Me and my family just recently moved in and it’s been great. the neighbors are very friendly & helpful. there’s always a parking spot available and ali is a very welcoming manager. our process to get approved & moved in was fast and easy. I would highly recommend the sunchase square apartments!

Ive been living here for almost 4 years now and I love it! Very calm place, neighbors are very friendly, the pool, gym and laundry are always available for residents and theres plenty of parking! Its been great to live here☺️

Just moved in not too long ago and have had the best experience. Ali is amazing and answers every question as soon as she can. The apartments are cute and clean, everything is orderly. Absolutely recommend Sunchase Square!

We just moved in and I must say, it’s very home feeling! the layout for the 2 bed / 2 bath is perfect! ali is very informative, welcoming, and fast responding. would highly recommend the sunchase square apartments!

We lived in the apartments for 5 years. Martin is a great manager. Gets stuff done and very nice. His maintenance team is great as well. Just a call away and stuff gets fixed quick. I always felt very safe there. We lived in a two bedroom two bath very spacious. Go check them out.

Martin is the best manager Ive met, he always goes above and beyond and ensures our needs are met in a timely fashion! Shout out to James also for always being available to lend a hand!

I have been very satisfied living here. Place is kept clean. Management is top of things that needs immediate attention!! Thanks for the manager Martin Ruiz for always making sure everything is taken care of right away. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I went to Sun Chase looking for a two bedroom two bath although they didn’t have the apartment I needed in a time frame the apartments look great the team at Sun Chase were very helpful and very friendly and attentive I would definitely move here when my next lease is up can’t wait till my lease is up these appointments look great inside and out the Management was very nice and let me know to call so I can book a date for when I do move I love this small town thank you for the experience God Bless

The place has upgraded with new management who is super friendly and understanding, the property is being well kept. Everyone is friendly and quiet and calm, Which I enjoy the most.
