    Really loved living here. The staff was super friendly and always willing to work with us. Biggest downside was when we lived there, they were constantly turning the water off for a month because they were changing water systems because it was old. But other than that, staff never bothered us, neighbors were nice, and never had any issues. Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly as well which was much appreciated. If youre looking for somewhere affordable in college Station, this apartment is a great option! Close to the mall too!

    My husband and I had a great experience living here. They do not deserve the majority of these negative reviews. If you’re looking for an affordable but still nice and safe apartment complex in College Station, this is your best bet. It’s mainly young families, international students, and a few college students, so it stays fairly quiet. Management always kept us well informed of any complex-wide maintenance issues, and they were very helpful and quick to respond when we had problems of our own. We weren’t charged any fees at move out, like others have claimed. The park is also very nice if you have pets, kids, or enjoy walking along the trail.Concerns others have talked about:-Laundry Facility: could be better, the machines are older and some have had problems leaking or breaking down. Again, though, management is quick to address the issue if you make them aware of it.-Bugs: this would be my main complaint, but it’s less the fault of the apartment complex and more just the nature of an older apartment. There aren’t baseboards in the closets/they aren’t sealed the best in other areas, so we did have an issue with roaches getting in. Upon request, maintenance helped seal some problem areas. Friends in similarly priced apartments had this issue with bugs as well, and I’m sure part of it for Sundance too is a downside of being next to a park. The apartment does have pest control, but it only helps so much on a first floor apartment. We found that spreading borax helped as well.-Water Shut Off: the water is frequently shut off one or two times a month for an hour or so. It’s an older complex, and they’re working to repair some of the pipes. They try to do this during business hours, so most of the time it wasn’t an issue for me since I was at work. If you’re a student, this could potentially be a nuisance, but I really didn’t see it as a big deal.Overall, I would recommend Sundance Apartments!

    Loved living here! Right next to a relaxing park that you can walk to. The staff was very tentative to everything I needed and always so helpful. The apartments are very spacious and affordable! Its the best deal in College Station. Only reason I am leaving is I got a job that is taking me out of town.

    I lived at Sundance for over 4 years. I got the upgraded appartment, LOVED IT. Management was really professional. Maintenance was quick and efficient. I spent a lot of time in the pool. I loved calling this place a home ❤️ right off Harvey road. Gas, fast food, even night life the tap are all walking distance. If I ever move back to college station Sundance would be my #1 choice. Keep up the good work!

    Ive lived here two years and the apartments are nice. The only complaint I really have is the AC units and vents are set up efficiently so during hot summer months the AC runs all day but the temperature in the apartment keeps going up. Its not such a big deal to me in the winter because I like the cold but some who like to keep it really hot in the apartment in the winter it will do similar things. Some people in the office can be unprofessional but thats a consequence of being in a college town. Ive found maintained to be fairly prompt unless its really not a big issue same day or next day repairs have been the norm for me. I chose to stay because its really a great place at a decent price and its on a nice bus route.

    Very friendly, informative office staff & management. Super peaceful and diverse community comprised of families, college students & everyday people. Convenient location within literal walking distance of everything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, the mall and other miscellaneous shopping centers). Also, it’s adjacent to a nice park to go for a walk w/ your dog, exercise, etc. 5/5 is well deserved for this community. Keep up the great work, Sundance. :)

    Sundance apartments is a great place to look into if you are looking for a place to move into in College Station. The residents are very friendly and the staff and leasing agent (Hailey) are excellent at their jobs, sometimes going above and beyond our expectations.

    SUNDANCE IS VERRY WELL TAKEN CARE OF.THE MAINTENANCE CREW IS SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY AS WELL AS TIMING FOR ISSUES IS VERRY FAST. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT ARE AMAZING TO US AND WE HAV HAD NOT ONE ISSUE.WE ENJOY BEING RIGHT BY THE PARK FOR OUR BABY AS WELL AS THE POOL. I RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS FOR SURE.VERRY NICE AND TAKEN WELL CARE OF ♡♡♡
