Great management! Had one situation where the heat went out randomly, I reported it in the morning before work and it was fixed before I got home! Owner is also very kind! ☺️ Also very affordable and nice quality units in a great, safe city! Money is well spent here!😁

Im actually really surprised to read such poor reviews. I had a great experience here. Management was very kind to me and checked in on me my entire pregnancy. Sometimes it could be a little rough to reach them, but overall it was not bad. In fact, we are moving BACK into these apartments this upcoming year. The updates are nice and modern. Some of the residents were a bit interesting per say. One would go around checking the flyers on peoples doors and the people living below us kept their poor dog on their porch in a cage 24/7. Rain or shine. I felt bad for the poor thing. Other then that I really enjoyed my time here. No breed or weight restrictions and the price is great for the area. Also a nice little park for kids and several laundry facilities

I called this complex and this lovely person on the phone answered. Her name is Christa and she was so nice I thought it was a recording. My friend and I set up a tour, we were running a few minutes late, but she was very accommodating. The application process was easy and Christa made a point to keep me informed of everything. I am very excited and had such great customer experience.

I have lived here for nearly 2 years, and the management has always been gracious and helpful. During the recent Winter Disaster they sent out emails regularly keeping the tenants informed regarding our power and water, including where we could GET water, if we had none. It was quite comforting. The most AMAZING email our community received was when they had purchased tacos for everyone and urged us to come to the office and get a hot meal!

Hi my name is Sylvia Kennon building 9. I have been living in Sunchase Apts for 10 months and it has been wonderful. It’s quiet and a peaceful apt complex it might be old but maintenance does their best to keep the property clean. As , for the staff they are amazing. Claudia was my leasing agent . Michelle is also wonderful she is the manager and always addresses my concerns as a tenant. There are also a couple of new leasing agents and they always greet with a smile especially Joana and Cindy always seem so happy , their amazing and very helpful.

Lived here for two years. Management is great and very responsive to your questions. They were able to fix several issues left by the previous management. The maintenance team is very helpful and quick to responding to your problems.Rent is cheaper than a lot of other places around too. Pretty quiet area. Definitely recommend it for anyone who’s looking for a new place in Round Rock!If you’re interested in moving here, I’d definitely suggest speaking with Miranda, she’s very kind and extremely helpful.

Sunchase is a dependable apartment complex. I moved to the area without even seeing the complex as I was living out of state during Covid. The staff at Sunchase sent me videos of the apartment and were so kind in assisting me along the way.The apartment itself is a slightly older complex, but the interiors have all been kept up and renovated well (new carpet, light fixtures, paint, locks, etc.) 1/1 bedroom is plenty of room. Maintenance is timely, majority of the time responding to a request the same day. Once I got locked out after 5pm and a member of the team still came to help. Management handled the snowstorm very well, sending daily updates and checking on their residents (Miranda and Berenice are the best!). Parking was never an issue, always an available spot. If I wasn’t moving areas, I would love to live here longer as it’s affordable and reliable.

I’ve had an amazing experience with this apartment complex. When I told them I needed I needed things done to my apartment they sent over maintenance over the same day I sent in the order!I would refer friends and family here and I already have!Joana is wonderful to work with, and helped me get the apartment!

As a first time apt renter, the staff was very helpful and attentive to every question and issue I had. The apt is very clean and updated. The only issue I have is that the main bathroom is only accessible by going into the bedroom that leads to the bathroom, but other then that I would recommend this complex.

Im super suprised reading poor ratings on sunchase apartments ive been here over a month and i have no complains on staff , the both ladies in the office attended me and my husband nicely and with respect . i needed to move in asap and cindy made that happen i was signing my lease the next day of applying for the apartment. She made sure i had turned in everhthing and was given my keys before the time she said . i havent had any concerns with my apartment lately and when i first did the maintance man was at my day in an hour to have it fix. The only concern i have is the washers certain of them havent been working but other than at im looking forward for the rest of my year least iin sunchase apartments .

Great place to live. Ive been a resident for 19 years. The staff is great. They have little perks like breakfast and they also had a movie at the pool recently. In the office they gave coffee when you come in . Welcome home.

Ive been here almost 5 months already, and its a quiet and peacefully place to live in. And the maintenance guys does their best to maintain the property clean, and management here is great they are very helpful... I acuatlly recommend people to rent here at sunchase apt....
