It has been a great experience so far. Maintenance is not a concern they always assist me it does not matter how small the concern is they assist the issue as soon as possible. Management is very kind specially the property manager Rosario and the assistant Mayra. They are very polite, kind, and understanding. Always answer the phones ready to help and always there to assist with any questions or concerns. The price is right, the property very clean and organized plus is near all the basic needs you could have on a daily basis. I recommend the property and the staff is great once again.

I recently toured an apartment at Sunridge and Yesenia was so nice and welcoming she answered all my questions and concerns the other ladies in the leasing office were kind as well. I will be submitting my application soon as this seems like a great place to live.

Briana the leasing agent really helped me out with finding the perfect place. She went through everything in detail, showing me a module. She also answered professionally to all of my questions I had in regards to the apartments. She was so nice and respectful I definitely recommend coming here.

I am completely amazed by reading previous reviews. I just moved in a few days ago and so far Ive gotten a great experience with the leasing office specially my leasing consultant Daniela she is amazing and made the whole process smooth. Yes I do agree with the roach problem, I saw a few before my move in but sprayed some chemical and have not seen a single one. Being that said Im loving my new home!!!

You know, its hard to find a place in the city were both management and maintenance is on top of things.Here, they work hard and work well to keep residents satisfied.Theres nothing bad I can say about them and the amount of time it takes for them to complete a task or request.Staying here is like being part of a loving family.Other than the service, the location is great! Everything that you need is near by.Everything is walking distance.Its like having a grocery store and a gym in your front yard 😂If you ever have any car trouble or if you dont want to burn any gas, save yourself money and the trouble - go for a walk.Its really not all that bad here.Great placeGreat locationGreat serviceGreat managementThe only thing is: if there wasnt such a pest problem it would be perfect.Update:Thanks for the help guys!The pest controller came by to spray my apartment down and it did help

I recently just moved here and it feels a lot like home. The amenities are great, I especially love what they do for the community. The management is also very welcoming. If you’re at the leasing office ask for Daniela is awesome she helped me throughout all the process!

Hey Friends, so I have been living here since August 2018, and I love it. To be honest I moved over here because they had/have yellow doors. Its my first apartment, and I still live here. I do not have roaches, because Im a minimalist and I dont have alot of sh**. They also come and spray, and fix my sh** when I need them. Communication is the KEY. Its lovely here, its not the hood either. I also won, The Resident of the Month. Woooo....

I have lived here for almost six months and love it. We woke up to a flooded closet one morning a couple weeks ago. I was able to shut off the water heater to stop the water, thanks to YouTube. I called in the work order and left to work that day, with no worries. I came home, same day, and I had a brand new water heater installed and my carpet had been treated. Wonderful service.

I love this place!!! Katherine even tho the manager, she makes herself available to residents and is easy to talk to. The leasing staff is professional and attentive each and every time I had a question during my visits. I’m glad I leased here, my son and I will be here for a while. She answered all my questions and even gave me a guide to attractions in the area since I am new to DFW. This is a rare find as most of the time people are so in a hurry, but Sarah took her time and was very patient with me.

I just want to thank Mayra who helped my wife and I find an apartment to rent, she was so kind and made us feel like we knew her so much. He answered all our questions and we are very happy with the apartment since we were rejected elsewhere. I recommend them and ask for Mayra, she is the managers assistant.

I lived here with my family for a year and never had any problems. We had everything very close and even when a failure occurred the maintenance was very efficient and on time. The only fault is that the apartments are very small. I leave you the photos of my time living here.
