues are handled within 24 to 48 hrs. Whenever i have an issue or need help they always work with me. Unlike other places that just kick you out cause all they care about is the money. They treat you like family here. They care. Keep up the amazing job here Summer you ROCK......

Sunridge apartments are perfect for college students, as well as those with a family. The monthly rates are excellent compared to other apartment units in nacogdoches, and the management and staff are amazing. Any issue that I bring to the management and staff is dealt with in a timely manner. There is plenty of parking compared to other places, meaning that you will always have a parking spot close to your door. The atmosphere is nice and quiet and if you are lucky enough to sign a lease into one of the units in the back then you will always see the wildlife just prancing around. The neighbors are quite friendly as well. Just do yourself a favor and sign a lease here, you will not regret it.

So, I had originally posted a 1 star review about four months ago. Since then, Summer and the rest of the office staff have done everything in their power to fix the review and make things right. I had been planning on moving out of Sunridge, but the living situation fell through and I decided to stay. I was welcomed back open arms and actually upgraded to a 2 bedroom. I can honestly say that the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure Im happy and taken care of. Other than a few very minor issues that you would expect with any apartment, I have had no issues in the past several months. I recommend Sunridge to any students looking to move off campus!

In the 6 plus years I have lived here, I have never had any problems with the office staff, which is made up of a crew of hardworking individuals, are always very helpful.Now the maintenance team leaves a little to be desired. Although they are very kind and trustworthy, they seem to be in need of some more training, electrical & HVAC especially.

Management and maintenance guys are awesome! They are always on top of things. Summer is the absolute best manager I have ever met. She always makes sure we are taken care of and answers any and all questions we have. The complex is very nice and quiet. LOTS OF PARKING SPOTS. You never have to worry about parking far away from your apartment like you do in literally every other complex in Nac. I love living here and will be very sad when I have to move after I graduate.

Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at Sunridge. One of the best parts is the maintenance men, who are very helpful and finish work orders quickly. One thing that is very about the apartment is that they do not require a parking pass of any kind. If you are wanting to move here, be sure to ask about which switch goes to which outlet, this is important because there are not overhead lights

Sunridge is amazing! I have absolutely loved my time here and I am sad to leave. The office is always on top of every concern and issue. They are always fun to be around and pay attention to detail. Maintenance is polite and willing to work through any issues no matter how long we make them take. The location is wonderfully located close to Walmart and campus, but also far enough away to keep you out of the mayhem.

Since I leased with Sunridge it has been nothing but good things to say. The leasing process was simple and was to get through. The maintenance workers are always helpful and pleasant. The office workers go above what they have to do for the tenants to get things done and updated.

Nice place to live for a college student on a budget. Close to campus but not walking distance. Nice, friendly area. Friendly and accommodating staff. I have lived in both the one bedroom options and both are more than acceptable as a living space. Kitchen is small but cozy and adequately sized for the space it inhabits.
