    I have been here almost a month, and i love it. Its quiet for the most parts, the living quarters are spacious. Desiree and Talia have been a huge help getting me all the information i needed before making my decision to settle in. Friendly staff, great enviornment, clean area!

    Some of the BEST buildings, apartment appliance quality, and most importantly the management. The manager Ashley Patterson made it super easy for me and the family to get moved in with the utmost respect/courtesy.     Desiree, the assistant manager is so helpful in every single way. I have lived in these apartments for the past year and noticed the new staff changes since then the property is looking great. We have amazing resident events and great communication within the office.

    Assistant Manager Desiree is the sweetest and most courteous of all the managers that I have contact with every day from all the apartment complex I deliver to. She always has a smile on her face and willing to help with any question I may have.I feel at ease walking in the office because her and the staff have such good attitude. I deliver to many apartment complex and as soon as I walk in to all the other ones they will automatically say “is that for the office?” without greeting or anything. Our job is hard enough as it is.Kudos to Desiree and staff at Sundance Creek Apartments.

    I never made a review on anything and I mean anything but I’m not gonna lie to you, out of all the leasing consultants I’ve dealt with over the past couple years, tahliyah is the greatest. She’s been phenomenal, anytime I’ve ever had a problem she’s done her absolute best to make sure I had everything I need. And I can go on and on about how absolutely great of a consultant she is but the best part about her is her character. She’s the sweetest, most caring, honest and honorable woman ive ever met. I literally made a whole google account just to tell the world about how great she is so take it from me.

    From the moment we met Jennifer we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Jennifer has been instrumental in assisting us to call Sundance Creek our home. Even during my pre-move anxiety Taliyah and Jennifer were there for any and all needs and questions. They both went above and beyond to allow me to see the apartment before we moved in. I would recommend this property based on the customer service and the apartments/property.

    I have lived here for 9 months. Just recently they had a change between office staff and managers and everyone is now amazing, friendly, helpful, and supportive. I believe that the people who work at apartments can make or break the views of the apartments. There is a floor plan that will fit anyone’s needs.     Sundance really is a great place to live. Ive lived in a lot of apartments since college, and this is the first apartment I have ever renewed my lease with (2 renewals actually). The apartments themselves are very nice, the pool area is baller, the management is kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is the bomb! They are on top of their game, they are impressively quick to fix any and all issues.

    Relocated to Midland from Austin in October of ‘23 & could not be happier than we found Sundance Creek Apartments! From the beginning of our move the level of customer service was impressive, from sending us virtual tours of available units and answering all of our questions/concerns within a 24 hour time period.Since living on property, I have had a chance to meet a few of the front office staff and maintence staff! They are all amazing, but Desiree from the office really goes above and beyond. She greets you anytime you come in with a smile and makes a point to assist you with anything you may need. The amenities of the property were also a huge selling point for us. The gym on property has everything you could need, and the two tanning beds (one lay down and one standing) are the icing on the cake. We are counting down the days to summer to use the sprawling pool on property but loved the built in fireplaces next to the grills over the winter.If you need a place to live, I would definitely recommend checking out The Sundance Creek Apartments!

    The property itself is great plenty of privacy and what I love about it is the pool and amazing gym. The office personal are a great people, the assistance and quick response of Desiree Govan with anything I needed was handled professionally and always in a positive mood. Highly recommend.

    Apartment hunting for my son. Sundance was the 3rd stop. Taliyah was such a joy to meet!!! Very sweet and welcoming. Which was a relief, because the first two stops management was not very pleasant. Taliyah gave us a tour of a beautiful one bedroom and amenities on the property. She was very informative. I will definitely recommend Taliyah and Sundance creek to anyone looking. I feel the best management and property we’ve seen. Just waiting on his decision

    I have had a few personal experiences with Rudy and each time he has been super helpful. Willing to help; some with a printer issue, then a paper request… Thank you!!What made it for me today is how happy and optimistic he was when I offered a review because I wanted to give back for how amazing and helpful he was been. His eyes light up and enthusiasm light up. Which leads me to believe he cares for the company. I believe he is a hard worker,smart, tactical, and solution driven.Also my stay here has been great. The gym is always clean, no noise complaints, all very calming, and a gorgeous complex. Calm is an overall description and clean, which I love and it is definitely super calm & quiet.One time they had a resident event too. Rudy was there and Alyssa too. I wasn’t there for the whole event. I dropped in because I was printing a few documents; But I love the fact that an event was held for residents, that Rudy was there to overlook the event & enjoy it professionally, and be a part of the community; which I believe is key in any leadership role!!Alyssa too, I mention her because she was at the event too and she was helpful. Even today too, she light up when I mentioned I wanted to write a review and I just loved seeing her enthusiasm too. And I might not know them fully but based on the few experiences I have had I’m so thankful!!Keep up the great work guys, and the whole Sundance Creek team.     These apartments are beautiful! Worth every penny! I have completely loved living here! The property is quiet, very clean. The gym is awesome! And the pool is wonderful! My daughter loves the pool! Not to mention, the leasing agents are awesome! They go beyond making it such an easy transition! Answering all questions! Chance has been great and patient with our 101 questions! Maintenance has been nothing but professional and fast! I would recommend these apartments to everyone!

    Recently moved here and love everything about it! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding! The rooms are spacious and well kept; they are very quick with work orders if need be. They have a lot to offer including food/ beverages, hangout area, and even give prizes while hosting gatherings/ parties for their residences! The view at the pool is breath taking!     Lived her for 3 years under Olympus management. Never had any issue. Maintenance was prompt, the staff even let me use another vacant apartment in another building when there was no water during the Feb 2021 freeze. The gates were working but on and off. Also, some people would not pick up waste after their dogs and that really messed up some of the grounds. Gym and pool was well kept.

    I really have enjoyed living at sundance! They have worked with me in any situation that may appear, and they are quick about getting any issues resolved! Also, with me being a college student the discount the apartment complex offers helps out a lot!! Chance makes you feel like the office staff is part of your family! Great place to live and by far the best leasing staff I have ever met! It is also very calm and relaxing unlike most apartment living!!!!

    Sundance Creek is an exceptional place to live. So close to downtown and the loop. This is the best landscaped apartment complex in Midland. The staff is so great to work with and the maintenance staff is responsive and gets any problems resolved fast. Wonderful amenities and really good floor plans with big balconies. I have lived here since January 2016 and highly recommend this apartment complex.

    Great atmosphere! If I ever have a maintenance issue, it always gets fixed within 24 hours. Maintenance is always so helpful with anything! I love that the staff knows me on a first name basis, not by apartment or building #! The only thing Ive noticed as an issue is the parking. There isnt a lot of parking, and cars that do not have the proper tags will park in handicap parking spots.

    I love that they have a week to appreciate the maintenance staff here at the apartment. It really says a lot about the community. I really appreciate them too because as soon as I have a request they dont take more than 24 days to fix it and they dont leave a mess. Great job.Also, they always have events for any occasion. Which makes it more enjoyable in this town that lacks entertainment.

    I generally enjoy living here. Maintenance is responsive, the staff is courteous and will go above and beyond what I would normally expect from an office staff. However, parking remains an issue. Not enough uncovered spots (covered spots are an additional monthly fee) so if you get home late from work, you may have to park few buildings away.

    Searched to find an apartment online in short notice for job relocation. I ran across Sundance Creek Luxury apartments. I spoke to Julie over the phone and explained my situation. She kept in contact with me and walked me thru the online process. Everything was smooth and completed online and I was able to sign the lease upon arriving in Midland TX. Julie gave us a tour of the property and it is exactly as pictures show online. Beautiful resort style pool with grills and 3 TVs for your use. Beautiful lobby and rec room with a pool table for your enjoyment. During Covid-19 things are limited but thats to be expected. Julie was exceptional from the first phone call to the lease signing. She answered emails promptly and returned calls. She made our transition ideal. Oh and all the move in promotions are real. That was a great perk as well.Living here for a month now is all good. Our one bedroom is perfect with all the Luxury upgrades. Oh and there was a a few little things that needed to be correct in our apartment. All were taken care of promptly. Im sorry not to remember the name of the Grounds/ Maintenance guy who drives the golf cart. He was very nice and professional while doing the repairs. We are very glad we decided to live at this property.

    This is a top notch place to live. Cant express enough how this is a paradise in the desert. Had some issue but Ashlie Menchaca really went out if her way to resolve my issues I had and that I had caused. I renewed again and will continue to stay here as long as I live in Midland.     Moved here site unseen and I couldn’t have been pleased with the grounds and apt layouts! The 2 bedroom apt has the largest open concept living area I could find. Beautiful granite counter and glass backsplash in the kitchen. My favorite is the ginormous master bathroom with walk in 2 person shows and garden bathtub. The best part though, is the safety. I know all my neighbors. My kids can go and walk the dog around the grounds and I’m not afraid. The safety for a family here is WELL worth the cost. The pool is my kids favorite. Get to know your neighbors, grill and watch TV’s and wear the kids out every day after school. Thankful Texas only has 4 cold months. My office ladies, they will bend over backwards to accommodate you if it’s in their power. One night traveling home from overseas I was exhausted and couldn’t find my key- they woke up a maintenance man to come open my door!! Who does that?! Life savers. Anyways I sound like an ad- I’m not. I live here going on my second year and I love this place! (relocated from Idaho- is happy to have a patch of grass that’s green for a view. Pretty good for Midland, Tx).
